Abstract

This study aims to determine the enforcement of environmental criminal law and the legal responsibility of PT. Freeport Indonesia for the disposal of tailings waste in Mimika Regency. This research method is normative-empirical using primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with related parties, namely the Mimika Resort Police, the Mimika Regency Environmental Service and Environmental Care Organizations. The results of the study indicate that the enforcement of environmental criminal law due to tailings waste pollution by PT. Freeport Indonesia has not been able to be implemented effectively. This is because the process of proving and determining the causal relationship between the act of pollution and the victim requires special experts and laboratories and the enforcement of environmental criminal law still relies on administrative sanctions. The application of criminal sanctions is still the ultimum remedium which is the last resort in its application. The legal responsibility of PT. Freeport Indonesia due to the disposal of tailings waste must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations as stipulated in Law Number 4 of 2009 concerning Minerals and Coal and Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management, regarding compensation for losses due to tailings waste pollution.

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove empirically: (1) are the leardership influence on  the work achievement employee; (2) are the competence influence on  the work achievement employee; and (3 are the individual commitment influence on  the work achievement employee; Theoretically, this research is expected to enrich and complement the knowledge in the field of human resource management so as to be useful to academics and practitioners. The type of research is explanatory research, population and sample in the study were 48 employees. The samples using total sampling technique, were analyzed by linear regression analysis with software SPSS 23. The results showed that (1) Leadership affect the work performance of employees, each employee has a character that berkemimpinan though not always dominant, but with the character of leadership, employees were able to manage themselves even coworkers. Leadership will exert yourself and co-workers to be creative, innovative, initiative and responsibility for his performance. The attitude of leadership is also able to bring work performance had been previously envisioned .; (2) Competence affect the work performance of employees, competences of the employees in the form of knowledge to the job, the level of mastery of skills and work discipline, proven to improve employee job performance. Indicators of knowledge provides the highest influence to increase employee job performance; (3) The commitment of individuals affect the work performance of employees, employee-owned individual commitments which will foster a passion for achievement on employees in these establishments. With a strong commitment of the employees will adopt a strategy for achieving employee beprestasi predicate.

Abstract

Monitoring dan evaluasi adalah proses penting untuk memastikan bahwa sarana dan prasarana yang ada dapat berfungsi dengan optimal. Dengan melakukan Monitoring dan evaluasi secara rutin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pelaksanaan Monitoring dan Evaluasi Sarana Prasarana Sekolah Dasar di Dinas Pendidikan  Kabupaten Nabire  Tahun 2023.  Penelitian  ini  menetapkan obyek penelitian di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nabire. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian: Data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data: Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap    6 (enam) pegawai  orang dilingkup Dinas  Pendidikan  Kabupaten Nabire, selanjutnya disebut sebagai informan penelitian.Metode analisis data dengan teknik analisis Interaktif Kualitatif mulai dari tahap Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data dan Penarikan Kesimpulan dan Verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Monitoring sarana prasarana di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nabire merupakan langkah penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Dengan pendekatan yang sistematis dan melibatkan berbagai pihak, Dinas Pendidikan dapat mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, melakukan perbaikan yang tepat, dan memastikan akses pendidikan yang berkualitas bagi semua siswa. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan pendidikan yang berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Nabire. Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nabire menghadapi tantangan kompleks dalam melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi sarana prasarana sekolah dasar, yang meliputi faktor manusia, infrastruktur, anggaran, data, dan partisipasi masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, komitmen Dinas Hasil evaluasi dari monitoring sarana prasarana di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nabire memainkan peran penting dalam perbaikan dan pengembangan pendidikan. Dengan memanfaatkan informasi yang diperoleh untuk merumuskan rencana aksi yang jelas, Dinas Pendidikan dapat mengatasi kekurangan yang teridentifikasi dan meningkatkan kualitas sarana prasarana. Ini mendukung proses pendidikan yang lebih baik di sekolah dasar dan berkontribusi pada perbaikan berkelanjutan dalam sistem pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the quality of public services at the Sidodadi Village Office, Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency, especially in terms of building permits (IMB) and to know and describe the factors that influence public services at the Sidodadi Village Office, Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency, especially in terms of obtaining a building permit (IMB). The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research aimed at exploring facts about the quality of public services in the Sidodadi Village. The informants for this study consisted of village heads, secretaries and village staff and the community, so that the total number of informants in this study were 13 people. The results of this study are: The quality of public services in the Sidodadi Village is fairly good. This is in accordance with the results of interviews on the five aspects of service quality, namely: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, which obtained satisfactory results, except for facilities in the form of a narrow parking lot. and a slightly hot waiting area. While the factors that influence service performance consist of capabilities and infrastructure factors.

Abstract

This research examines the role of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) in handling environmental and forestry criminal cases in Indonesia. The aim is to analyze the effectiveness of the KLHK's role as a government institution responsible for enforcing environmental and forestry laws. The research method used is a normative approach. The research results show that the Ministry of Environment and Forestry has a strategic role in handling environmental and forestry criminal cases, starting from prevention, supervision, to law enforcement. However, there are still several obstacles in its implementation, such as limited human resources, budget and coordination between institutions. This research recommends strengthening the capacity of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and increasing synergy with other law enforcement institutions to optimize the handling of environmental and forestry criminal cases in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the accountability and education of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Lembang Parinding. In this research, the author used descriptive qualitative research. Analysis of the interactive model using data collection techniques in the form of interviews with informants who are considered to have the potential to provide information about the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in increasing Lembang Parinding Accountability and Edupreneurship, also through observation and documentation. The conclusion from the research results states that Village- Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are not good enough at increasing accountability and edupreneurship in helping to overcome the economic problems of the community in Lembang Parinding. Independent businesses run by BUMDes are running well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine, analyze, and interpret the influence of Organizational Culture, Competence, and Work Environment on the performance of teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 13 Makassar. This research is of a quantitative descriptive nature, with a population and sample of 31 teachers. Data collection methods include interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The research data will be analyzed using statistical tools with SPSS 24 software. The results of the study indicate that: 1. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 13 Makassar. Generally, Organizational Culture has a strong influence on improving teacher performance, which is crucial for achieving the organization's goals. 2. Competence has a positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 13 Makassar. Competence is a crucial factor that supports teachers in developing their skills and knowledge to the fullest extent to contribute to the organization's goals consciously. 3. Work Environment also has a positive and significant impact on the performance of SMP Muhammadiyah 13 Makassar. The main factors in the work environment include the atmosphere and supporting facilities, which play a vital role in carrying out teachers' tasks.

Abstract

This research aims to examine, analyze and interpret the influence of the Work Environment, Work Facilities and Job Satisfaction on the performance of PT employees. Reads Media Indonesia. This research is descriptive quantitative, the population and sample are 32 employees. Data collection methods use interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The research data will be analyzed using statistical testing tools using SPSS 24 software. The research results show that: 1. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Reads Media Indonesia. In general, the work environment has a strong influence on improving employee performance. Employee performance is very important for achieving the goals of an organization 2. Work facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Reads Media Indonesia. Work Facilities are a factor that really supports all employee activities with full awareness in developing their energy and thoughts to the maximum to support organizational goals. 3. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Reads Media Indonesia. The purpose of Job Satisfaction is to fulfill the economic needs of Employees, and to increase work productivity in advancing the organization or organization because Employees have the motivation to work better to obtain the training that has been determined.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze and determine the considerations of the Constitutional Court judges in the Constitutional Court's decision No. 2/PUU-V/2007 and how the rights of foreign citizens are protected in judicial review petitions against the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the Constitutional Court judges, in their considerations, stated that the death penalty under Law No. 10/2007 concerning the right to life is not absolute, and therefore, in certain cases, such as narcotics, the death penalty can still be imposed. Furthermore, for foreign citizens who file judicial review petitions against the 1945 Constitution, the provisions of Article 51 of Law No. 24 of 2003 concerning the Constitutional Court are based. Therefore, it is necessary to specifically regulate the protection of the rights of foreign citizens to file judicial review petitions against the 1945 Constitution.
