Abstract

This research is an experimental research type with a quantitative approach. This study aims to describe the application of the project-based learning model to the thematic learning for class V at SDN 24 Batangase Maros, and to describe student learning outcomes in thematic learning for class V students at SDN 24 Batangase Maros. The population of this study were fifth grade students at SDN 24 Batangase Maros with a total population of 92 students consisting of 3 classes. The sample in this study were students of class VB AND VC with a total of 59 students. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, test and documentation. After the data is collected then the processing is carried out by statistical analysis and inferential statistics with the help of IBM SPSS version 26. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the average value of learning outcomes in the experimental class before using project based learning (pre-test) is 35.83, which means it is at poor category, while the average score of students after implementing the project based learning strategy (post-test) was 69.17 which was in the good category. Furthermore, the average value of student learning outcomes in the control class that was not treated without applying the project based learning model (pre-test) was 35.69 which was in the less category while the average value was not treated without applying project based learning (post-test). ) is 53.28 which is in the sufficient category. Based on the results of these studies, there is a positive effect of the application of the project based learning model on learning outcomes in the thematic learning of fifth grade students at SDN 24 Batangase Maros.

Abstract

The study aims to know the parent-parents of the 33 boddie county of pangkajene and islands on learning activities at the time of pandemic covid-19. For the results of the 33 boddie county primary student assistance analysis of pangkajene and islands counties on home learning activities during the covid-19 pandemic. This study, using a kind of quantitative research with a descriptive quantitative study method. Based on the results of the normality test with the shapiro-wilk test using a statistical application on SPSS 25 as the significance of a statusary on the Banks of class iii is 0.198 >0.05 and an 472>0.05. Based on the results of the hypothesis test with tests a-t one test samples using version 25's statistical application version 25 acquired value of 0.001>0.05. Thus, ho was rejected and ha received and it may be concluded that there was a significant influence by female primary school parents of 33 boddie county pangkajene and islands of the study activity from home during the covid-19 pandemic. Parent-parents of class iii and iv SDN 33 boddie counties pangkajene and islands have an average of 73.7. As for the optimally provided form of parenting in the optimal category of 73.7% (38 students), that is, as many as 38 students get parents to give good attention to their children (1) provide guidance, (2) give counsel, (3) provide motivation and appreciation, (4) provide child care, and (5) provide child supervision. There is a positive and significant link between student chaperones SDN 33 boddie district pangkajene and islands in the learning process from home at the time of the covid-19 pandemic suggested by testing t-one test of 0.001 0.05 so that the parent is acceptable

Abstract

The research problem in this study is the low results of mathematics learning. This study aims to find out an overview of the use of napier rod props in mathematics subjects of grade IV students of UPT SPF SDN Maccini II Makassar City, to find out an overview of students' mathematics learning outcomes after using napier stem props in class IV UPT SPF SDN Maccini II Makassar City, and to find out the influence of the use of napier rod props on the results of learning mathematics for grade IV students of upt spf sdn Maccini II Makassar City. This research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental type of research. The research design used in this study is quasi experimental group design with the form of nonequivalent control group design which is carried out in two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class with stages of activity including giving pretests, giving treatment in experimental classes and giving posttests. Data collection techniques are in the form of tests, observations, and documentation. The population in this study was all grade IV students of UPT SPF SDN Maccini II Makassar City. The sample in this study was 54 students consisting of 27 class IV A students and 27 class IV B students. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study showed that (1) The use of the napier rod teaching aid in the learning process of the experimental class in mathematics class IV UPT SPF SDN Macini II Makassar City went very well. (2) Student learning outcomes in the experimental class are more improved than learning outcomes in the control class. This is evidenced by the learning outcomes in the experimental class which are in the good category, while the learning outcomes in the control class are only in the sufficient category. (3) There is an effect of using the napier rod teaching aid on learning outcomes in mathematics class IV UPT SPF SDN Maccini II Makassar City.

Abstract

This research was conducted at UPTD SDN 146 Barru, Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency which has a problem formulation, namely: 1) What is the picture of online learning at UPTD SDN 146 Barru during the covid-19 pandemic? 2) What is the picture of student learning motivation at UPTD SDN 146 Barru during the covid-19 pandemic? 3) Is there any effect of online learning on students' learning motivation during the covid-19 pandemic at UPTD SDN 146 Barru? Therefore, this study aims: 1) To find out the description of online learning for UPTD SDN 146 Barru students during the covid-19 pandemic. 2) To find out the description of student learning motivation at UPTD SDN 146 Barru during the covid-19 pandemic. 3) To find out whether there is an effect of online learning on students' learning motivation during the covid-19 pandemic at UPTD SDN 146 Barru. This type of research is a quantitative correlational model. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and documentation, which has a population of 61 students, with a sampling technique using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that the significance value of online learning and student learning motivation can be seen from Fcount which is greater than Ftable, so that there is a significant effect. Then the value of sig. smaller than the level of significance. These results can be concluded that there is a significant influence between online learning on students' learning motivation during the covid-19 pandemic at UPTD SDN 146 Barru, Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. Abstract

This study is an experimental study that aims to see whether there is an effect of using video media on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects for class IV SD Negeri 91 Soreang. The research design used is the None Equivalent Control Design. The independent variable of this research is video media. The dependent variable is learning outcomes. The study population was 36 students with 21 males and 15 females consisting of two classes. The sampling technique used is purpose sampling. The instrument that the researcher uses is in the form of multiple choice questions, totaling 20 questions. Data collection techniques are tests, observations and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using independent sample T-test. The results of the hypothesis test showed that video media had an effect on learning outcomes. The application of video media in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 91 Soreang is in the very good category. Student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in the control and experimental classes were in the good category. The conclusion of this study is that video media has an effect on social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 91 Soreang.

Abstract

The problem behind this research is the low learning outcomes of students in learning Mathematics for class IV SDN No. 48 Inpres Galung Utara, Banggae District, Majene Regency. This study aims to describe the application of the Problem Based Learning model to improve mathematics learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SDN No. 48 Inpres Galung Utara, Banggae District, Majene Regency. The approach used is a qualitative approach and the type of classroom action research (CAR) which consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings with the stages of activities in the form of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The focus of this research is the application of the Problem Based Learning model and student learning outcomes. The research subjects are teachers and fourth grade students at SDN No. 48 Inpres Galung Utara, Banggae District, Majene Regency. In the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, there are 18 students. Collecting data using the format of observation, tests and documentation. The data analysis used is qualitative. The results showed that there was an increase in learning both in teacher and student activities and student learning outcomes. The results of this study are teacher teaching activities and student learning activities have increased, in the first cycle the second meeting is in the sufficient category while in the second cycle the second meeting is in the good category. Student learning outcomes in cycle I meeting II are in the high category but student learning outcomes in Mathematics learning have not been completed classically, while in cycle II meeting II the category is very high, student learning outcomes have increased and have been completed classically. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the Problem Based Learning model in learning Mathematics can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN No. 48 Inpres Galung Utara, Banggae district Majene Regency.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to determine whether cheerful interactive multimedia (MIC) can be used in science classes for fifth-grade students at KIP V Bara-Baraya  elementary school, Makassar City. This research develops products based on the results of an analysis of student needs using research and development (R&D) types. The research subjects were 20 students in class 5A, and the research and development procedure used was the Alessi & Trollip development model, which began with the planning stage, the design stage, and the development stage. Products developed through additional research go through two stages of testing: alpha and beta. The alpha test or validity test in this study involved two validators, namely the material expert validator and the media expert validator. Based on the results of the media expert validation analysis, an overall score of 93 was obtained with a percentage of 83.03%, so multimedia products are in the "very eligible" category. The results of the material expert validation analysis obtained an overall score of 70 with a percentage of 92.10%, so multimedia products are in the "very eligible" category. As for the results of the responses of students and teachers for each product, they obtained percentages of 92.9% and 93.05%, so that multimedia products were in the "very eligible" category. Based on the results of this study, it can be an additional reference for future researchers and an innovation in developing interactive multimedia in elementary schools.Key Words:  Cheerful Interactive Multimedia, Science Subjects, Allesi and Trollip

Abstract

Students reading comprehension skills are still lacking. Many students do not know content or meaning of the reading they have read. The main problem in this study is now to describe the implementation of the SQ3R strategy for fifth grade students of SD INPRES BTN IKIP 1, Rappocini District, Makassar City, how is the description of the results of reading comprehension skills for fifth graders of SD INPRES BTN IKIP 1, Rapocini District, Makassar City, and whether there is an effect on the implementation of the SQ3R stategy. On the reading comprehension skills of fifth graders of SD INPRES BTN IKIP 1, Rappocini District, Makassar City. This study aims to describe the implementation of the SQ3R strategy, to determine the description of students reading comprehension skills, and to determine the effect of implementing the SQ3R strategy on the reading skills of fifth grade students of SD INPRES BTN IKIP 1, Rappocini District, Makassar City. This type of research is an experimental (Quasi Experimental Design) with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all fifth grade students. The sample in this study was 21 students in class V A and 21 students in class V B. The instrument used was a test of students reading comprehension skills (pre-test and post-test). Data Collection techniques in this study were observation, tests and documentation. After the data is collected then the processing is done by statistical analysis and inferential statistics with the help of IBM SPSS version 26.The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the average value of comprehension reading skills in the experimental class before using the SQ3R strategy (pre-test) was 60.71 in the poor category, while the average value of students after the implementation of the SQ3R strategy (post-test) was 84.76 in the good category. Furthermore, the average value of students reading comprehension skills in the control class that was not treated without applying the SQ3R strategy (pre-test) was 60.48 which was in the less category while the average value of not being treated without applying the SQ3R strategy (post-test) was 68.57 which was in the less category. Ststistical results using manual calculations of independent sample t-test with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistic Version 26 application. The  value is obtained with df (40) = 2.021 while  is 4.128,  (4.128)  > 2.021) so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Based on the results of the  study, there is a positive effect of implementing the SQ3R strategy on the reading comprehension skills of fifth graders of SD INPRES BTN IKIP 1, Rappocini District, Makassar City
