Abstract

The banking business must be able to adjust to the ongoing technological advances by leveraging these advancements to keep up with innovation. A new generation is currently joining the workforce. Leaders of businesses should get ready to welcome the Y Generation into their sector or organization because it may present both an opportunity and a challenge for Indonesia’s future. Companies need to pay more attention to employee turnover rates because the Y Generation is associated with a relatively high desire to leave the workforce. An in-depth analysis of the impact of job engagement, work-life balance, and Y Generation rewards on turnover intention is the goal of this study. The researcher employed primary data in the form of a questionnaire to investigate this problem. Software SPSS version 26 was used for data analysis. Managers can utilize this information to address issues with employee turnover intention. The study’s findings show that the work engagement variable significantly reduces the likelihood of turnover. The work-life balance variable then significantly reduces the likelihood of turnover. The incentive variable also significantly influences turnover intention in the wrong direction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of waqf on economic development in ASEAN countries. The research method used is qualitative methods and data analysis techniques with inductive qualitative methods. The results of the study indicate that Waqf can also be a preferred financing instrument that can develop the economy in ASEAN countries. Fundamentally, waqf management in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam is not much different. The five countries have increased the progress of waqf management. Waqf resources may be able to collect the community's economy and can build the people's economy and community welfare. One of them is cash waqf that can help the trading community, especially as business capital, pay work costs, prepare costs, and be used to build trading facilities with reasonable rents

Abstract

To determine the impact of product promotion methods, service excellence, and company image on customer satisfaction, this study used a quantitative research technique. The study's participants are Bank Jateng Kajen Branch Office customers who reside in the Pekalongan Regency region. Accidental sampling is the sampling method employed. Both primary and secondary data were employed as sources of information in this investigation. Respondents who had completed questionnaires based on library research were provided books, articles, papers, research journals, and other resources pertinent to the study's subject. The Likert Scale method was employed in the data analysis process, which was followed by the execution of many tests, including the Data Quality Test, the Classical Assumption Test, the Multiple Linear Regression Test, the Hypothesis Testing, and the Coefficient of Determination Test. According to the preliminary results of the tests done for this study, product advertising methods have little effect on customer satisfaction, but service quality and a company's image do. Then it was concurrently claimed that 73.9% of customer happiness is influenced by product promotion strategy, service quality, and company image.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the empowerment of MSMEs in the digital era based on the utilization of social funds by Islamic banks through financial technology platforms. This research is qualitative research with a type of literature research. This study uses secondary data sourced from books, scientific journals, mass media news, as well as sources from the internet which are considered credible and of both national and international standards and are relevant to the matter being studied. Apart from that, to support this research, primary data sources were also used which came from the results of interviews which were studied further through focus group discussion (FGD) activities. The results of the study show that Indonesia is a country with a large potential for MSMEs. The main problem faced in empowering MSMEs is limited access to financing because many MSMEs are not yet bankable. On the other hand, Indonesia also has alternative potential for MSME financing through the utilization of Islamic bank social funds consisting of zakat companies and corporate social responsibility (CSR). In the digital era, this financing can be channeled through financial technology platforms. To be more competitive, the benefits of MSME beneficiaries are not only access to financing but also business empowerment outside of financing aspects such as training and so on provided by the MSME Center which is owned/formed by the financial technology platform.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan nasabah dalam memediasi hubungan antara pelayanan prima dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah BSI KCP Pekalongan Kajen. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari sampel sejumlah 100 responden melalui angket (kuesioner) yang dibagikan. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Adapun teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan sobel test. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa kepuasan mampu memediasi pengaruh pelayanan prima maupun kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah BSI KCP Pekalongan Kajen.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini telah mengubah pola hidup masyarakat yang menginginkan segala sesuatu serba efektif dan efisien. Terutama pada generasi milenial sebagai generasi yang paling akrab dengan teknologi perbankan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adopsi generasi milenial terhadap m-banking bank Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain riset kausal dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi milenial di Kabupaten Bantul. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 121 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menggunakan aplikasi Smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap persepsi kegunaan. Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap. Sikap dan persepsi kontrol perilaku berpengaruh positif terhadap minat. Sementara persepsi kegunaan dan norma subjektif tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat dalam menggunakan mobile banking bank syariah.

Abstract

In this digital era, people are required to transform using e-payments. However, not all levels of society have adapted to digitalization of payments. This study aims to analyze the effect of ease of use, usefulness, and religiosity on the decision to use LinkAja Syariah. This research is a primary quantitative research. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling with convenience sampling. Respondents were obtained by 123 users of the LinkAja Syariah application in the Surakarta area. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all construct variables consisting of convenience, usefulness and religiosity influence the decision to use LinkAja Syariah in the people of Surakarta.
