Abstract

Pricing is an important phenomenon that needs to be studied in more depth. Prices always change from time to time depending on what is influencing them at that time. Changes in demand and supply are things that greatly influence price increases or decreases. Prices in Islamic economics are influenced by market conditions in the sense that they depend on the level of demand and supply. Ibn Taimiyah expressed the view that if prices flow naturally according to market conditions, fair prices will emerge so that the government is not allowed to interfere in setting them. The type of research used in this research is library research. This research was carried out based on library data, by analyzing the thoughts of the figure Ibn Taymiyah regarding the basis of price setting, as well as books, journals and scientific works related to the research focus. This research is expected to develop the study of Sharia Economic theory, especially Ibn Taymiyah's perspective price theory. It is also hoped that this research will facilitate people's understanding of Ibn Taimiyah's perspective price theory and can provide them with considerations in the economic decision-making process. The results of the research show that in setting prices there are several indicators used by Ibn Taymiyah, as follows: There is a standard price, Products being traded can be accepted for the same thing, Specific time, There is no element of fraud.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and measure the effect of Hedonic Shopping Motivation and Shopping Lifestyle on Impulse Buying of Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University Students at Lazada.co.id and help in detailing how much the independent variable is related or affects the dependent variable. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting primary data through online questionnaire distribution using the Google Form platform. The population focus of this research is students of Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University who have made purchases at Lazada.co.id, using a sample of 91 respondents and selected through non probability sampling. Specifically the purposive sampling technique, which allows researchers to select samples based on certain considerations, so as to ensure that the selected sample represents the relevant variations in the population. The results in this study indicate that Hedonic Shopping Motivation (X1) shows a positive but insignificant effect on Impulse Buying (Y). Meanwhile, Shopping Lifestyle (X2) shows a positive and significant influence on Impulse Buying (Y).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Shopee e-commerce advertising on YouTube on student consumer behavior (case study of students at the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Raden Intan Lampung). This research uses a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires online via Google from. The population in this study were students from the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Raden Intan Lampung who had shopped at Shopee. The sample used was 92 respondents and was taken by purposive sampling, namely a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. With the help of the SmartPLS Test tool 4. The research results show that the impact of exposure to Shopee advertising on YouTube has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior. Because the results of the Reliability Test on the influence variable of advertising exposure (X) have a positive and significant effect greater than 0.6, namely Crombach's Alph 0.889 in the supporting direction (Y), namely the value of Crombach's Alph 0.943.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the analysis of sharia marketing strategies on increasing market share of Kedai Rahil products in Tanjung Kesuma, Purbolinggo District, East Lampung Regency, The method we used in this research is qualitative research methods. Researchers collected data using interview, observation and documentation methods. The study concluded that the analysis of sharia marketing strategies to increase the market share of Kedai Rahil products has been carried out in a sharia manner even though it has not been fully implemented. The marketing strategy carried out uses a marketing mix (marketing mix 4p) which consists of a product strategy, place strategy, promotion strategy, price strategy. With the use of the marketing mix strategy, it can have an impact on increasing market share, the most influential indicators in increasing market share are target market and market position.

Abstract

The halal certification obligation for MSMEs will be implemented in October 2024, so that the acceleration of halal certification must be carried out by BPJBH (Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency) starting for food products, beverages, slaughtered products and slaughtering services, raw materials, food additives and auxiliary materials for food and beverage products. Banyuwangi has quite a lot of MSMEs, according to data from the East Java Cooperatives and MSMEs Service (2023) the number of MSMEs in Banyuwangi is 38,688 MSMEs. The Banyuwangi government also provides support for the potential of MSMEs in Banyuwangi. The aim of this research is to analyze the optimization carried out by the Halal Product Process Assistant (PPH) in order to assist or assist the halal certification process for MSMEs in Banyuwangi. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with an interactive model analysis method, using primary and secondary data sourced from observation, interviews and literature review. The results of this research show that the BPJBH Halal Product Process Facilitator (PPH) in Banyuwangi has provided assistance to MSMEs in terms of applying for halal certificates, but several obstacles are still found in it. With this effort, it is hoped that the obstacles faced can be resolved so that assistance to MSMEs in applying for halal certification in Banyuwangi will be more optimal.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategy analysis for developing management aspects in the halal industry and analysis of the halal industry from an Islamic economic perspective. This research is qualitative in nature with a literature review method from secondary data such as books, journals and available previous research. Descriptive analysis techniques are used to examine data in depth and systematically, thereby producing accurate and up-to-date information. The findings from this research show that management in the halal industry includes human resource development, socialization of halal certification, development of a halal ecosystem, involvement of various parties in certification, as well as international cooperation to guarantee halal products. External challenges include global competition and varying halal certification standards, while internal challenges include low halal awareness and slow implementation of regulations. The Islamic economic perspective emphasizes that halal industry must be based on sharia principles, with the aim of achieving prosperity in this world and the hereafter. With effective management and the right development strategy, the halal industry has great potential to develop and contribute significantly to the national economy.

Abstract

Prioritizing knowledge, abilities, and attitudes that sharia banking, including Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), must adopt is the foundation of the principle of prudence in banking governance. The objective of this study is to ascertain the degree to which BSI KCP Kajen applies the prudential principle. This study employs a qualitative methodology in the context of empirical law research. Two methods of gathering data were questionnaires and interviews. The study's findings show that BSI KCP Kajen has made an effort to incorporate the prudential principle into the framework for managing its operational system. This prudential principle has been put into practice by BSI through a pattern of transparency, asset quality, risk assessment, supervision, and compliance with legislation. According to data for 2022–2024, this has led to a rise in customer happiness, the reputation of banks, and the number of customers. The financial institution's stability and credibility can be sustainably maintained through the effective and efficient application of the prudential principle.

Abstract

As the Muslim population in Russia increases, Muslim activists strive to seek innovations to develop the Islamic economy. Given the long history of Islam in this country, the challenges faced in advancing the Islamic economy are diverse. One of the most prominent challenges is the lack of certainty from the federal government in issuing official regulations for Islamic financial institutions. The presence of Islamophobia is suspected to be a factor in the revocation of the license of the first Islamic bank (Badr Forte Bank) due to allegations of violating laws on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing. Therefore, mediators such as local Muftis and scholars are needed in this regard to socialize Sharia-compliant services to the public and convince the government to enhance the reputation of Sharia-compliant services in this country. They also have a crucial role in disseminating correct Islamic teachings and educating Muslim communities personally who do not yet have a strong understanding of the religion, especially in interpreting evidence from the Qur'an and Sunnah. This is very important because misinterpretation is the precursor to extremist actions by radicals.

Abstract

Menumbuhkan atau mengembangkan kewirausahaan kini menjadi lebih dari sekadar kegiatan yang diperlukan; kini menjadi sesuatu yang harus dilakukan setiap orang. Tugas ini terutama muncul dari kebutuhan mendesak untuk membantu seseorang keluar dari kesulitan keuangan. Pengangguran merupakan masalah sosial dan ekonomi yang signifikan di banyak negara, termasuk di dalam negara-negara dengan mayoritas penduduk Muslim. Dalam konteks ekonomi Islam, konsep jiwa entrepreneurship memiliki peran penting dalam mengatasi masalah pengangguran. Jiwa entrepreneurship mengacu pada semangat kewirausahaan, inovasi, dan keberanian untuk memulai usaha-usaha yang produktif dan berdaya saing. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran jiwa entrepreneurship dalam konteks ekonomi Islam dalam mengurangi tingkat pengangguran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan analisis deskriptif dan kualitatif terhadap literatur terkait konsep jiwa entrepreneurship dan ekonomi Islam. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jiwa entrepreneurship dalam ekonomi Islam mendorong individu untuk mengembangkan keterampilan, berpikir kreatif, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap keberhasilan usaha mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang bagaimana jiwa entrepreneurship dalam ekonomi Islam dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam mengatasi pengangguran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the importance of the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in growing the potential of Islamic finance in Indonesia, considering that the growth of Islamic finance in Indonesia was previously still trying to develop compared to Islamic finance in other Islamic countries such as Malaysia and Saudi Arabia. Through this research, it can also be used as a reference to increase the spirit of using Islamic financial products. The research method for assessing the growth of Islamic finance is the library method, namely collecting library data (books, journals, documents), reading and managing research materials, also taking most of the financial performance data from the Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI)Annual Report. The results of the study show that the average financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia experienced extraordinary growth at a very young age compared to the previous year before the merger of three Islamic banks (BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah and Bank Syariah Mandiri). This indicates that Islamic finance is growing so rapidly in Indonesia and is able to realize Indonesia's ideals of becoming the center of Islamic finance in the world
