Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berperan penting dalam perekonomian nasional, terutama dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, sebagian besar pelaku UMKM belum memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara optimal dalam kegiatan pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penerapan strategi pemasaran digital dan inovasi kemasan pada UMKM Ridwan Jaya di Desa Redisari, Kecamatan Rowokele, Kabupaten Kebumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pendampingan, UMKM Ridwan Jaya masih menggunakan metode konvensional seperti promosi dari mulut ke mulut dan penjualan langsung. Setelah dilakukan edukasi, UMKM mulai memanfaatkan media sosial (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, dan TikTok), e-commerce (Shopee), dan Google Maps sebagai sarana promosi. Selain itu, dilakukan perancangan logo, pembuatan kemasan baru yang menarik, serta penyusunan konten promosi digital. Upaya tersebut meningkatkan visibilitas produk dan memperluas jangkauan pasar meskipun dampak penjualan masih bertahap. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknologi digital berpotensi besar dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Diperlukan pendampingan berkelanjutan agar pelaku usaha mampu mengelola pemasaran digital secara mandiri dan konsisten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Kemiskinan pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi belum maksimal. Kemiskinan dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan, kesehatan, dan angkatan kerja. Jenis penelitian yaitu kuantitatif. Dengan data yang digunakan yaitu data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang ada pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Tahun 2024 yang berjumlah 40 orang. Dengan jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 40 orang. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah metode kuantitatif yaitu analisis path, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap angkatan kerja pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap angkatan kerja pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Angkatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Pendidikan memediasi angkatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Kesehatan memediasi angkatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

Abstract

Financial Performance Judging From Profitability Ratio Analysis (Study At Pt Erajaya Swasembada Period 2020-2023). This study aims to be able to see the company's financial performance in terms of profitability ratio analysis at PT Erajaya Swasembada for the 2020-2023 period. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data source comes from the financial report data of PT Erajaya Swasembada (secondary data) in the 2020-2023 period. The results of the study found that the company's financial performance based on profitability ratios including using Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) andGross Profit Margin (GPM) still have not reached industry standards. Although it can be seen that the sales of PT Erajaya Swasembada are quite large and even experienced a significant increase, it is not necessarily categorized as a company that has good performance. The profit generated by the company must also be able to cover the company's assets and equity so that it can be said that the financial performance is good, but at PT Erajaya Swasembada the profit has not been able to return the assets and capital because the industry- standard profitability ratio has not been achieved. This condition indicates that PT Erajaya Swasembada needs to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of profit, asset, and equity management to increase its profitability of PT Erajaya Swasembada.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh gaya hidup, iklan dan Kualitas Produk terhadap keputusan pembelian di Qinthara Coffee n Resto Kabupaten Kuningan 2) pengaruh gaya hidup secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian di Qinthara Coffee n Resto di Kabupaten Kuningan 3) pengaruh pengaruh iklan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian di Qinthara Coffee n Resto di Kabupaten Kuningan 4) pengaruh kualitas produk secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian di Qinthara Coffee n Resto di Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus purposive sampling dimana pengambilan sampel atau informan didasarkan pada pertimbangan tertentu sesuai dengan tujuan dan manfaat penelitian. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan google form kepada 100 responden konsumen Qinthara Coffee n Resto di Kabupaten Kuningan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan adanya hubungan pengaruh positif antara gaya hidup, iklan dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) gaya hidup, iklan dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. 2) gaya hidup berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian. 3) Iklan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian. 4) kualitas produk berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci : Gaya Hidup, Iklan, Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

The high intensity of work and the complexity of roles in the banking industry make aspects such as Work-life balance, workload pressure, and work motivation crucial to examine employee performance. This study employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive-associative design, involving 100 participants from the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). It is analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between Work-life balance and employee performance. In addition, Work-life balance significantly reduces workload, although it does not directly influence work motivation. While neither workload nor motivation directly impacts performance, both act as mediators in the indirect relationship between Work-life balance and employee performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that Work-life balance plays a strategic role—both directly and indirectly—in influencing employee performance through perceptions of workload and intrinsic motivation, which should be considered in human resource management practices within the financial services sector.

Abstract

Human Resource Management is the development and utilization of personnel (employees) for the effective achievement of individual, organizational, community, national and international targets and goals. Development is a process, method or act of developing or the result of developing work. In other words, development is any activity intended to change behavior, behavior consisting of knowledge, skills and attitudes. To ensure the success of this mission, it is important for orphanages to have quality and competent human resources. This research aims to analyze competency-based human resources at the Gombong Muhammadiyah Orphanage. A qualitative approach was used to collect data through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that the Gombong Muhammadiyah Orphanage has adopted a competency-based approach in their human resource management. Caregiver training and development programs are regularly held to improve the skills and knowledge of caregivers in supporting the development of children living in orphanages. In addition, the use of competency-oriented management performance evaluation methods has increased the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Apart from that, this research also identified several challenges faced by the Gombong Muhammadiyah Orphanage in managing competency-based human resources. Lack of funding for training and development, as well as limited access to educational and training resources, are key obstacles that need to be overcome. Nevertheless, the Gombong Muhammadiyah Orphanage has succeeded in overcoming most of these challenges through creativity, collaboration with external partners, and the use of information technology. This study concludes the importance of a competency-based approach in improving the quality of orphanage services. Recommendations include increasing funding for training and development, developing partnerships with education and training institutions, and utilizing information technology to increase access to educational resources. By implementing these recommendations, orphanages can continue to improve the quality of their services and have a positive impact on the development of the children they serve. Keywords: Competence, orphanage, organization
