Abstract

The aim of the following research is to determine the influence of understanding, cost, awareness and confidence factors on the interest of restaurant culinary entrepreneurs in Medan City in using halal certification. This research uses quantitative methods. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a purposive sampling technique to 78 respondents. The data used is Primary Data and Secondary Data. The data analysis tool used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22. The variables understanding, costs, awareness and confidence contributed 91.7% and the remaining 8.3% was explained by other variables not included in this research. The results of the t test concluded that the variables understanding, costs, awareness and confidence had a positive and significant effect on the interest of restaurant culinary entrepreneurs in Medan City in using halal certification. From the results of the ANOVA test, the F-count was found to be 212,739 which is greater than the F-table (3.12), the conclusion is that understanding, costs, awareness and confidence simultaneously influence the interest of restaurant culinary entrepreneurs in Medan City in using halal certification.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2022, serta untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya perbedaan antara nilai EVA yang dihasilkan perusahaan pada masa sebelum pandemi covid-19 tahun 2018-2019 dan saat pandemi covid-19 tahun 2020-2022. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan tahunan PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk dan sampel yang digunakan adalah laporan neraca dan laporan laba rugi PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA), yang terdiri dari perhitungan Net Operating Profit After Tax (NOPAT), Invested Capital, Weight Average Cost Of Capital (WACC), Capital Charge, dan EVA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada tahun 2018 hingga 2022 nilai EVA yang dihasilkan mengalami fluktuasi. Pada tahun 2018 hingga 2021 nilai EVA yang dihasilkan perusahaan bernilai positif (EVA > 0) maka dapat dikatakan perusahaan mampu menghasilkan nilai tambah ekonomis. Di tahun 2022 nilai EVA yang dihasilkan negatif (EVA < 0) maka dapat dikatakan perusahaan tidak mampu menghasilkan nilai tambah ekonomis. Berdasarkan nilai EVA yang didapatkan maka dapat dikatakan terdapat perbedaan nilai EVA perusahaan pada masa sebelum pandemi covid-19 tahun 2018-2019 dan saat pandemi covid-19 tahun 2020-2022.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of capital (debt to equity ratio) on profitability on the cement subsektor company listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia (2013-2022) with the total number of samples of 40 samples. The method used in this research is quantitative method with hypothesis test using SPSS version 27 version. The results of the research show that the current ratio variabel has a positive and insignificant effect on return on equity, as evidenced by the calculated t value < t tabel, namely 0,572 < 1,69092 with a significance value of 0,571 > 0,05 and the debt to equity ratio variabel has a negative and significant effect on returns. on equity is proven by the t value > t tabel, namely 2,384 > 1,69092, the t value is negative and the significance value is 0,023 < 0,05. Simultaneously the current ratio and debt to equity ratio influence return on equity, this is proven by the calculated F value of 4,278 > F tabel 3,27 and the obtained significance value of 0,022 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan solvabilitas terhadap harga saham pada PT. Dyandra Media International, Tbk. Rasio keuangan profitabilitas dan solvabilitas yang diteliti yaitu Return on Assets dan Debt to Equity Ratio sebagai variabel independen dan Harga Saham sebagai variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT. Dyandra Media International, Tbk, dengan sampel laporan keuangan PT. Dyandra Media International, Tbk tahun 2018 sampai 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang di uji dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Rasio Profitabilitas yakni Return on Assets tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham, Rasio Solvabilitas yakni Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham, dan Return on Assets dan Debt to Equity Ratio bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham. Dari penelitian ini investor disarankan untuk lebih memfokuskan pada aspek-aspek lain diluar dari kedua variabel independen yang telah di teliti sebagai alasan pengambilan keputusan sebelum mlakukan investasi.

Abstract

Radio is a mass communication medium that is closely related to the needs of society and can provide various information, entertainment, education, etc. The presence of the Internet has changed people's behavior patterns and RRI Padang has begun to trace developments in digital technology. RRI Padang strives to improve the quality of its broadcast programs, especially to stimulate public interest in social media. Background The aim of this research is to describe RRI Padang's efforts to increase public awareness through social media. This research is described using a qualitative approach using primary and secondary data. Interviews, observation, and documentation were used as data collection methods in this research. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis using reduction, representation and inferential techniques. Abstract

The era of globalization has demanded changes in the field of marketing. The increasing level of competition in local and global business and conditions of uncertainty force companies to achieve competitive advantages in order to be able to win competition in global business. The development of instant noodle products has led to increasingly fierce competition, instant noodle manufacturers are trying to market their products by carrying out intensive promotions to offer the superiority of their products. There are two big brands that dominate the instant noodle market share, namely Indomie and Mie Sedaap. The aim of the research is to analyze Indomie's competition with Mie Sedaap. So you can find out how buyers make decisions when purchasing instant noodles. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with sampling generally carried out randomly, data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative or statistical in nature with the aim of testing hypotheses that have been determined late. Researchers took a sample of 384 respondents by distributing questionnaires. Based on the statistical test results of the 3 variables, it was found that the results of this descriptive statistical test produced a number <1, namely 0.728 for P1 and P2 and 0.924 for P3 respectively, so the results of this test were appropriate because the resulting standard deviation value did not have a significant difference from the average value. -average. The results of the correlation test state that if the significance value (Sig) is <0.05 then the test results are valid. In this study, the three variables had a Sig value of <0.001. Then for the reliability test results, a value of 0.826 was obtained and it was declared reliable. Finally, for the results of the independent sample T test, the respective Sig values were 0.269 for P1 and P2, while for P3 it was 0.825, so it can be concluded that there is no difference between these three variables. Based on this explanation, the majority of the 384 respondents chose Indomie as the instant noodle product of choice. then regarding product quality the majority answered that there was no difference in product quality. then based on the attractiveness of the advertisement the majority strongly agree and finally based on the product price there is no difference.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the potential and obstacles in implementing the sustainable concept in the halal fashion industry from an Islamic perspective in Wati's sewing business. In the research the author used a descriptive method with a qualitative research type. Research data was collected using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are that the wati sewing business has not implemented the sustainable concept in its business due to a lack of awareness and understanding of the sustainable concept. In the Islamic view, the application of the sustainable concept has a significant impact. As caliph on earth, Wati's sewing business manager has moral and ethical responsibilities in carrying out its operations. There are several strengths if the sustainable concept is applied to the wati sewing business, namely responsibility for the environment, opportunities for innovation, attractiveness for consumers and the wider market, and a pleasant work environment. However, there are also weaknesses, namely financial limitations, technological limitations, limited human resources and lack of training.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the marketing strategies implemented and the impact felt by MSME players during the pandemic and emergency PPKM. The object of this research is MSME actors. The method used is a qualitative research method. Types based on literature reviews, with descriptive, analytical, verification and exportative approaches. The type of data collected is secondary data which comes from collecting data reported from research journals, from newspapers or from research. The data analysis technique uses a model in the form of qualitative data analysis in the form of a literature review of various literature and conclusions. From the research results above, it can be explained that this marketing strategy can be applied among the public with a delivery system and introducing various marketing products on social media. This strategy provides good prospects for increasing sales figures for MSME products that are experiencing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and emergency PPKM. And the impact caused by COVID-19 and emergency PPKM is the decline in marketing levels not only in large industries but also impacting micro, small and medium producers (MSMEs).

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada tujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan di Pasar Ponsel Kalimantan Tengah. Pada era bisnis yang semakin bertambah padat, suatu entitas bisnis harus mempunyai pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai kebutuhan pembeli/konsumen. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan skala likert dan menargetkan konsumen yang pernah membeli produk di Kalimantan Tengah dengan gambaran faktual. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan secara acak sesuai pendekatan probabilitas sampling yang memberi kesempatan kepada seluruh anggota populasi. Survei ini mengaitkan variabel independent yakni, Harga/Biaya, kualitas layanan/pelayanan, serta kualitas barang/produk. Dan variabel dependen kepuasan pelanggan. Para peneliti menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda didalam penyelidikan kami. Data penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel independen memiliki pengaruh (positif) serta signifikansi kepada tingkat kepuasanĀ  pelanggan. Penemuan tersebut dapat menjadi landasan yang mendasar untuk rancangan ekonomi dan dapat memberikan pengalaman yang sangat memuaskan bagi pelanggan di Pasar Ponsel Kalimantan Tengah.

Abstract

Maladministration is a problem that can threaten community welfare and the quality of public services. The Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) acts as an institution tasked with supervising public services and preventing maladministration. In the context of West Sumatra, the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for West Sumatra has an important role in maintaining the integrity and accountability of a regional government. This article aims to analyze the role and function of the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for West Sumatra in preventing maladministration. In this research study, researchers applied qualitative descriptive methods. And researchers collected data through interview methods with several sources. The findings of this research describe how the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for West Sumatra carries out the role and function of preventing maladministration in the delivery of public services, based on the principles and standards in the Public Service Law.
