Abstract

Abstract. The main aim is to investigate the digital technologies supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) operating in creative industries in their supply chain management strategies. In the globalization era, digital marketing platforms play a significant role in increasing customer loyalty and indirectly effect on the economic growth of a community. In conjunction with its essential issue, the current study aims to investigate the role of digital marketing platforms (online media) and its structural relationship to the consumer satisfaction and loyalty in SMEs at Aceh province, Indonesia. This study designed using Quantitative analysis with a cross-sectional study through a survey questionnaire. This study involved all of the customers the SMEs products in Aceh province, Indonesia. A total of 219 customers have participated in answering the survey questionnaire via Google forms. The data analyzed using the Analysis of Moments Structure by assisting the statistical software IBM - AMOS Version 22. The digital platforms performed by using the Sobel test. The results of this study found that the digital marketing for supply chain (online media) significantly affect consumer satisfaction. Then, digital supply chain has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Also, this study found that the product review does not significantly affect the consumer loyalty. Besides that, the consumer satisfaction and the use of online media directly affect the consumer loyalty. In conclusions, this study successfully investigated the online media digital supply chain, and consumer satisfaction and its structural relationship on consumer loyalty in SMEs products that viewed as a digital marketing perspective. Then, this study comprehensively evaluated the role of digital supply chain, consumer satisfaction, and consumer loyalty in providing SME products with competitive advantages that contribute to regional economic growth. Supply chain management practices were also statistically significant, and mediated the relationship between customer satisfaction and product quality and flexibility

Abstract

The objective of this study is to empirically explore the influence of marketing channels and price to rice marketing efficiency in Aceh Province, Indonesia. Six hundreds farmers' households from six districts of rice production base in Aceh were selected for the samples and analysed using the structural equation modelling (SEM). This study has been successfully documented how inefficient was the marketing of rice in Aceh because the farmers still tended to choose higher level of marketing channel with lower marketing performance. The price of rice was unstable, especially during the harvest and famine seasons, despite the government having set up a price policy. This study also found that marketing channels had positive and significant relationship with the rice marketing efficiency.Keywords: Efficiency, Marketing, Prices, Rice Marketing Channels, Price Effect

Abstract

The aims of this is Implementation of Medan Mayor Regulation Number 27 of 2020 Concerning the Implementation of New Habits Adaptation to Covid 19 Pandemic Conditions in Medan. This study use qualitative research. The result show tha the New Habit Adaptation Policy in the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (covid 19) Pandemic Condition in Tanjung Mulia Hilir Village, Medan Deli District, is still not running optimally because there are still some people who are not obedient to government regulations. Forming crowds or crowds or gatherings so that this is an unpreparedness of the community in following the adaptation of new habits in the Tanjung Mulia Hilir Village, Medan Deli District.

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to review some researches on knowledge management, business environment as well as competitive strategies applied  in small and middle companies that will provide best practices for the improvement of performance of coffee processing company in ASEAN. This study consists of systematic reviews of 17 empirical scientific papers in regard to knowledge management, business environment, and competitive strategies that influence the performance of coffee processing company in ASEAN. Given the importance of the existence of coffee processing company in Indonesia, the application of knowledge management has to be prioritized by the concerned companies in order to accelerate their competitive advantages. This paper provides a better understanding on how to develop good knowledge management application, industry environment as well as strengthen the competitive strategies specifically in coffee processing company by learning from other sectors. The result of this study is believed to give worth understanding about actual situation in this field of research. It proposed some notions that will stimulate more intensive researches in this field in the future. However, there are no systematic literatures in academic journal that cover all the topics discussed in this paper.

Abstract

Pada 26 Desember 2004, gempa bumi dahsyat dan gelombang tsunami melanda Banda Aceh dan pesisir pantai Aceh lainnya. Selama masa rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi akibat bencana alam ini, telah menghasilkan begitu banyak informasi dan dokumentasi yang sangat bernilai dilihat dari konteks sejarah, saintis, pendidikan dan mitigasi bencana. Berbagai informasi dan dokumentasi berupa rekaman kejadian, data serta kajian saintifik, data korban, lessons learned, model manajemen dan aktivitas rehab/rekons serta pelakunya, dan beragam informasi lain, akan hilang bila tidak dipreservasi dan dikelola dengan baik. Di sisi lain, informasi tersebut juga akan tak berarti bila tidak terdiseminasi untuk khalayak. Untuk itu, Pusat Riset Tsunami dan Mitigasi Bencana Universitas Syiah Kuala (TDMRC-Unsyiah) telah melakukan proses preservasi terhadap dokumentasi tersebut melalui program yang disebut Aceh Tsunami Digital Repository (ATDR). Aplikasi berbasis web DSpace telah dipertimbangkan untuk implementasi ATDR yang saat ini dapat diakses online dengan alamat http://atdr.tdmrc.org. BRR (Badan Rehabilitasi dan Rekonstruksi) NAD-Nias yang telah menuntaskan proses rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi, meninggalkan pelajaran yang berharga dalam bentuk informasi dan dokumentasi digital. Saat ini informasi tersebut telah masuk menjadi salah satu segmen yang memperkaya koleksi dalam database ATDR. Lebih lanjut, ATDR akan mampu mendorong kolaborasi riset dan analisa data dari berbagai disisplin ilmu. Dengan menjaga keberlangsungan informasi, data akan terus tersedia untuk pengetahuan dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Competitiveness is one of the goal for the success of an organization, including educational institution. The success of a reliable competitiveness is inseparable from the quality of leadership and the leader who is carrying out the organization. In order to realize an exceptional competitiveness, there should be a strong quality assurance at all organization-line. line. The objective of this paper is to analyze the leadership ethic in an educational institution that is trying to upgrade its status as well as try to provide some solutions regarding competitiveness and leadership. The most needed competitiveness in all quality assurance concepts is having a visionary leader since IAIN is trying to be a UIN. The flexibility of the leader success and respons which are vary have to be a consitency of value and basic rules, if the profesional credibility of a leader is still regarded as a significant source of influence. Credibility, in turn, is more than professional consistency dan compentency in the role of a leader. This is because the leader is the number one hope of the leds, therefore the success of a leader as a manager not only assterted by organization but also acknowledged in the heart of the leds. This endorsement is not only about “whether the leader is trusted but also whether the leader is trusted by the leds.”

Abstract

Reading the Al qur 'an is one way to acquire glory and primacy on the side of god because the Al qur 'an gives a clue in human life. This research aims to find out if the communication of the circle influences the success of reading the Al qur 'an student. Later, research subjects for graduate student Aliyah Tahfizul of the islamic center islamic center was chosen as the research subject and interviewed by fifty (50) people. This type of research was codified by data collection techniques using the document angket method and the likert scale, that is, the "d" answer was given 1, the "c" was given 2, and the "b" answer was given 3, the answer "a" gives 3 points "gives 4 points. Product moment Pearson analysis is used to test this research hypothesis. From the research hypothesis, communication circle hada positive impact on the ability to memorize the Koran. So now acquired product product = 422** which indicates a highly significant link between communication circle and recite the Al qur 'an.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of product diversity, price and location on purchasing decisions through consumer decisions as an intervening variable at the Baru Senang Store. The sampling technique in this research is simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product diversity has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product diversity has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, price has a significant effect positive effect on consumer satisfaction, location has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction, purchasing decisions have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, product diversity has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, price has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, location has a positive effect on satisfaction consumers through purchasing decisions have a significant positive effect,

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare the average return and risk of Islamic stocks and conventional stocks on the JII and IDX30. Data was taken from the IDX website which provides data on companies listed on the JII and IDX for the 2019-2023 period and Yahoo Finance which provides monthly stock closing price data on the JII and IDX during the 2019-2023 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method so that 3 sharia stocks and 5 conventional stocks were obtained. Data analysis uses descriptive and inferential statistics using a t-test to draw conclusions. The results of the Independent Sample T Test showed that the return variable obtained a significance value of 0.777>0.05 and the risk variable obtained a significance value of 0.209>0.05. So it is concluded that Islamic stocks and conventional stocks do not show significantly different levels of return and risk.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the bank health assessment using ANGELS approach in Sharia Bank. This research uses a non-interactive qualitative approach that is an analysis research that conducts assessment based on document analysis and provides interpretation of a concept. Primary data is done by using structured interviews using prepared questionnaires, secondary data from this research are sharia financial report year 2016 in the form of ROA, ROE, CAR, NPF, LDR and MR. The results of this study indicate that the health assessment of Sharia Bank using ANGELS has a score of 86.79 so it is said to be healthy. The concept of ANGELS which consists of (Amanah Management, Non-Economic Wealth, Give Out, Earning, Capital and Asset, Liquidity and Sensitivity to Market and Economich Wealth) in practice needs to be done revision is indicators amanah management of accountability to God and accountability to nature because in practice these indicators are contrary to the concept practiced in the field. revision of accountability to God and accountability to nature is change into ihsan and tablig.
