Abstract

The results of the hypothesis testing carried out in this study, seen from the sig. of 0.000 0.05 indicates that there is an influence from the democratic leadership style on the performance of village officials, which means that the democratic leadership style influences performance in Pilobuhuta, Batudaa sub-district, Gorontalo district. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that there is an influence between the democratic leadership style on the performance of village officials in Pilobuhuta, Batudaa sub-district, Gorontalo district, is accepted in this study. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis in this study, it was found that democratic leadership style had a positive effect on the performance of Pilobuhuta Village officials, Batudaa District, Gorontalo Regency with a large correlation coefficient value as a sign of the closeness of the relationship, namely very strong and a large determination coefficient value as a sign of a large percentage level. the influence of the democratic leadership style variable on the performance of village officials is 52.5%.

Abstract

It employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive research method. The population in this research were empoloyees at the Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Office of Gorontalo Province, with a total population of 335 respondents and the research samples were 40 employees. At the same time, the data collection technique used questionnaires, while the data analysis was done through simple linear regression analysis. The correlation analysis results depicted that there was an effect of work enviironment on employees’ performance at the Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Office of Gorontalo Province. This was proven by the correlation coefficient value of 0.758. The calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained an R-square value of 0.575, which meant that 57,5% of the variability of employees’ performance at the Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Office of Gorontalo Province could be explained by the work environment , The remaining 42.5% was affected by other variables that were not examined in this research.

Abstract

The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the professionalism of the administrative staff at SMPN 16 Gorontalo City is still relatively unprofessional. Factors that support the implementation of office administration at SMP Negeri 16 Kota Gorontalo are adequate facilities and infrastructure, competencies and abilities possessed by administrative staff who are quite helpful in carrying out administration, as well as the existence of coaching or training provided by the school. Meanwhile, the factors that hamper the implementation of office administration are the educational background of administrative staff which does not lead directly to their work, the lack of administrative staff at school, as well as facilities such as damaged computers and running out of stationery. So that administrative work has not been carried out properly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning media on student learning outcomes in integrated social studies subjects at State Junior High Schools 1 Bulango Utara. This study uses a quantitative approach, with survey research methods. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to class VIII students of State Junior High Schools 1 Bulango Utara. The number of sampling in this study amounted to 32 respondents. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of learning media on student learning outcomes for integrated social studies subjects for class VIII State Junior High Schools 1 Bulango Utara. The magnitude of the influence of Learning Media on Student Learning Outcomes is 22.7% while the remaining 77.3% is influenced by variables not examined.

Abstract

It employed a quantitative approach with the survey method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to students in class VII of SMP Negeri Momalia with a total sample of 51 respondents. In the meantime, the data analysis technique used simple linear regression, while the data collection teacniques were observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The finding denoted that there was a positive and significant effect of the teachers’ teaching style on students’ learning activities in class VII of SMP Negeri Momalia by 21.6%. In comparison, the remaining 78.4% were affected by other factors that were not examined in this research, such as students’ learning motivation. Students’ learning achievement and students learning outcomes.

Abstract

It employed a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to customer at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, Dumoga Timur Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, with a total sample of 32 respondents. The research finding depicted that service quality had a positive and significant effect on costumer satisfaction, which meant that the better the service quality provided by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, Dumoga Timur Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, the better the costumer satisfaction who shop at the company. The coefficient of determination research was equal to 74.3% which meant that the variability of customer satisfaction could be explained by the service quality of 74,3%.

Abstract

The research aimed to figure out the effect of village apparatus service on community satisfaction in Tapa Village, Sipatana Subdistrict. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to the community of Tapa Village, Sipatana Subdistric, with a sample of 40 respondents. In the meantime, the data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The research finding denoted that there was an effect of village apparatus service on community satisfaction in Tapa Village, Sipatana Subdistrict. The effect of the village apparatus service on community satisfaction was 71,4 while the remaining 28,6% was affected by variables that were not examined in this research

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development on employee’s work productivity at the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries, and Agriculture of Gorontalo City. This study applied a quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaire. The samples consisted of 58 respondents. Data were analysed descriptively using validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and simple linear regression test. The results of this study revealed that career development has an effect on employee’s work productivity at the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries, and Agriculture of Gorontalo City. The R-Square value obtained 17.5%, indicating that the variability of work productivity in the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries, and Agriculture of Gorontalo City can be explained by career development. Meanwhile, the remaining 82.5% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach, with 35 respondents (students) in the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The main research instrument is a questionnaire. The data collected are analyzed and tested with multiple linear regression. The results show that there is an effect of discounts and consumer trust on purchasing decisions of Shopee application users in the class of 2018 of Bachelor’s Degree Program in Economic Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The effect of discounts and consumer trust on purchasing decisions of Shopee application users are 31,1% while the remaining 68,9% is influenced by variables that are not examined.

Abstract

The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to students, so the data in this study were primary data. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative method with a simple linear regression technique, with the results showing that distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic had a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes for integrated social studies subjects in class IX of SMP Negeri 4 Gorontalo City. After doing the normality test and testing the hypothesis using the regression and correlation analysis formula, for the results of this study the regression equation is Y =7,693+〖0,571 _x. In this study, the variable learning outcomes of integrated social studies subjects in class IX State Junior High School 4 Gorontalo City can be explained by distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic by 40.9%, and for the remaining 59.1% influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study such as student interest in learning, motivation of parents, student learning styles, as well as school environmental factors and students' play environment
