Studi ekonomi perilaku mencakup bagaimana keputusan pasar dibuat dan mekanisme yang mendorong pilihan publik. Perilaku kewirausahaan: teori kontemporer pengambilan keputusan kewirausahaan - neoklasik, dan Austria. Perdagangan internasional: Kebijakan dan teori perdagangan internasional, rezim perdagangan multilateral Ekonomi pertanian: mencakup ekonomi pertanian dalam arti luas, mulai dari konsumsi pangan dan nutrisi hingga tata guna lahan dan lingkungan, pada setiap skala analisis dari rumah tangga hingga pasar dan ekonomi makro ekonomi.

Abstract

AbstrakPokok persoalan yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe student recap dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen yang dilakukan pada siswa kelas VIII MTs TI Batang Kabung, dengan menggunakan dua kelas sebagai sampel, yaitu kelas  sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas  sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji kesamaan rata-rata melalui uji t.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pertama: Terdapat perbedaan secara nyata hasil belajar antara pembelajaran aktif tipe student recap dengan pembelajaran konvesional terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII MTs TI Batang Kabung yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai uji hipotesis (uji-t)  = 2,973 sedangkan = 1,67 artinya > , dengan demikian  ditolak dan  diterima. Dan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh kelas eksperimen sebesar 70.34 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 60 dimana KKM yang ditetapkan sebesar 70. Kedua: Strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe student recap dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII MTs TI Batang Kabung, hal ini dapat dilihat dari langkah kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan, terutama pada kegiatan eksplorasi, elaborasi dan konfirmasi pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, telah secara nyata terbukti secara statistik mampu meningkatkan skor hasil tes akhir pada kelas eksperimen pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Services for patients in hospitals are very important to improve the quality of employee performance and provide maximum results related to service to patients. To improve the quality of this service it is necessary to conduct training of employees related to patient complaints. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of employee training at Semen Padang Hospital (SPH), using four levels of the Kirkpatrick evaluation model, which is to see the reaction or response of trainees to the training program, see the learning gained by the trainees, the behavior of trainees that is implied in their work and the results obtained for participants and companies after following the training. To determine the sample in this study using purposive sampling with the criteria for attending training in 2017-2018. The research methodology used in this study is the method of collecting survey data and questionnaires for Semen Padang Hospital employees who attended the training. Data analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel to process the questionnaire data and using SPSS 25.0 software to test Paired Sample t Test to see the comparison between before and after the participants attended the training more effectively as well as data obtained from Semen Padang Hospital (SPH). The results of the study found that the four level hypothesis used has a significant impact on the training program using instructors using training methods that are appropriate to the training being held, increased knowledge and competence of participants  and can apply  it to the work that it does. Evaluation of the reaction, learning, behavior and results of the training participants have a significant and effective effect on the effectiveness of the training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik budaya organisasi yang diukur dari  profesionalisme, jarak dari manajemen, percaya pada rekan, keteraturan, permusuhan dan integrasi terhadap Perilaku organisasi karyawan/Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan RSU Citra Bunda Medical Centre Padang. OCB penting untuk diteliti pada tenaga kesehatan dikarenakan perilaku organisasi tenaga kesehatan berujung pada keberhasilan perawatan kesehatan masyarakat.  Seluruh karyawan RSU Citra Bunda Medical Centre Padang sebanyak 177 orang merupakan populasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan variabel profesionalisme sebesar 0,184 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,086>0,05 dan variabel jarak dari manajemen sebesar 0,089 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,286>0,05 terhadap OCB, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel percaya pada rekan sebesar 0.467 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,028<0,05 terhadap OCB, terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan variabel keteraturan sebesar 0,093 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.662>0,05 terhadap OCB, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel permusuhan sebesar 0,526 dengan nilai signifikan 0,045<0,05 terhadap OCB dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan variabel integrasi sebesar 0,207 dengan nilai signifikan 0,338>0,05 terhadap OCB.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of job stress partially on work performance, 2) the effect of leadership style partially on work performance, 3) the effect of partially training on work performance, 4) the effect of partially motivation on work performance, 5) the effect of work stress, leadership style, training and motivation at the Koto Tinggi Village Unit Cooperative (KUD), Koto Tinggi Kecamatan Koto Besar Kabupaten Dharmasraya. The results of data analysis show that (1) job stress partially has a positive and significant effect on work performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.982, this value is significant because tcount 2.704> ttable 1.69726 and a significant value of 0.011 <0.05; (2) leadership style partially has a positive and significant effect on work performance with the coefficient of determination 0.984, this value is significant because tcount 2.318> ttable 1.69726 and a significant value 0.027 <0.05; (3) partially training has a positive and significant effect on work performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.087, this value is significant because tcount 2.627> ttable 1.69726 and a significant value 0.013 <0.05; (4) motivation partially has a positive and significant effect because the coefficient of determination is 0.929, this value is significant because tcount 2.107> ttable 1.69726 and a significant value of 0.044 <0.05; (5) obtained the results of the f test that work stress, leadership style, training and motivation together have an effect on work performance because Fcount 533.914> Ftable 2.69. The amount of contribution of work stress, leadership style, training and motivation variables simultaneously to work performance is 98.6% and the remaining 1.4% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.  Keywoards: Job Stress, Leadership Style, Training and Motivation

Abstract

One of the characteristics of unemployment in Indonesia is the high number of educated unemployed but economic growth is increasing every year. This is certainly caused by concern because ideally when the economy is growing unemployment should decline but the reality is not. This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of economic growth on educated unemployment, 2) What industries can reduce educated unemployment. This type of research is ex post facto. The object of research is 34 provinces in Indonesia using panel data. Hypothesis testing uses panel data regression. The research findings prove that: 1) Economic growth has a significant negative effect on educated unemployed graduates of high school and academy and economic growth has a significant positive effect on vocational high school and university graduates. Abstract

Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 variabel, yaitu pemanfaatan media pembelajaran oleh guru (variabel bebas/variabel X) dan aktivitas siswa (variabel terikat/variabel Y). Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh antara kedua variabel yang diteliti yakni pengaruh pemanfaatan media pembelajaran oleh guru terhadap aktivitas siswa. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara pemanfaatan media pembelajaran oleh guru terhadap aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS Terpadu.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru IPS dan siswa kelas VIII MTs Diniyah Puteri Pekanbaru, sedangkan objeknya adalah pengaruh pemanfaatan media pembelajaran oleh guru terhadap aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS Terpadu. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 42 orang beserta 1 orang guru IPS, dikarenakan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sedikit maka penulis tidak mengambil sampel sehingga penelitian ini dinamakan penelitian populasi. Data-data dalam penelitian ini diambil melalui beberapa teknik diantaranya teknik angket dan dokumentasi. Data-data yang terkumpul dari penelitian terhadap 2 variabel ini adalah berupa data-data bersifat interval, sehingga analisis terhadap data tersebut menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment. Penelitian yang penulis lakukan ini menghasilkan kesimpulan akhir bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemanfaatan media pembelajaran oleh guru terhadap aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS Terpadu, dengan mengetahui bahwa rxy = 0,479 lebih besar daripada “r” tabel pada taraf signifikan 5% maupun 1% yaitu 0,304<0,479>0,393.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the low student learning outcomes. This is evident from the second semester exams MID economic subjects class X SMA ADABIAH Padang school year 2012/2013. This study aims to look at differences in student learning outcomes using learning model hooray Review Course with conventional learning in class X SMA ADABIAH Padang. This type of research is the study of the subject with a random experiment. The population in this study were all students of class X SMA ADABIAH Padang enrolled in the school year 2012/2013 which consists of 9 classes. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique and was chosen as the experimental class is the class X2 and X3 Control class. Instrument used is the final test form a valid objective and reliable = 0.76 at 95% confidence interval. Classroom learning with the experimental results on average 74.5 higher than the control class with an average 64.6. Based on the data analysis it could be concluded that There is a difference Student Results Using cooperative learning model hooray Review Course With Conventional Learning Lesson In Economics Class X High School ADABIAH Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze effects of profitability, Fixed Asset Ratio (FAR), Exchange Rate Risk (ExRisk) and growth on the capital structure / leverage of state-owned enterprises (SOE). This research was conducted at 7 state-owned construction enterprises in Indonesia. The results of this study indicated a positive and significant influence between profitability on the leverage of SOE Karya companies. The existence of a negative and significant influence betw could een Fix Asset Ratio on the leverage of SOE Karya. There was a positive influence between the variables growth and leverage but the statistical value was not significant. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk  mengetahui pengaruh Karakteristik  informasi sistem akuntansi manajemen terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah manajer pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat yang tersebar di Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang dilakukan maka secara parsial dapat diketahui bahwa sistem akuntansi manajemen yang didalamnya terdiri dari broadscope,  timeliness,  aggregation  dan integration  memiliki pengaruh  yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Kabupaten Tanah Datar, dimana  tingkat  signifikan  <  alpha  0,05.  Kemudian  secara  simultan  broadscope,  timeliness, aggregation dan integration dalam sistem akuntansi manajemen memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Kabupaten Tanah Datar dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 38.848 dan signifikan 0,000 <0,05. Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa broadscope, timeliness, aggregation dan integration dalam sistem akuntansi manajemen  hanya   memiliki  pengaruh  81,2%  terhadap  kinerja  manajerial  pada  PT  Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Kabupaten Tanah Datar, sedangkan 18,8% ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor lain selain broadscope, timeliness, aggregation dan integration dalam sistem akuntansi manajemen dalam penelitian ini. Hasil ini diketahui dari nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,812 (81,2%).

Abstract

The research gap in this research is when the phenomenon was discovered that in the last 3 years the land for bingkuang plantations in the city of Padang has decreased by almost one third. The state of the art of this research is by adding indicators to each variable and using sentence statement questionnaires that the authors modify in the team. Respondents in this study were the traders in the city of Padang with 101 samples. From the results of partial testing with a simple regression of Islamic business ethics (X1) and personality (X2-moderating), a positive and significant effect on trader behavior. Whereas the MRA test of Islamic business ethics has a positive and significant effect on the behavior of traders, but personality does not have a strong influence in moderating between the two.
