Perilaku kewirausahaan: teori kontemporer pengambilan keputusan kewirausahaan - neoklasik, dan Austria. Perdagangan internasional: Kebijakan dan teori perdagangan internasional, rezim perdagangan multilateral Ekonomi pertanian: mencakup ekonomi pertanian dalam arti luas, mulai dari konsumsi pangan dan nutrisi hingga tata guna lahan dan lingkungan, pada setiap skala analisis dari rumah tangga hingga pasar dan ekonomi makro ekonomi.

Abstract

This research is measure the influence of environmental factors and individual factors on employee performance on PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Office Area II Padang. This study aims to determine the influence of environmental factors, organizational factors and individual factors on employee performance on PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Office Area II Padang. This research is a descriptive study associative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Office Area II Padang. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The analytical tool used is a validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicolinearity test, multiple linear regression, t-test, f, and test the coefficient of determination (R2). Results from this study are: a significant difference between the individual factors on employee performance on PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Office Area II Padang. And the influence of environment on employee performance on PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Office Area II Padang

Abstract

Research focuses on the solve of problem efficiency and budgeting effectiveness in implementing economic development, especially in financing programs and activities through the West Sumatra Regional Budget. The data used are time series data issued by Indonesian Banks and the statistics center. Data analysis uses the mix methods as well as promethee, with six regional device organization analysis units. The research results that West Sumatra has not shown its independence and is still very dependent on assistance from the center to finance all obligations related to regional development and governance, so efforts to increase regional income are needed through intensification, extensification and improvement of services to the community as taxpayers. Expenditured allocation has not been balanced based on programs and activities of each development mission, the realization of indirect spending is higher than direct expenditure. The portion of local revenue is very small in its role in forming the West Sumatra Regional Budget with a constant growth trend over the past four years. The determinants of the inefficient use of the West Sumatra Regional Budget have been the realization of investment, economic growth, information systems and budgeting and the growth of stock capital, direct and indirect expenditure, providing public good, participation rates. The decision choices that are most appropriate compared to market allocation criteria and the majority rule. Macro economics, indirect spending, imports of capital goods and the level of bribery costs are criteria that are very sensitive to the choice of budgeting policies with the public allocation approach

Abstract

AbstractThese research has purpose to try about influence of ready to study that study environment and action of parents toward output of study that students IPS Economy study at SMA PGRI 4 Padang. The result of this research shows that: 1). It has  positive effect and significant between ready to study toward output study of Economy students IPS class at SMA PGRI 4 Padang that showing by coefficient assessment at around 0, 324. 2). It has  positive effect and significant between ready to study toward output study of Economy students IPS class at SMA PGRI 4 Padang that showing by coefficient assessment at around 0, 382. 3). It has  positive effect and significant between action of parents toward output study of Economy students IPS class at SMA PGRI 4 Padang that showing by coefficient assessment at around 0, 302. 4). It has positive effect and significant as simultaneous between ready to study, study environment and also action of parents toward output study of Economy students IPS class at SMA PGRI 4 Padang that showing by assessment of F hitung at around 71, 107 > F tabel 2, 67 and significant assessment 0, 000 < 0, 05 and R square at around 0, 631. AbstrakPenelitan ini bertujan untuk menguji pengaruh kesiapan belajar, lingkungan belajar dan peranan orangtua terhadap hasil belajar belajar ekonomi siswa kelas IPS di SMA PGRI 4 Padang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kesiapan belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas IPS di SMA PGRI 4 Padang yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien sebesar 0,324. 2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas IPS di SMA PGRI 4 Padang yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien sebesar 0,382. 3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara peranan orangtua terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas IPS di SMA PGRI 4 Padang yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien sebesar 0,302. 4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara kesiapan belajar, lingkungan belajar dan peranan orangtua terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas IPS di SMA PGRI 4 Padang yang ditunjukkan olehnilai Fhitungsebesar 71,107 > Ftabel 2,67 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan R Square sebesar 0,631.  Kata Kunci : Kesiapan Belajar, Lingkungan Belajar, Peranan Orangtua, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

The focus of this research is finding the contribution of economic for tourism activity in the west Sumatra province. Propose to development strategic economic for tourism destination West Sumatra area. The methodology approached for this research is positive economic approach with economic regional tools. Collected data carry out by mean of focus group discussion at the ten destination of tourism in west Sumatra province. The research result indicated that economic of contribution of tourism for economic structure West Sumatra very low. The Domination contribution of economic exhibited hotel and restoran indicator, journey and accommodation indicators are insignificant. West Sumatra of tourism destination have natural and culture attractive, beside environmental attractive, but it has not enough basic factor as toilets, sanitation, rest area, and basic infrastructure for tourism services.

Abstract

Saat ini terdapat beragam inovasi baru di dalam dunia pendidikan terutama pada proses pembelajaran. Salah satu inovasi tersebut adalah pendekatan konstruktivisme. Pemilihan pendekatan ini lebih dikarenakan agar pembelajaran membuat siswa antusias terhadap persoalan yang ada sehingga mereka mau mencoba memecahkan persoalannya. Pembelajaran di kelas X masih dominan menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab sehingga kurang memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berinteraksi langsung kepada benda-benda konkret. Di dalam kelas konstruktivisme, para siswa diberdayakan oleh pengetahuannya yang berada dalam diri mereka. Mereka berbagi strategi dan penyelesaian, debat antara satu dengan lainnya, berfikir secara kritis tentang cara terbaik untuk menyelesaikan setiap masalah.Guru bertugas sebagai fasilitator yang menciptakan kondisi dan sistuasi agar proses belajar dapat berlangsung efektif. Oleh karena itu, guru perlu mengupayakan inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga siswa terlibat penuh secara aktif dalam belajar dan dapat membangun pengetahuannya sendiri sehingga pengetahuan yang didapat lebih bermakna dan selalu diingat, mengingat pentingnya ekonomi sebagai ilmu dan bagi kehidupan masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah dengan menerapkan pendekatan konstruktivisme dalam pembelajaran ekonomi di SMA PGRI 3 Padang. Pembelajaran berdasarkan pendekatan konstruktivisme meliputi empat tahap, yaitu: (1) tahap persepsi, (2) tahap eksplorasi, (3) tahap diskusi dan penjelasan konsep, dan (4) tahap pengembangan dan aplikasi konsep.

Abstract

AbstrakGlobalisasi mengharuskan daerah-daerah dalam wilayah nasional untuk bersaing dalam perdagangan bebas secara kompetitif dengan produk negara-negara dari seluruh dunia. Pembangunan ekonomi daerah diharapkan mampu menghasilkan produk unggulan bermutu yang dapat bersaing dalam kompetisi, baik di dalam negeri maupun di luar negeri. Kabupaten Agam sebagai daerah yang memiliki potensi wisata dan budaya memiliki potensi untuk tampil di pasar dunia dengan komoditi unggulannya dari sub sektor industri pengolahan. Artikel ini menganalisis pemilihan komoditi unggulan daerah Kabupaten Agam dengan menggunakan analisis LQ, Indeks spesialisasi, Shift share dan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa subsekttor industri pengolahan memiliki keunggulan dan daya saing sehingga berpotensi dikembangkan untuk peningkatan perekonomian daerah. Komoditi sulaman sebagai industri kreatif adalah komoditi yang dipetakan mampu untuk bersaing dari sub sektor industri pengolahan karena kaya akan nilai budaya daerah setempat dan nilai-nlai Islami. Berbagai program dan kebijakan pemerintah sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung komoditi ini untuk tampil di pasar internasional.

Abstract

The focus of this research's attention is how to rank the competitiveness of West Sumatra tourist destinations by using aspects of 3A2P, which tourist destinations have advantages and what design policies should be done. Research was conducted on nine main destinations. The study uses the promethee ranking method, sensitivity analysis and GAIA plane analysis. The results showed that the competitiveness of West Sumatra tourist destinations is determined by the aspects of promotion and accessibility aspects, but the aspects of amenity and attractiveness have not yet been successfully addressed, so that promotions carried out in general have made return visits low and many problems have disrupted the beauty, comfort, safety and even environmental damage, due to the promotion of tourism that has not been accompanied by the provision of amenities in the tourist destination. There are three tourist destination areas that have advantages in 3A2P aspects in West Sumatra namely Padang City, Bukittinggi City and Sawahlunto City. Factors causing its superiority are mainly on promotion and accessibility factors, but in the aspect of security and attractiveness almost all tourist destinations still experience a number of shortcomings of some of the criteria. The policy of increasing the main competitiveness of tourism in West Sumatra can be done most urgently (necessary conditions) is to improve the crystalline amenities and aspects of attractiveness. While the aspects of promotion and accessibility can be a second alternative (sufficient condition).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh disiplin kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII  di SMP Negeri 8 Padang. pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII  di SMP Negeri 8 Padang pengaruh disiplin kerja guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 8 Padang. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XIII SMP Negeri 8 Padang  yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2013/2014, berjumlah 224 siswa dengan sampel 144 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII  di SMP Negeri 8 Padang. Adanya pengaruh positf dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII  di SMP Negeri 8 Padang. Adanya pengaruh positf dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 8 Padang. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dapat diupayakan dengan meningkatkan kedosiplinan kerja guru, sehingga motivasi belajar meningkat dan hasil belajar akan mengalami peningkatan.

With this research is expected to provide benefits to the industry, especially SMEs Industrial embroidery to be able to improve and consider the factors that can affect the quality of competitive strategy in this industry, which the factors influenced such as Quality Strategic Asset, Environment Adabtability and price strategic to the Quality Strategic Competition. The populations of this study were SME industry for the embroidery product in the city of Padang and used  census sampling. Data retrieved from the primary data by spreading questionnaires and the measurement by using a Likert scale. Methods of analysis by using descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis to test the hyphotheses. The result showed that the quality of asset strategik was postively significant effect the Quality Strategic Competition, and enviromental adaptability and price strategy have positively not significant effect on the Quality Strategic Competition.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain a picture of how STAD model cooperative learning can enhance students' learning activities in class VII Economic IPS SMP 14 Padang. Type of research is a class act. Which in this study consisted of two cycles and each cycle there are three meetings.These results indicate activity of students in cycle one and two respectively silkus increased. In cycle one of the nine descriptors six of which have exceeded 56% of that increase students' skills in listening, describing, questioning, discussing, responding and concluded while the ability to observe, describe and convey the idea has actually been performing well but has not reached 65%. While in the second cycle of the nine descriptors each is performing well.
