Abstract

Quality of life is a state where one gets satisfaction and enjoyment in everyday life. Quality of life is related to physical health and mental health which means if a person healthy physically and mentally then the person will achieve satisfaction in his life. The purpose of this research is to know the direct and indirect influence of health promotion of social environment, the role of health officer and the role of husband to the quality of life of HIV / AIDS sufferers in housewife at Yayasan Pelita Ilmu in 2017. This research uses cross sectional method with 70 samples respondents. Analytical methods used are Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Smart PLS2.0 and SPSS 18. The results of this study indicate the direct and indirect influence between health promotion variables, social environment, the role of health workers and husband role, to the quality of life of HIV / AIDS in housewives by 76.8%. The quality of life variable is directly influenced by several variables, including health promotion (12,14%), social environment (23,83%), health officer role (30,31%), and husband role (10,50%). Indirect effect of 1.51%. Pelita Ilmu Foundation counseling officers to provide support to HIV / AIDS sufferers in housewives by increasing the role of health workers to create HIV / AIDS sufferers in housewives with high quality of life.

Abstract

Education was a form of independent nursing action to help hypertension sufferers, both individuals, groups, and communities in overcoming their health problems through learning activities, in which nurses are as nurse educators. Objective to conducting a literature review of articles that examine the effect of education on medication adherence for hypertensive patients. Methods Using a database with EBSCO search, Google Scholar, Scien Diract, Pubmed published in 204-2019. Result Respondents were used aged 30-70 years in hypertensive patients. This literature review shows that there is a significant effect of giving education and counseling to medication adherence in hypertensive patients (P = 0.00). There was an influence of education and counseling on medication adherence in hypertensive patients.

Abstract

Head injury is the leading cause of death, mortality and morbidity figures a head injury was nearly a third cause of death in patients with multitrauma in different countries especially Indonesia. Data on Hospitals Depati Hamzah City Pangkalpinang, in 2015 the total number events head injury by as much as 200 cases in the year 2016 total number events head injury as much as 262 cases, and in 2017 the amount of the total figures for the incidence of head injury as many as 197 cases. The purpose of this research is to analyze the ability of nurses in classifying patients of head injury based on the value of the GCS in IGD Hospitals Depati Hamzah City Pangkalpinang year 2018. Type of this research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. . The collection of data through in-depth interviews. Results of the study showed that nurses in hospitals IGD Depati Hamzah has quite a good knowledge, nurses take action in accordance with SOP (Standard Operational procedures), the nurse must be at least certified training BTCLS, and not There is supervision at IGD Hospitals Depati Hamzah City Pangkalpinang.This research is need for advice of delivery of dissemination of SOP to the clerk in the IGD so that all employees in the good doctor's or nurse's IGD know about it and the need for reactivation of the existing supervision systems at home sick, and need an increase in knowledge and Human resource through the addition quota BTCLS training.

Abstract

The Election Working Group plays an important role in the implementation of public services at the Depati Bahrin Regional Hospital. However, in its implementation there are several things that support and hinder the role of the Election Working Group in the process of procuring goods / services at the Depati Bahrin Regional Hospital, Bangka Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Research informants were determined by purposive sampling, namely the Procurement of Goods / Services in Bangka Regency and the Depati Bahrin Regional Hospital, Bangka Regency and the people who have received health services at the Depati Bahrin Regional Hospital, Bangka Regency. For research instruments through interviews and observations and documents. From the research, it was found that there were several things that hindered the role of the Pokja for the Selection of Goods / Services at the Depati Bahrin Regional Hospital, Bangka Regency. However, many things have been achieved to support the role of the Election Working Group, including the use of SPSE in every package of goods / services procurement, the establishment of an SPI (Internal Supervisory Unit), the use of SIMRS (Hospital Management Information System) which includes logistical elements in it, better coordination. between the Election Working Group and the Goods / Services Procurement Actors of the Depati Bahrin Regional Hospital and the goods / services procurement organization in Bangka Regency that is already permanent. Abstract

The use of pictorial Learning Cards aims to make it easier for students to provide associations with concepts and materials so that the images that students get can generate creative ideas. The pictorial kick card is expected to improve students' spatial and visual abilities. The purpose of this Literature Review is to review articles that examine Learning Card Development towards Improving Student Teamwork and Knowledge. The data used comes from journals that contain the concepts under study. The data collection process was carried out by filtering from 17,071 literary sources to 7 literatures based on the criteria determined by the author of each journal taken. The criteria referred to include the year the literature sources were taken from 2016 to 2019, the suitability of writing keywords, the relationship between the results of writing and discussion. Strategies in collecting journals for various literatures using accredited journal sites such as Google Scholar, Science Direct and BMC Medical Education. An effective way of writing for journal settings is by entering keywords according to the writing title such as "Learning Card AND Teamwork AND Knowledge. On the Learning card is a card that contains keywords in learning that are used by students in preparing solutions, concepts and problem solving both sequentially and systematically.

Abstract

Instant noodles as a practical food, easy to serve, delicious, many choices of flavors and low prices are very popular with various groups, including teenagers. Even so, excessive consumption of instant noodles can cause health hazards. The author wants to know the behavior of adolescents in Bangka Belitung in consuming instant noodles. The research used quantitative using a questionnaire method at the end of August 2020 to 45 respondents randomly and the data obtained were analyzed descriptively and graphically. In this study, it was found that the behavior of consuming instant noodles was carried out by 84.4% of respondents at elementary school age with a percentage of 71.1% consuming 1-3 packs per week. Other behavior when processing / serving it as much as 51.1% of respondents think they like adding spices / other food ingredients to increase taste / taste and nutritional intake.

Abstract

Antenatal care, which consists of a health check-up process, observation and education for pregnant women, requires laboratory tests to detect abnormalities early during pregnancy. This study aims to obtain a description of the condition of pregnant women at Sungailiat Health Center based on the results of laboratory examinations. The research sample was pregnant women who were examined at the Sungailiat Health Center laboratory from January to July 2020, whose data were collected through the Puskesmas information system (simpus) and analyzed descriptively and graphically. It was found that 26.5% of pregnancies that occurred in women aged under 20 years and over 35 years and 3.5% of pregnant women aged under 20 years and between 20-35 years suffered from anemia. Hepatitis B affects 1.8% of pregnant women due to the hygiene and sanitation conditions of the living environment. There were no problems related to syphilis and HIV, but 2.2% of pregnant women had proteinuria.

Abstract

Anxiety ahead of menopause is a form of concern due to changes in both physical and psychological changes, which are characterized by cognitive, affective, somatic, and motoric symptoms. Maternal anxiety during menopause will cause problems in the sexual life of husband and wife, physical and psychological symptoms such as excessive sweating and feeling of uselessness because it can't bear children anymore. The purpose of this study to determine the influence of the role of health workers, family roles, physical environmental conditions and motivation to the anxiety of menopausal women in the Village Pagarawan Year 2018. The study design using cross-sectional. Methods of analysis using Smart PLS 2.0 and SPSS 18. The population of menopausal women as much as 68 people. The results of hypothesis testing with Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the smart pls method resulted in research findings, namely the role of health personnel (17.02%), family role (11.79%), physical health condition (26.18%) and motivation (26, 29%). The direct effect of menopausal mother's anxiety was 81.28% and the indirect effect was 1.44%. The total direct and indirect effects of postmenopausal anxiety were 82.72%. Motivation is a dominant factor that greatly affects the anxiety of menopausal women. Researchers suggest that all sectors work together to motivate mothers from premenopausal preparations to mothers can adapt to menopause.

Abstract

Hypertension is a challenge for global health because of its high prevalence. Research studies on efforts for hypertension sufferers continue to be developed, one of which is non-pharmacological therapy, namely back massage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of back massage on blood pressure in hypertension patients. This research design used a quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest control group. A sample of 54 respondents was divided into two groups. Group 1 intervention was given back massage and standard drug therapy, group 2 control received only standard drug therapy. The results of the analysis of the research conducted by Paired t-test and Wilcoxon back massage showed a significant value on the status of systolic and diastolic blood pressure with a value of p-value = <0.05. The Mann Whitney test shows that there is a significant difference in the systolic status, p-value = <0.05 and there is no significant difference in the status of Diastolic blood pressure with p-value => 0.05. The conclusion in this study that backs massage can statistically reduce the status of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in hypertension patients.

Abstract

The topography of Probolinggo Regency is located on a slope mountains stretching from West to East, namely Mount Semeru, Mount Argopuro, Mount Bromo and Mount Lamongan. Probolinggo Regency is located at an altitude of 0- 2500 m above sea level, so that the land in Probolinggo Regency is land volcanic which contains many minerals that come from volcanic explosions in the form of sand, stone and mud mixed with clay which has fertility levels high. The highest rainfall is in January and February, rainfall is 1,797.82 mm2, 89 rainy days, 169,616.65 ha outside the mainland area. Meanwhile, Social Services do not have UPT PSTW, health services include 6 hospitals, 33 health centers, 1320 Posyandu, 87 supporting health centers, 1 unit that handles Disasters and 6 universities. This research uses the Waterfall method, produces a GIS-based disaster mitigation mapping application, this application provides information to the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Probolinggo Regency on the location of the map of the area that is included in the red zone that is at risk of disaster.
