Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the democratic leadership style on the performance of non-PNS employees at the Library Service of South Sulawesi Province. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques. In this study, data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire with the help of Google form. Respondents in this study were non-PNS employees with a total of 35 people. Data analysis was carried out using Pearson correlation and simple regression with the help of SPSS 25. The results showed that democratic leadership style had a positive and significant effect of 50% on the performance of non-PNS employees at the Library and Archives Service of the Province of South Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of work stress on employee performance, (2) determine job satisfaction on employee performance, (3) determine work stress and job satisfaction jointly affect employee performance at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tonasa Unit, Pangkep Regency. The population of this research is all employees, especially supervisors, totaling 310 people. And the sample in this study were 175 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis using Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that there is a Negative and Significant Influence between Work Stress (X1) and a Positive and Significant Influence between Job Satisfaction (X2) on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy of small business actors on the financial performance of businesses in the city of Makassar. The population in this study are all small businesses recorded at the Makassar City Cooperatives and UKM Office in 2022, namely 136 businesses. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 58 samples related to the problem being studied. Funds were analyzed using a simple regression analysis method with the help of SPSS data processing to prove the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on business financial performance. The better the level of financial literacy of business actors, the better the performance will be.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable Effect of Education Level and Individual Characteristics on Employee Performance at PDAM Tirta Manakarra, Mamuju Regency. The variables used are the level of education and individual characteristics as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. The sampling technique is to use a saturated sampling technique, in which the entire population is sampled. The data collection method in this study was by distributing questionnaires in which the number of respondents was 55 employees. The results obtained in this study are from the t-test statistics showing that the level of education has a significant effect on employee performance in PDAM Tirta Manakarra Mamuju Regency, the value is greater than the value of individual characteristics has a significant effect on employee performance in PDAM Tirta Manakarra Mamuju Regency, the value is greater than Then the value of the F test shows that the level of education and individual characteristics simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Manakarra, Mamuju Regency, the value is greater than the value. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination show that the level of education and individual characteristics contributes an influence of 89 .2% on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Manakarra, Mamuju Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction of employees at Prima Husada Sengkang Hospital, the subjects in this study were 52 employees working at Prima Husada Hospital. This research is included in quantitative research and quantitative analysis to test the research hypothesis using the IMB SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the calculated t value of -11.576 where <t table (1.67655) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t value of 11.576 < t table (1.67655) and a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05. The results of the study show that leadership style has a partial effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 134.003 > 3.10 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and workload on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Polewali Mandar Sub-Branch Office. The type of this research is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study were 30 employees. The method applied to collect research data is the questionnaire method. The techniques applied to analyze the research data are validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, classic assumption test, t test and F test. This research shows positive results between work discipline variables (X1) and workload (X2) on employee performance (Y) which is shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 14,229 + 0.401 + 0.358. In the t test with the work discipline variable (X1) it shows a t count of 2.091 and a t table of 2.051 and a sig. 0.046 <0.05. Workload (X2) has a t count of 2,832 and a sig value of 2,051 t table. 0.009 <0.05. The f test shows f count 6.662 and f table 3.3340 and sig. 0.004 <0.05. Based on the description, it can be concluded that partially work discipline has an effective effect which is very significant on employee performance, partially workload has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work discipline and workload have a simultaneous and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the competency of employee performance at PT Satria Jaya Sentosa, Kolaka Regency. The independent variable in this research is competency while the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study was all employees at PT Satria Jaya Sentosa, namely 70 people, while the sample in this study was 70 people using saturated sampling techniques. This research uses a quantitative approach and is analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method using SPSS 24.00. The data processed is the result of distributing questionnaires from 70 employees of PT. Satria Jaya Sentosa, Kolaka Regency. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a significant influence between competence on the performance of PT employees. Satria Jaya Sentosa, Kolaka Regency with a coefficient value of 0.666 (positive value) and tcount of 8.129 > 1.668 (ttable), it can be concluded that Competency (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination value is 0.493 or 49.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of bank soundness using the CAMEL method, namely Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earning and Liquidity at PT. Bank Sulselbar Year 2016-2021. This type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The data used is secondary data and uses data collection methods, namely documentation. The results showed that the soundness level of the Sulselbar bank for 6 years, namely 2016-2021, was included in the HEALTHY category in accordance with the applicable standards in terms of the CAMEL ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence on employee performance in PLN ULP Rajapolah employees, to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance in PLN ULP Rajapolah employees and to determine the effect of competence and compensation on employee performance in PLN ULP Rajapolah employees. The samples in this study are PLN ULP Rajapolah employees, totaling 51 people. This research was conducted by collecting data using a questionnaire data collection technique, then testing the data with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is an influence of competence on employee performance at PLN ULP Rajapolah Employees. (2) There is an effect of compensation on employee performance at PLN ULP Rajapolah Employees. (3) There is an influence of competence and compensation on employee performance at PLN ULP Rajapolah Employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and occupational safety and health simultaneously on the work productivity of employees at PT. Binetama Kayone Lestari Tasikmalaya in the Blockboard Division, to determine the effect of work discipline partially on employee work productivity at PT. Bineatama Kayone Lestari Tasikmalaya in the Blockboard Division, to determine the effect of occupational health safety partially on employee work productivity at PT. Binetama Kayone Lestari Tasikmalaya in the Blockboard Division. The samples in this study were employees of PT. Bineatama Kayone Lestari Tasikmalaya in the Blockboard Division, totaling 100 people. The data collection method in this study was carried out using a questionnaire data collection technique, then testing the data with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline and occupational safety and health simultaneously had a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PT.
