<![CDATA[This thesis examines the role of Posbakumadin in Tangerang City in providing legal assistance. The first main problem of this research is the implementation of providing legal aid according to Law Number 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid Article 3 and the role of Posbakumadin in Tangerang City in providing legal assistance. The purpose of this research is to know and understand about the role of Posbakumadin in Tangerang City in providing legal aid. The main problem of this research is the implementation of providing legal aid according to Law Number 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid Article 3 and the role of Posbakumadin in Tangerang City in provide legal assistance. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a problem approach technique through interviews, observation and in-depth documentation to the Advocates of Posbakumadin Tangerang City, Secretary and Staff and parties or clients who are accompanied by the case by Posbakumadin Tangerang City at the Tangerang District Court. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of providing legal aid according to Law Number 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid Article 3 has existed, exists and is used for the people of Tangerang City but the benefits have not been fully felt by the community and the role of Posbakumadin in Tangerang City in providing legal assistance is to provide information. , consultation or legal advice that does not reach the stage of accompanying or representing in the courtroom, making the documents needed for applicants for Posbakum services who are unable and providing information on a list of legal aid organizations that can provide legal assistance for free (prodeo).]]>

<![CDATA[Housing is human basic needs and it has an extremely strategic role in forming the character and personality of a nation. It needs to be developed for the sake of life sustainability and improvement of human. However, not all people have the ability to buy a house built by the building developer caused by limited economic ability. This encourages the developer to compete building the feasible housing with reasonable price. PT. Propertindo Jaya Bersama as one of developer companies has business strategy so that middle to lower community can have their own house. In the business world, competition is a usual thing that must be faced by the entrepreneurs/businessmen, however in the competition they also must pay attention on their way business and in accordance with the Islamic Shariah. This research aims to investigate (1) how is the practice of housing marketing strategy at PT. Propertindo Jaya Bersama Bekasi, (2) how is the Islamic law review towards the housing marketing strategy at PT. Propertindo Jaya Bersama Bekasi. This research used qualitative method with case study approach. The data source collected were primary data taken from a number of respondents consisting of the house developer and the house buyer by using interview method and documentation method, while the secondary data could be through the library aiming to collect data and information with the book’s assistance obtained in the library. The research results were then analyzed using descriptive method. Based on the results of this research, PT. Propertindo Jaya Bersama applies marketing mix (4P) strategy principles namely Product, Price, Place, and Promotions. Product/goods owned by the developer have high specification. Price offered is included into cheap and sufficient category to compete with other developers. Place/location of the house being built by the developer is strategic enough and close to public facility. Promotion done by the developer is more in using electronic social media until the target of the sale aims to the millennial generation. The implementation of house business strategy applied by PT. Propertindo Jaya Bersama even though not carrying the shariah name but according to Islamic Law this business is allowed.]]>

It is also trusted as the consultant and work partner by many big companies in Indonesia. The purpose of this research was to find out the practice of Istishna Agreement in Optical Fiber Commerce at PT. Smart Innovation Technology if it is already in line with Positive Law and Islamic Law or not. In this undergraduate thesis, the researcher employed qualitative method which aimed to understand the social situation, event, role, interaction and group, and it gives current information until it is beneficial for the development of science and further to be applied in various field. From the research which had been conducted by the author, obtained the result that in the practice of Istishna agreement in Optical Fiber Commerce at PT. Smart Innovation Technology has been in line with the provision of Positive Law and Islamic Law. The transaction practiced between PT. Smart Innovation Technology as the seller and the client as the buyer had the deal first either price, specification, processing time, and goods handover.]]>

<![CDATA[Objective - In recent years, more and more studies on organizational involvement have been carried out to find out more, and more broadly, both antecedent and consequent variables, especially those involving individuals as research objects, and only a few studies involving groups as research objects. Therefore, this study aims to examine the antecedent and consequence model of group performance based on Social Exchange Theory. Design/Methodology/Approach - The population of this study is 113 social science study programs at private universities in Yogyakarta and there are 105 study programs that meet the requirements as data. While the object of group research consists of the chairperson and secretary of the department. The research model uses the census model. The independent variables include perceptions of organizational support and distributive justice, as well as the dependent variable, namely group performance. Findings - The results show that perceptions of organizational support and distributive justice do not play a role in the performance of social science study programs at private universities in Yogyakarta. Originality - There are still opportunities to study group performance, both as mediator and predictor using group data objects. Therefore, this study not only offers the use of group data but also provides a wider range of antecedent variables and their consequences based on social exchange theory.]]>

<![CDATA[Wardah Maulina's novel entitled Kekasih Impian tells the romantic journey to marriage life. It is a journey from short friendship on social media to love.. Natta immediately proposes Wardah Maulina without dating. He believes in his faith to do ta’aruf. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this studyis the novel Kekasih Impian by Wardah Maulina. This study focuses on the analysis of moral messages with a pragmatic approach. Data were analyzed with qualitative description techniques.It is a research procedure which the results of descriptive data presentated in the form of the novel author's speech. The method of data collection is conducted by reading and note taking techniques.The results showed that the moral message contained in the novel Kekasih Impian consists of the messages of God and human being morality. The message of the Almighty God morality will form the religious education. The principal morals of God cover faith, ihsan, piety, resignation, gratitude, sincerity andpatience. Islamic humans morality or akhlak includes akhlak to the Messenger of Allah, parents, oneself, families, neighbors, and society. The Islamic ethic or akhlak on the environment includes being conscious to maintain the preservation of the environment, to protect and utilize the nature, especially animals andplants, and human being. The fictional elements used as a moral messenger are themes, settings, characters and language styles. The theme used in the novel Kekasih Impian includes the main and additional themes.]]>

<![CDATA[This undergraduate thesis discusses how the implementation of the Mertelu cooperation contract in the agricultural sector in the Balir II Block in terms of Islamic Law. The practice of mertelu farming cooperation has long been carried out by the community. Mertelu is a cooperation in the field of agriculture in which one party acts as a land manager and the other party acts as a land owner. This cooperation occurs because one party has the power to manage the land but does not own the land, while the land owner owns the land but does not have the power to manage the land. The focus of the research in this undergraduate thesis is how is the implementation and how is the review of Islamic law regarding the implementation of the Mertelu agricultural cooperation contract which was carried out in the Balir II Block, Mekarjaya Village, Gantar District, Indramayu Regency?. This undergraduate thesis used a qualitative research method with a field research approach. There were two sources of data in this study, namely primary data sources resulting from interviews with farmers and residents who have carried out this collaboration or who know exactly about this collaboration Meanwhile, secondary data sources in this undergraduate thesis came from documents, books, notes, and etc. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the practice of Mertelu cooperation in the agricultural sector carried out by the Balir II Block community, Mekarjaya Village, Gantar District, Indramayu Regency was not in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law. This is due to the absence of one fundamental requirement in Islam, namely the recording of all non-cash activities.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the moral values that can be found in the Sad Girls Novel by Lang Leav which are the values of friendship, social behavior, responsibility, and maturity. Moral values are related to human behavior, in terms of what is considered good and bad. The values of friendship are mutual understanding between individuals, understanding everything that is liked, hated, needed. While social behavior leads to the formation of a good personality. Responsibility instead is a moral which describes a person's ability to show quality personal in their work, and maturity is an important form of moral intelligence which is the mental capacity to determine how universal human principles are. The research method used is qualitative method by choosing the dialogues that contain moral values, and the description is written using the concept of literary representation with a dynamic structuralism to propose the idea of moral values in the chosen dialogue. The result of this research shows moral characters portrayed in the novel by Audrey consistently indicated how she was being a good friend, involving in various social situations, being a responsible and mature individual with the people around her, and the main characters’ behaviors are giving the readers dialogue and actions that showed their interests and personality which brought the 4 mentioned moral values.]]>

<![CDATA[The very rapid development of technology in the information sector in the modern era is currently very helpful to human daily activities. The development of this information technology in addition to having a positive impact but also a negative impact on humans, for example, the many circulation of hoax news in the mass media such as on television, newspapers and internet media. In this case, the hoax news then causes negative things such as slander, gossiping, bringing into conflict in each other, and many others. Friday Bulletin of the Bogor Great Mosque in 2018 is a bulletin published every Friday as a medium to deliver da'wah messages in printed form. Just like the bulletin in general, the bulletin also has a management agency in it. The method of da'wah to the community is very necessary for the achievement of the objectives of da'wah. From the da'wah method it is necessary to make a da'wah pattern that makes the delivery of da'wah more effective. Based on the above context, the purpose of this study was (1) To analyze the contents of the da'wah messages in the Friday Bulletin of the Bogor Great Mosque in 2018. The messages of da'wah are in the form of da'wah messages of aqidah, morals, and sharia. (2) To find out what message is dominant in the 2018 Bogor Great Mosque Friday Bulletin. The methodology used in this study was a quantitative method with a descriptive content analysis approach. Data collection techniques were done through observation and documentation. The data was then used as research material. Meanwhile for sampling, a simple random sampling technique was used in this research. Furthermore, the data analysis stage was carried out to obtain valid results while for the reliable results was obtained by using the help of three competent judges in the field of da'wah. Based on the results of the analysis of the data collected, the researcher obtained the results regarding the da'wah messages as follows, (1) Da'wah messages contained in the Friday Bulletin of the Bogor Grand Mosque in 2018 include: aqidah messages, moral messages, and Shari'a messages. The contents of the message in the bulletin include sentences and paragraphs containing the da'wah messages contained in the Bogor Great Mosque Friday Bulletin in 2018. (2) Moral messages are the highest in the 2018 Bogor Great Mosque Friday Bulletins with a percentage of 41%. Furthermore, the Shari'a message ranks second with a percentage of 34.4%, while the aqidah message is the last in the Friday Bulletin of the Bogor Great Mosque in 2018 with a percentage of 24.6%. From the results of the study, it was known that the moral message was the most dominant message percentage in the Bogor Great Mosque Friday Bulletin in 2018.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana Praktik Gadai Sawah Ditinjau dari Hukum Islam Studi Kasus Blok Balir II, Desa Mekarjaya, Kecamatan Gantar, Kabupaten Indramayu. Praktik gadai sawah sudah lama dilakukan oleh masyarakat Blok Balir II, Adapun praktek gadai yang terdapat di Blok Balir II, Desa Mekarjaya, Kecamatan Gantar, Kabupaten Indramayu adalah dengan datangnya seorang petani atau orang yang memiliki lahan atau sawah yang membutuhkan pinjaman uang, kepada orang lain yang memiliki harta atau uang yang berkecukupan. Kemudian keduanya membuat perjanjian gadai secara lisan dan tulisan yang disertai materai. Isi perjanjian tersebut memuat kesepakatan bahwa pengembalian hutangnya ditentukan selama 3 tahun. Tetapi selama pemilik lahan sawah itu belum mampu melunasi utangnya maka lahan sawah tersebut tetap dimanfaatkan oleh si pemberi utang tanpa membagi hasil panen yang diperolehnya. Dengan adanya skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan tinjauan hukum Islam tantang gadai sawah yang terjadi di Blok Balir II, Desa Mekarjaya, Kecamatan Gantar, Kabupaten Indramayu. Untuk mendapatkan data yang valid penyusunan penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu sumber data primer hasil dari wawancara dengan para petani dan warga yang menjadi penggadai dan penerima gadai sedangkan sumber data sekunder berupa dokumen-dokumen, buku-buku, dan catatan dan sebagainya. penganalisaan data dengan menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dalam praktik gadai sawah yang dilakukan masyarakat Blok Balir II, Desa Mekarjaya, Kecamatan Gantar, Kabupaten Indramayu. Pelaksanaan Praktik sawah dilihat dari akadnya sudah sah karena sudah terpenuhi dan sesuai dengan ketentuan Islam, sedangkan mengenai pemanfaatan gadai secara penuh oleh murtahin baik secara hukum Islam dan hukum. Adat istiadat tidak sah karena adanya unsur eksploitasi dari pihak-pihak yang berkuasa serta nilai kemaslahatan dan keadilan tidak di perhatikan.]]>
