Psoriasis is a chronic skin inflammation with a strong genetic basis. In the skin of psoriasis patients, there are changes in the growth and differentiation of epidermal cells. The term psoriasis comes from the Greek 'psora' which means itching. Psoriasis is a chronic skin inflammation characterized by well-defined erythematous plaques, rough scales, layers and silvery white in color, especially on the elbows, knees, scalp, back, umbilicus and lumbar. Initially psoriasis was thought to be a disease of abnormal proliferation and differentiation of keratinocytes. Psoriasis precipitating factors can vary, including infection, topical irritant agents, and systemic steroids. Precipitating factors are usually involved in the initial manifestation of psoriasis or lead to an exacerbation of the disease. Psoriasis is currently known to have a close relationship with comorbidities such as psoriatic arthritis, obesity, cardiovascular disease, non-alcoholic liver disease, metabolic syndrome, and inflammatory bowel disease that can worsen quality of life and reduce patient life expectancy.

Teratomas are germ cell tumors consisting of somatic tissue derived from two or three germinal layers (ectodermal, endodermal, and mesodermal). Teratomas can be classified as mature teratomas and immature teratomas. Teratomas usually arise in the gonads but can also be extra-gonadal. Extragonadal teratomas can occur in the anterior mediastinum, retroperitoneum, pineal, and anterior suprasellar. The general incidence of teratomas is sacrococcygeal 40%, ovarian 25%, testicular 12%, brain 5%, and others including neck and mediastinum 1%. The etiology of teratoma is unknown, but there is a theory that gonadal and midline teratomas originate from totipotent primordial germ cells. Usually teratomas are found incidentally on thoracic photographs. If symptoms are present, it is generally due to mass effect which may cause coughing, dyspnea or chest pain. Mediastinal teratomas may cause perforation, however this complication is rare but a very serious condition. Large anterior mediastinal teratomas that rupture into the pleural cavity can cause lung infection, pleural effusion and mediastinitis. After complete excision, both mature and immature teratomas have an excellent prognosis.

The respondents were women of childbearing age. The results of the study of women of childbearing age on IUD birth control were obtained by 11 respondents having moderate interest (55%), knowledge level less than 23 respondents (57.5%), low parity < 2 children as many as 30 people (75%), elementary / junior high school graduate education 24 people (60%), husbands did not support 28 people (70%). The results of the chi-square test on Fisher Exact p-value obtained knowledge with interest p = 0.432, parity with interest p = 1,000, education with interest p = 0.407, husband support with interest p = 1,000.

Behavior about clean and healthy living in educational institutions is an effort to empower students, teachers and the community in the school environment to know, want to do and be able to practice a set of behaviors on the basis of awareness as learning outcomes, so that they are independently able to prevent disease, improve their health, and play an active role in creating a healthy environment . Behavior regarding clean and healthy living is an indicator of achievement in improving health in the 2015-2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program. In the SDGs, behavior regarding clean and healthy living is one of the prevention strategies with short-term impacts for improving health in regional settings, namely schools, families and communities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, school-age children and adolescents were at risk of contracting COVID-19 due to their high activity and tendency to group. However, due to their good immune system, often COVID-19 in this group shows no symptoms or only mild symptoms, so they are often ignored and have the potential to spread to people around them. The impact of COVID-19 on school-age children and adolescents can affect their physical and mental health. Based on the description above, the authors conducted research on the effect of implementing UKS activities on Clean and Healthy Behavior. This research is a quantitative research with a correlation study design with the type of research used is Analytical Observational. The research was conducted at Middle School 2 Kualuh Leidong, North Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra Province in March -May 2022 with a sample size of 70 respondents. Sampling in this study used a probability sampling technique with proportional stratified sampling. Data analysis in this study includes Univariate and Bivariate Analysis with the provision that if ρ ≤ α 0.05 then there is an influence or relationship between the two variables. The results of the study obtained a p value of 0.000 which means that there is an influence of the School Health Business program on Clean and Healthy Behavior. It is hoped that the puskesmas staff will socialize the school health program and activity plan, complete facilities that support clean and healthy behavior and further increase school involvement and collaboration with parties related to the implementation of activity programs or clean and healthy living in the working area of the Tanjung Leidong community health center.
