Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance at WIFT INDONESIA (CV. WIJAYA FAMILY TASIKMALAYA), to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance at WIFT INDONESIA (CV. WIJAYA FAMILY TASIKMALAYA) and to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and work stress on the performance of WIFT INDONESIA employees (CV. WIJAYA FAMILY TASIKMALAYA). The sample in this study were WIF INDONESIA employees (CV. WIJAYA FAMILY TASIKMALAYA), totaling 83 people. This research was conducted by collecting data with a questionnaire data collection technique, then testing the data with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance at WIF INDONESIA (CV. WIJAYA FAMILY TASIKMALAYA). Significant effect of work stress on employee performance at WIF INDONESIA (CV. WIJAYA FAMILY TASIKMALAYA). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment and Organizational Commitment on Employee Productivity in the Production Department at CV. Ar-Royyan Group Tasikmalaya. The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 63 respondents from the production employees of CV. Ar-Royyan Group Tasikmalaya. The data used are Primary Data and Secondary Data. The data analysis tool used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that simultaneously the Work Environment and Organizational Commitment had a significant effect on Employee Productivity. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on employee productivity. Partially, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Employee Productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the effect of profitability and debt policy on firm value in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector are listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The data collection technique in this study was by using secondary data (indirect data sources), library research and documentation. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The analytical tool used is to use the formula Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Price to Book Value (PBV). Based on the results of the study indicate that simultaneously Profitability and Debt Policy have a significant effect on Firm Value. And Partially Profitability has no significant effect on Firm Value and Debt Policy has a significant effect on Firm Value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life and Work Skills on Employee Performance (Census of Production Section Employees at CV. Family Handicraft Tasikmalaya). The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 50 respondents from the production employees of CV. Family Handicrafts. The data used are Primary Data and Secondary Data. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results show that simultaneously the Quality of Work Life and Work Skills have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially the Quality of Work Life has no significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially, work skills have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Return on Assets, Return on Equity, and Earning Per Share have an effect simultaneously or partially on stock prices in LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were 45 companies and used a saturated sample. Documentation technique is used as a data collection technique in this study and the data source used is secondary data published by the company on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Return on Assets, Return on Equity, and Earning Per Share have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially, Return on Assets has no significant effect on stock prices. Return On Equity partially has a significant effect on stock prices. Earning Per Share partially has no significant effect on the stock price.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Motivation on Work Discipline in Employees of CV. WILD OUTDOOR TASIKMALAYA, to determine the influence of the Work Environment on Work Discipline in Employees of CV. WILD OUTDOOR TASIKMALAYA and knowing the effect of Work Motivation and Work Environment on Work Discipline in Employees of CV. WILD OUTDOOR TASIKMALAYA. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance at CV. Goyang Karawang KJA Cirata, to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at CV employees. Goyang Karawang KJA Cirata and knowing the influence of Leadership and Motivation on Employee Performance at CV. Goyang Karawang KJA Cirata. The samples in this study were employees of CV. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance in the Barecore Division of PT. Bineatama Kayone Lestari Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are employees of the Barecore Division of PT. Bineatama Kayone Lestari Tasikmalaya. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture and work environment has a significant effect on employee performance in the barecore division of PT. Binetama Kayone Lestari Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Telecommunications companies that are still in competition demand companies that have good financial performance to attract outsiders to invest their capital. Company management in managing the business requires measurement of financial performance to evaluate the business. Financial performance can be measured using analytical tools in the form of financial ratios, the most commonly used to measure financial performance, financial value added performance, namely economic value added, financial value added and market value added, which takes into account the cost of capital paid by the company to determine whether company can create added value or not. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the company's financial performance by applying economic value added, financial value added and market value added methods. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach type. The results of the research show that the financial performance of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, PT. XL Axiata and PT. Indosat, Tbk is reviewed through the EVA, FVA and MVA method approaches from 2018-2021 producing positive values or > 0 except for PT. XL Axiata in 2020 the EVA value produces a negative value. At PT. Only in 2018 did Smartfren Telecom produce positive EVA and FVA values, while MVA only in 2019 and 2020.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee service on patient satisfaction at the Masalle Health Center. The independent variable in this study is employee service, while the dependent variable is patient satisfaction. The number of patients who were sampled in this study were 40 people. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis used is descriptive analysis of percentages, simple linear regression analysis and t test. The results showed that: (1) Employee services at the Masalle Health Center, Masalle District, Masalee Regency were in the very satisfactory (very good) category. (2) Patient satisfaction at the Masalle Health Center, Masalle District, Enrekang Regency was also in the very satisfying category. (3) Employee service has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Masalle Health Center with the equation: Y = 20.050 + 0.305X. The results of this study indicate that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that employee service has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Masalle Health Center, Masalle District, Enrekang Regency.
