This research departs from the phenomenon of widespread acts of violence with religious nuances that often occur in Indonesia. A negative stigma is often addressed to the Muslim community. In this context, moderation narrative of Indonesian Islam published by the Ministry of Religion through the printed media Republika Newspaper is essential to reduce and counteract the issues of radicalism and religious terrorism. The results indicate that the media takes a role in constructing narrative news about the moderation conception of Indonesian Islam from the perspective of the Ministry of Religion, so that it becomes a presentation of information and public opinion. After being analyzed, the moderation conception of Indonesian Islam includes: (1) Islam rahmatan lil-alamin; (2) Islam that promotes openness, brotherhood, and benefit; (3) Islam which is based on tolerance, justice, and balance; (4) Islam which is comprehensively understood; (5) Islam which is not radical or extreme. This research aims to find out the conditions of corporate criminal liability in money laundering offences based on Islamic law perspective. This research uses library research methods. The results concluded that corporate criminal liability conditions are stipulated in Article 6 of Law No. 08 year 2010, which contains that a person with money laundering will be 4 years or more in prisoned. Islamic law states that one who commits it, will be punished in return towards the actions of “jarimah” perpetrators (as the elements fulfilled). Thus, the criminal liability is a person who can experience a shift and accept the concept of harm through determining corporate’s liability. It is because the will-have impact is greater than any crimes executed by individuals. As for the sanctions against corporations which committed money laundering are ta'zir (punishments). AbstractThis research was originated from students’ low learning outcomes and motivation in Mathematics Class VII-A MTs YI Rajamandala. Their average score is still below minimum criteria of mastery learning. The research objective is to improve mathematics learning outcomes on the Topic of One Variable Linear Equations and Inequalities. This research is a classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles, consisting of planning, acting, observing and reflecting. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. Based on the discussion and data analysis, it is concluded that; a) the initial conditions for students’ activeness and learning outcomes before Problem Based Learning model applied was low, b) there is an increase in student learning outcomes, in form of values and changes in learning motivation which consist of: seriously showing interest, trying hard to be available, and continuing to work until the task is completed, c) there is an increase in both activeness and learning outcomes after using Problem Based Learning model as much as 13%, from an initial average of 65% to 78% at the end of the cycle. Gunung Padang site, Cianjur District, a prehistoric cultural heritage becomes a concern because community activities also juxtaposed religious worships. The problems arise when various perception of the site’s existence is linked to myths. The focus is explored on how religious people related to the perception of Gunung Padang’s existence and restoration. This study uses qualitative research method using two data sources. The primary data are obtained from document studies, field observations, and in depth interviews. Secondary data are obtained from books, journals and other research documents. To analyze the relationship between community religious perceptions and culture of ancient sites, phenomenological approach is applied. The results indicate that religious perception over the site is strongly influenced by the process of integrating local religious and cultural understanding passed down for generations. The form of religious expressions are in form of belief, rite, and community. From the research findings, it arises a configuration of society’s religious perception towards Gunung Padang which integrates religion, culture, and belief (syncretism) characterized by local wisdom. Pancasila has critical, fundamental, rational, systematic, comprehensive thoughts and eventually this system is a value. Pancasila provides fundamental and universal foundations for human beings in social, national, and state. Thus, through the philosophical values of Pancasila, the development of science education is expected to make it as main reference to national education system, which takes place as way to achieve goals and national objectives. The method in this paper is descriptive analytical. The data entered is the most relevant and primary related to the study of Pancasila and education science, then analysis is carried out to produce an ideas. The results demonstrate that educational philosophy of Pancasila as the spirit of national education system should actually lived as source of values and reference to planning the development of science education in Indonesia, both theoretically and practically. The problem in this research is how dakwah management is applied to majelis taklim and how is the activity empowering women? This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The object is majelis taklim Ar-Ridwan, Garut. The data collection technique is done by using interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation study. The results show dakwah management implemented in the majelis taklim and its activities has empowered women. This can be seen from the implementation activities handled by the management of majelis taklim, where the benefit experienced by the members is as much as 75%, and their satisfaction level on religious study materials associated with women empowerment in health and economy sectors raises 62.5%. Tarekat Qadariyah Naqsabandiyah (TQN) is the research’s subject, due to the phenomenon of religious moderation among TQN practitioners. The research uses phenomenological method. The data are collected through participant observation, interviews, and literature review. Data analysis techniques are completed by reducing, presenting, and concluding. The results show that the practices; first, religious moderation’s form exists among practitioners of inclusive TQN and social solidarity. Second, internalized teachings of tanbih values are involving moderate attitude in religion, social protection, calm and peace in life. Third, tanbih teachings changes for the better and shows attitudes ranging from intolerance to tolerance, narrow thinking to wisdom and broadness, mutual respect, moderation in religion and among the practitioners even when they have different backgrounds. The role of “Guru Murshid” is the most important facet in maintaining religious moderation. Keyword: religious moderation; religious experience; tanbih; tarekat

The activity of memorizing Quran has been a custom of Muslims since the time of Prophet Muhammad May Peace be upon Him. When the internet developed and became an inseparable part of human life, it was feared to harm the achievement of Quran memorizing. To prove the truth of that concern, this quantitative research was conducted. The research is aimed at measuring the relationship between the duration and variety of internet access with the achievements of hafidz Quran (memorizers). The data are obtained by survey, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed statistically, presented and interpreted descriptively. The results show that internet access’ duration, and its utilization, such as processes, contents, and social forms have significant and positive relationships towards the achievement of the hafidz. On the other hand, the internet use intended for fun or as an escape to release stress does not have a significant relationship with the performance of the hafidz. This study aims to describe an image of cooperative learning model application through constructive controversy method in building 21st century competencies towards English learning. This study uses descriptive qualitative which took place at the second grade of SMKN 1 Talaga, Majalengka. Collecting data is done by using observation, interview, and documentation. The results illustrate that the ability to communicate, collaborate, think critically, and creatively in students can be built through controversial issues which make them challenged to discuss actively, intensively, and comprehensively. The use of 'gambits' in form of asking and giving opinions is quite effective to encourage students to analyze (communicate actively and effectively) related to the issues raised, collaborate intensively on various ideas to make decisions, and formulate solutions by constructing ideas from various results of divergent thinking.
