Perilaku kewirausahaan: teori kontemporer pengambilan keputusan kewirausahaan - neoklasik, dan Austria. Perdagangan internasional: Kebijakan dan teori perdagangan internasional, rezim perdagangan multilateral Ekonomi pertanian: mencakup ekonomi pertanian dalam arti luas, mulai dari konsumsi pangan dan nutrisi hingga tata guna lahan dan lingkungan, pada setiap skala analisis dari rumah tangga hingga pasar dan ekonomi makro ekonomi.

Abstract

This journal analyzes whether the earnings per share (EPS), return on assets (ROA), affects the level of return of stock. Research methodology used in the journal companies whose shares are actively traded on the basis of trading frequency in Indonesia known as LQ-45 firms, but only limited to non-financial companies in Indonesian stock exchange. And using the model of multiple regression statistical analysis to determine the effects of independent variables on the dependent variable and the assumption of classical test equipment to see if there are irregularities in the assumption of classical test. The result of the research showed that the EPS and ROA have a significant impact partially with the level of return of stock and not the classical assumption deviation occurs after passing the normality tests.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of students' basic interests and accounting skills on the level of understanding of students of informatics education STKIP PGRI West Sumatra on computer accounting courses. To be able to take courses in computer accounting there are prerequisite courses that must be taken by students, namely introductory accounting 1 and introductory accounting 2. This is because these two courses are the main knowledge base of students to be able to master accounting computer material easily. The results of the study explain that there is a positive and significant influence between interests on the level of student understanding in computer accounting courses, accounting skills have a positive and significant influence on students' level of understanding in computer accounting courses. The article clearly discusses the influence of basic accounting interests and abilities on the level of understanding of students in computer accounting courses, especially students of informatics education STKIP PGRI West Sumatra.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah mutu barang, harga dan iklan mempengaruhi pada keputusan pembelian Blackberry dan untuk meneliti faktor  yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian Blackberry di Blackberry center Veteran Padang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna Blackberry di Padang, berjumlah 6467 orang-orang. Analisa Data statistik yang didasarkan pada, kualitas produk, variabel harga dan variabel iklan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian varabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah produk variabel kualitas produk dengan koefisien regresi 0.362, kemudian variabel harga tidak mempengaruhi dengan koefisien regresi - 0.122. sedangkan variabel iklan mempengaruhi dengan koefisien regresi - 0.032. Model persamaan regresi  mempunyai nilai F hitung 16.162. berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disarankan Blakberry harus meningkatkan kreativitas dalm mutu produk, harga dan iklan untuk mampu bersaing dengan handphone merek lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to measure on how effective the capital expenditure influence to financial performance in profitability aspect, to know the influence of capital expenditure on total asset turn over and to know on how the ability of company on debt payment which is pay at the time. This study used multiple regression model in which the data was obtained in the period 2010 to 2018 then derived into Q1 until Q4 for each year. In analyzing data, Ln Sales & Ln Asset becoming variable control in multiple regression model. The result in this study shows that capital expenditure is not significant effect on return on asset, total asset turns over, and coverage. It can be there are another variable that significant influence on all parameter on company performances. The results of this research indicate that mining company must maximize its assets to produce positive performance and the high value of capital expenditure does not guarantee it can produce positive contributions in the short term.

Abstract

The preliminary study toward the Merchants at Pasar Raya Padang, showed that the level of education of their children was still low. It was indicated by limited number of children who graduated from Senior High School and a few of them graduated from University. This condition was influenced by parents’ education, income, and motivation. This research was aimed to discovered: 1) the influence of parents’ level of education toward their income in Pasar Raya Padang, 2) the influence of parents’ level of education and income toward their motivation in Pasar Raya Padang, 3) the influence of parents’ level of education, income, and motivation toward their children level of education in Pasar Raya of Padang. The research was conducted under ex-post-facto design. The population was merchants stores with total number 2.337 and the sample was 343 which was taken by using purposive sampling. The data was collected through the questioner given to the sample which then analyzed statistically using path analysis. The data analysis showed that 1) parents’ level of education significantly influenced their income. It showed that the parents’ level of income was influenced by the level of education. 2) Parents’ level of education significantly influenced their motivation. It showed that parents’ motivation was influenced by their level of income as well as their level of education. 3) Parents’ level of education, income and motivation significantly influenced their children level of education in Pasar Raya Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning tools based on the WordPress website as an online learning resource that can be used in the learning process. This research is a research and development research that was developed through a WordPress-based LKS learning tool using an R&D model. The population of this research is the students of SMA Sesumatera Barat Class. This learning device development technique for LKS uses needs analysis, product design, development with a validation questionnaire by a team of experts, namely 2 material experts, 2 media experts, and 2 interpreters. Then the implementation, to obtain practicality responses, used a practicality questionnaire for 2 economics teachers and 25 students, with a practicality score of 99% for teachers and 99% for the rest in the very practical category. From the research results, it was found that the LKS learning tool was very feasible and very useful to use.

PENGARUH NILAI PELANGGAN, FASILITAS DAN KEPUASAN PELANGGAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN DI D’LADIES PADANG OlehYulna Dewita HiaDosen STKIP PGRI Sumatera Baratyoel_nahia@yahoo.com       ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai pelanggan, fasilitas dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di D’Ladies Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah member yang masih aktif untuk senam ke D’Ladies yaitu sejumlah 134 member. Sampel yang diambil sejumlah 100 member. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik non probality sampling dan acidental sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Teknik analisis data dengan metode analisis jalur menggunakan software IBM Amos 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1). Nilai pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di D’Ladies Padang , yang ditunjukan oleh nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,281. Nilai koefisien ini siginfikan dimana nilai thitung 4,884 > ttabel sebesar 1.9849 dengan nilai signifikan 0,008 < = 0,05, berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Pengaruh tidak langsung nilai pelanggan ke loyalitas pelanggan melalui variable kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,093. 2). Fasilitas  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di D’Ladies Padang, yang ditunjukan oleh nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,183. Nilai koefisien ini siginfikan dimana nilai thitung sebesar 2,314 > ttabel sebesar 1.9849 dengan nilai signifikan 0,021 < = 0,05, berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Pengaruh tidak langsung fasilitas ke loyalitas pelanggan melalui variabel kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,381. 3). Nilai pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di D’Ladies Padang, yang ditunjukan oleh nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,174.  Nilai koefisien ini siginfikan dimana nilai thitung sebesar 2,395 > ttabel sebesar 1.9849 dengan nilai signifikan 0,017 < = 0,05, berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. 4). Fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di D’Ladies Padang , yang ditunjukan oleh nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,714. Nilai koefisien ini siginfikan dimana nilai thitung sebesar 9,819 > ttabel sebesar 1.9849 dengan nilai signifikan 0,003 < = 0,05, berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak . 5). Kepuasan pelanggan  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di D’Ladies Padang, yang ditunjukan oleh nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,534. Nilai koefisien ini siginfikan dimana nilai thitung sebesar 6,844 > ttabel sebesar 1.9849 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < = 0,05, berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak.          ABSTRACT               This study aims to determine the effect of customer value, facilities and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty in D'Ladies Padang.The population in this study are still active members to gymnastics to D'Ladies are some 134 members. Samples taken a number of 100 members. The sampling technique is a technique acidental non probality sampling and sampling. Data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques with methods of path analysis using IBM software Amos 21.               The results showed 1). Customer value and significant positive effect on customer loyalty in D'Ladies Padang, which is shown by the path coefficient of 0.281. This coefficient value siginfikan where tcount 4,884> ttable of 1.9849 with significant value 0.008 <α = 0.05, it means Ha accepted and H0 is rejected. The indirect effect of customer value to variable customer loyalty through customer satisfaction by 0.093. 2). Facility positive and significant impact on customer loyalty in D'Ladies Padang, which is shown by the path coefficient of 0.183. This coefficient value siginfikan where the value thitung 2,314> ttable of 1.9849 with significant value 0.021 <α = 0.05, it means Ha accepted and H0 is rejected. The indirect effect facilities to variable customer loyalty through customer satisfaction by 0.381. 3). Customer value and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction in D'Ladies Padang, which is shown by the path coefficient of 0.174. This coefficient value siginfikan where the value thitung 2,395> ttable of 1.9849 with significant value 0.017 <α = 0.05, it means Ha accepted and H0 is rejected. 4). Facilities and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction in D'Ladies Padang, which is shown by the path coefficient of 0.714. This coefficient value siginfikan where tcount at 9.819> ttable of 1.9849 with significant value 0.003 <α = 0.05, it means Ha accepted and H0 is rejected. 5). Customer satisfaction and significant positive effect on customer loyalty in D'Ladies Padang, which is shown by the path coefficient of 0.534. This coefficient value siginfikan where tcount at 6.844> ttable of 1.9849 with significant value 0.000 <α = 0.05, it means Ha accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

This research focuses on community social economic attraction in agrotourism BBI Lubuk Minturun of West Sumatra region. The method is regional economic approach with tool analyses are location quotient, shift share analysis, and travel cost method to determine integrating linkages of community economic activities in the region. This research shows, first: Padang tourism attraction potency as National activitiy center (PKN) in PP No: 50 year 2011 about National tourism masterplan included in national tourism destination (DPN) together with Bukittinggi. Furthermore, in West Sumatra tourism masterplan, Padang has become Province tourism destination region (DPP) with its strategic destination region (KSPP) are Pesisir Selatan, Padang Pariaman and its potential region is Pariaman city. In the case as DPN, DPP of Padang city has wide tourism potential, approximately 169 tourism destinations to attract foreign and national tourist to visit and spend their leisure time. Second: Kuranji district zone has the highest travel cost on average outside Koto Tangah district in amount of 170,783 rupiahs, in the other hand Bungus Teluk Kabung district has the lowest travel cost is 120,877 rupiahs. The high average travel cost to BBI Lubuk Minturun is determined by average visit per year per person. The highest consumer surplus is at Koto Tangah district zone attain 99,875.23 rupiahs and the lowest is Teluk Kabung district zone. Furthermore, the lowest average costs based on origin visit zone are Agam, Lima Puluh Kota, and west Pasaman destination.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of demographic diversification or diversity of independent board members as measured by gender, age tenure and education of the company's ability to generate profits. The samples used are 22 banking companies that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used to validate the hypothesis is testing the panel data through the help of the Eviews program. Based on the results of tests that have been done found that the diversification of age and education does not affect the profitability of banking companies go public in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while tenure and gender tenure and owned by independent board members have a significant effect on the profitability of banking companies that go public in Indonesia stock exchange

Abstract

AbstrakRiset didasari oleh hasil belajar ekonomi kelas X SMAN 1 Bonjol yang masih rendah, yang masih memakai metode Teacher Center Learning, sehingga para siswa kurang aktifi dan kreatif. Satu usaha untuk meningkatkan hasil pelajaran siswa adalah dengan menerapkan jenis model pelajaran ekonomi Talking Stick. Tujuan Studi ini untuk menentukan perbedaan antara hasil belajar menggunakan metode Talking Stick dan konvensional pada kelas X SMAN 1 Bonjol. Riset ini adalah semacam eksperimen. Populasi Studi adalah suatu para siswa nilai/kelas X Sma Negeri 1 Bonjol, sedangkan kelas X3 menggunakan jenis model pelajaran Talking Stick sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X4 Kelas sebagai kelas yag dikendalikan dengan metode konvensional. Hasil menunjukkan  rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi( 79.62) dibanding kelas kontrol ( 73.21). Pada hasil pengujian hipotesis yang menggunakan SPSS versi 16. nilai yang diperoleh t= 2.892 dan t tabel= 1.671 maka> ttable kemudian Tolak H0 dan menerima H1. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ada perbedaan penting pada hasil pelajaran siswa yang menggunakan tipe Talking Stick  dan konvensional pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X SMAN 1 Bonjol.
