Abstract

Hypertension (HT) is still a health problem in the world, including in Indonesia. Hypertension in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) will have an impact on worsening conditions and multi-complications, including macrovascular, microvascular, and insulin resistance complications. This can be prevented by providing appropriate and rational therapy so that the effectiveness of therapy is achieved and avoid worsening conditions and complications. This study aims to determine the pattern of antihypertensive drug use in HT patients with comorbid T2DM in the outpatient installation of Panembahan Senopati Hospital, Bantul for the period of August 2023. The study was designed with a descriptive non-experimental method, cross-sectional with a retrospective approach. The source of research data is secondary data derived from medical records of HT patients with T2DM for the period of August 2023 with data collection by purposive sampling. A total of 157 HT patients met the inclusion criteria in this study with the prevalence of women (n = 106; 67.50%) and men (n = 51; 32.50%), most ages in the 55-65 year range (n = 57; 36.30%). A total of 66 patients (42.10%) received monotherapy, while 91 (57.90) patients received polytherapy. Candesartan (n=80; 27.68%) and Amlodipine (n=78; 26.99%) monotherapy with oral administration were the most common treatment options in this study. Overall, the most widely used drug classes were Angiotensin Receptor Blockers (ARB) (41.18%), Calcium Channel Blockers (CCB) (32.5%), and Diuretics (14.1%). While the most common combination of drug groups is ARB + CCB (24.8%). This study concluded that the use of drugs mainly was polytherapy and in general the use of antihypertensive drugs consisted of 7 classes of drugs namely Angiotensin Receptor Blockers, Calcium Channel Blockers, Diuretics, ẞ- blockers, Centrally-acting Agents, ACE-Inhibitors, Vasodilators

Abstract

Herbal Eco-green soap is made by saponification using cold or hot process soap that reacts the lye with vegetable oil (soap base) and herbal component. Coconut oil is a vegetable oil that gave a nice hardness and foaming to the soap bar. There are two types of coconut oil on the market, namely coconut oil without a filtration process (unrefined) which contain more fatty acid and that has been filtered (refined) which contains less fatty acid. The free fatty acid from vegetable oil that is not saponified would affect the mushy soap and the rancid smell because of any matter that not saponified. The herbal extract added would affect the soap’s organoleptic and homogeneity. In this study, the organoleptic, homogeneity, and foam stability the as physical appearance of the herbal eco-green soap bar was evaluated for the better choice of coconut oil as a base herbal soap. The soap bar made by cold process and there was divided four group formula. Herbal soap with base soap and herbal component combination of madeira vine leaf extract with citronella oil (F1 and F2) and base soap with coconut oil without herbal component (F3 and F4). Formula 1 and 3 using refined coconut oil and F2 and 4 using non refined coconut oil. The study result that the herbais l soap more mushy and looked green than base soap. Herbal soap with non refined coconut oil more homogeneous (F2) and formula 3 was a hardest soap with white colour. All formulas had moderate foam stability.

Abstract

Gunungkidul is famous for with beauty the beach is stunning. However, information about object tour beaches in Gunungkidul is Still scattered and difficult to access for tourists. Apart from that, tourists also experience difficulty in order tourist travel services To visit beaches. Thesis This aims To develop a system information object tour beach Gunungkidul and reservations tourist travel services using the Laravel framework. System This provides complete and accurate information about object tour beaches in Gunungkidul, as well as possible traveler order tourist travel services with easy and safe. Study This uses a method combination of Qualitative and quantitative with the Laravel framework system, which is a popular PHP framework For the development of web applications. Laravel provides various convenient features of development systems, such as routing, databases, and authentication. Data collection techniques use surveys created online with Google Forms. Study This uses waterfall methodology. The waterfall methodology is the methodology development of device linear software and processes sequentially. System This has been tested and proven can walk with Good. System This can help travelers get information about object tour beaches in Gunungkidul and order tourist travel services with ease and safety.

Abstract

Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is a branch of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that uses neuron-based computational methods to identify and solve problems. In this study, we tried to use ANN to identify diseases of freshwater fish commonly consumed by the public, using one of the ANN methods, namely backpropagation. This research produces a website-based system that uses the backpropagation Neural Network method so that it can be used to help freshwater fish breeders or cultivators identify fish diseases that are kept more accurately than conventional methods. In addition, it is hoped that this system can anticipate more severe infections in fish belonging to cultivators. The results of system testing show that regarding the appearance of the system, 38.5% of respondents answered that the design was beautiful, related to the ease of use of the system, 46.2% of respondents answered that the approach was straightforward to use, regarding the performance of the system 53.8% of respondents answered that the system performance was excellent. Regarding the system's benefits, 76.9% of respondents answered that the system was beneficial

Abstract

The wind moves air from place One to somewhere else because there exists a different pressure of air. There are many benefits of wind for creatures living in the world, especially humans among them use wind by fishermen, generators of electricity power wind, and sports flight like kites. Prevention of disaster Because wind only can give warning to minimize casualties and damage in the area that occurs nipple pickaxe namely Anemometer as gauge speed wind. Besides a lot of benefits wind, however own impact bad adverse winds man. This tool is designed To measure the speed of the wind as well as minimize disasters caused by wind. This tool uses the ESP32 microcontroller as the main connected system through device wifi as Anemometer connections and sensors used as gauge strength wind, connected web server with a microcontroller via wifi as an interface for monitoring. Making tools using the data collection method used that is literature study, observation, and interviews. The system development stage consists of analysis, implementation system design as well as testing. Testing on the system is carried out with a test Anemometer sensor in an open area with monitoring using a connected web server with a microcontroller via wifi site testing with exists tool This measuring system design strength wind based on the Internet of Things.
