Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, career development, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Labuhanbatu Regency. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SmartPLS3. The results of the study prove that the variables of training, career development, work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on performance. The R Square value is 0.812 or 81.20% of the Training, Career Development, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction variables affect employee performance while the remaining 18.80% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. During adolescence, there is rapid growth, including reproductive organs. Health problems often occur in adolescent girls who are vaginal discharge. Vaginal discharge is a liquid that comes out of the vagina that is not blood. Pathological vaginal discharge that occurs at the age of adolescent girls will further increase the risk of cervical cancer in adulthood. Vaginal discharge in adolescent girls can be prevented by providing health education. This study aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of health education regarding vaginal discharge to increase family knowledge and attitudes in adolescent girls. This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. The results of this study indicate an increase in knowledge with an average of 76% in subject I and 63% in subject II, while an attitude of 75% in subject I and 71% in subject II. It can be concluded that health education can increase knowledge and attitudes about the dangers of vaginal discharge in adolescent girls. It is hoped that subjects will be able to maintain the cleanliness of the feminine area and immediately go to the nearest health facility if vaginal discharge is unusual.

Abstract

Aim – This research aims to develop and test the influence of personality, motivation and work skills on performance. The population of this study are all members of the NGO KEBAYA (Big Family of Waria Yogyakarta) which has a private business of 60 people. Design / Methodology / Approach – Population or saturated sample research, data collection methods using questionnaires and observation. Descriptive and quantitative qualitative data analysis methods. Research Results–Personality, work motivation and work skills play a positive and significant role in the performance of KEBAYA NGO members. Originality – Personality development, work motivation and skills in the research object are special (transvestites).

Abstract

One of the most promising sources of local revenue (PAD) is motor vehicle tax (PKB). Because it has the ability to increase Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in each region, the UPTD PEPENDA of the Sibolga Regional Revenue Agency plays an important role in organizing local government in this regard. Therefore, the local government sees a huge opportunity to make all motorized vehicles owned by taxpayers the subject of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB). This is related to the growth and development of the budget function which requires local governments to always look for new sources of funding. As well as sources that are owned and considered to have the ability to bring in money for the region. Taxpayers who own motorized vehicles are required to pay Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB). A taxpayer is considered compliant with the applicable laws and regulations if he has paid his Motor Vehicle Tax. In accordance with Law No. 28/2009, taxpayers who do not make payments on time may be subject to fines or administrative sanctions. Based on the internship activities that have been carried out by researchers at the One-Stop Manunggal Administration System (SAMSAT) Office, it appears that there are indications of a lack of discipline in carrying out several tasks. There is still a lack of discipline towards time estimation with employees who are not on time during work hours.
