Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment on the work discipline of the coffee promise of the soul, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the work discipline of the coffee promise of the soul, and to know the effect of work commitment and job satisfaction on the discipline of the coffee promise of the soul. The sample used in this study were 37 coffee employees. This study used quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires and then testing the data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate (1) there is an effect of work commitment on the work discipline of coffee pledges of the soul. (2) There is an effect of job satisfaction on the work discipline of coffee pledges of the soul. (3) There is an effect of work commitment and job satisfaction on the work discipline of coffee-promise-spirit employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially on employee productivity which is influenced by work discipline and work ethic at PT. KS Tasikmalaya City Building. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample used amounted to 43 respondents. The data obtained are primary data through questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS Version 26. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and work ethic simultaneously have a significant effect on work productivity. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Work Productivity, Work Ethics partially has a significant effect on Work Productivity of employees of PT. KS Tasikmalaya City Building.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on the work stress of PT. Midi Utama Tbk Makassar, the subjects in this study were employees who worked at PT. Midi Utama Tbk Makassar number 70. This research is included in quantitative research and quantitative analysis to test the research hypothesis using IMB SPSS software version 24.0. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work stress. This is evidenced by the calculated t value of (4.983) where > t-table (1.99601) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

Financial performance is a form of achievement achieved by the company in managing finances and also describes the condition of an entity's performance. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of the Liquidity variable as measured by the Current Ratio (CR) and the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable on financial performance as measured by the Profitability Ratio (ROA). The population used in this research is the annual financial statements of Textile and Garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020 period. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using purposive sampling. The sample used is the annual financial statements of Textile and Garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020 period. The data source in this research is secondary data in the form of audited financial reports obtained from www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that liquidity and debt to equity ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on financial performance. Partially, liquidity has a significant effect on financial performance. The debt to equity ratio partially does not have a significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation and communication between employees, both simultaneously and partially, on employee work productivity at PT. Wonokoyo Branch of Cianjur Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. With a research sample of 42 employees as respondents. The data used is using primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 20 support application. The results of research and hypothesis testing show that simultaneously there is a significant influence of work motivation and communication between employees on employee work productivity, as well as partial testing shows that there is a significant influence of work motivation and communication between employees on employee work productivity at PT. Wonokoyo Branch of Cianjur Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Training and Work Discipline on the Performance of Banjar City BKPSDM Employees. In this research, the three variables use an ordinal measuring scale. The method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on the saturated sampling technique. The object of this research is the performance of Banjar City BKPSDM employees as many as 45 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous and partial training has a significant effect, but partial work discipline testing has a significant effect on the Performance of BKPSDM Employees in Banjar City.

Abstract

The research method used was a quantitative method with a quantitative approach to 45 respondents who were employees of the Tasikmalaya Post Office. Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous or partial influence of Work Environment and Work Spirit variables on Work Productivity. The population used in this study were 57 PD employees. Galunggung Putra. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection uses saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 57 PD employees Galunggung Putra. Sources of data in this study are secondary data and primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the Work Environment and Work Morale simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Productivity. The work environment partially has a significant effect on work productivity. Morale partially has a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product design and price perceptions on purchasing decisions (survey of consumers of Tasikmalaya embroidered wooden houses & fashion). The method used is a quantitative approach to the survey method. With a research sample of 100 consumers who buy products at the Tasikmalaya Embroidery & Fashion Wooden House Shop. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 23.0. The research results show that digital marketing at the Tasikmlaya Wooden Embroidery & Fashion Shop has a good assessment classification, price perception at the Tasikmlaya Embroidery & Fashion Wooden House Store has a good assessment classification, purchasing decisions at the Tasikmlaya Embroidery & Fashion Wooden House Store have a very high assessment classification. Simultaneously digital marketing and price perceptions have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially digital marketing has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, partially price perception has a significant influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. MAYA GRAHA INDAH TASIKMALAYA, to determine the effect of communication on employee performance at PT. MAYA GRAHA INDAH TASIKMALAYA and to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. MAYA GRAHA BEAUTIFUL TASIKMALAYA. The samples in this study were employees of PT. MAYA GRAHA INDAH TASIKMALAYA, totaling 41 people. This research was carried out by collecting data using questionnaire data collection techniques, then testing the data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that communication and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. MAYA GRAHA BEAUTIFUL TASIKMALAYA. No significant effect of communication on employee performance at PT. MAYA GRAHA BEAUTIFUL TASIKMALAYA. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. MAYA GRAHA BEAUTIFUL TASIKMALAYA.
