Abstract

Performance describes the results of complete and high-quality work achieved by employees when doing tasks in accordance with the dependents given to the employee. The type of research used is quantitative research and data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation of 32 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that job satisfaction, quality of work life, organizational commitment have a significant effect on the employee performance of Rosali Hotel & Restaurant. Then from the three independent variables, it is known that the job satisfaction variable (X1) has the most dominant effect on employee performance variables at Rosali Hotel & Restaurant compared to other independent variables used in this study. This study is only able to explain the performance of employees by 44.2%, so there are other factors outside the model under study that are able to explain employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Korean Wave dan Brand Ambassador terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Konsumen pada produk Scarlett di Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan syarat, diantaranya: berumur minimal 18 tahun, pernah menonton atau mendengarkan minimal 3 drama/film/lagu Korea, mengetahui bahwa Song Joong-Ki merupakan brand ambassador dari brand Scarlett, dan merupakan pembeli dan pengguna produk Scarlett. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Kuesioner secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Korean Wave tidak berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan Brand Ambassador berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan konsumen pada produk Scarlett.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of ethical climate-egoism, ethical climate-benevolence, ethical climate principle, seriousness of violations, violators' status, personal costs and retaliation on internal Whistleblowing intentions. This research uses a sample of state civil servants who work in Regional Apparatus Organizations in Magelang City. The number of samples in this study were 136 respondents, based on the purposive sampling method, namely state civil servants who worked at least 2 years in Regional Apparatus Organizations in Magelang City. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression. The results show that the ethical climate principle has a positive effect on internal Whistleblowing intentions. Meanwhile, ethical climate-egoism, ethical climate-benevolence, level of seriousness of violations, status of violators, personal costs and retaliation have no effect on Whistleblowing intentions.Keywords:Ethical Climate; Seriousness Level Of Violation; Violator Status; Personal Cost; Retaliation And Internal Whistleblowing Intention.

Abstract

This article discusses the resolution of disputes experienced by sea freight service users if they experience problems when sending their business goods. This article uses a research method in the form of a literature study by collecting related articles on dispute resolution regarding sea transportation. from the existing conclusions, it can be concluded that the conclusion step taken by a businessman in resolving sea transportation disputes with sea transportation service providers is to use non-litigation channels, but if it is felt that the solution offered is not enough, a businessman can use litigation by bringing the dispute issue to the party. authorized, a businessman must also take into account the use of insurance to secure goods to be shipped using sea freight services.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis study was conducted to analyze the company's risk in terms of financial risk and its effect on the investment rating. While the analytical method to measure the health of a company or company in a safe condition (no risk) is to use the Altman investment grade rating model. While the financial risk used in this study is measured by the current ratio and debt to asset ratioThe formulations in this study are: How the Current Ratio (CR) affects the Investment Value Rating of food and beverage issuers, how the Debt Asset Ratio (DAR) affects the Investment Rating Rating of food and beverage issuers.This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. While the population of this study is all food and beverage sub-sectors listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2016 – 2020. The sampling technique used in this study is the purposive sampling method.Testing the analysis in this study using logistic regression because the dependent variable is measured using a dummy variable. Test analysis with logistic regression was carried out as follows; First, select the Regression Model using Hosmer and Lemeshow's Goodness of Fit Test. Second, the Summary Model with R2 test on linear regression. Third, Partial Test (Hypothesis) to test the significance of the regression/partial coefficient, which is used to determine the partial effect between the independent variables and by looking at the probability of sig at a significance level of 5%.The conclusion of this study is that the variable current ratio and Debt to Asset ratio have a significant effect on Altman's investment grade rating on food and beverage issuers. Furthermore, the current ratio and debt-to-asset ratio variables can be used to assess the level of risk faced by investors in choosing safe issuers Keywords: Financial Risk, Investment Grade Rating, Food and Beverage

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Halal Labels and Prices on Interest in Buying Mixue Ice Cream at Mixue Stores, Kebumen Branch. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach with a total of 50 respondents. Data collection was carried out through an online questionnaire and the collected data was analyzed using SPSS software with a modified Likert scale. The results of the study show that the Halal Label and Price have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, either partially or simultaneously.Keywords: Keywords: Halal Label, Price, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat dalam industri ritel seiring dengan meningkatnya daya beli masyarakat telah menciptakan persaingan yang semakin ketat di antara para peritel. Kepuasan pelanggan, sebagai evaluasi subjektif terhadap produk atau layanan, memainkan peran kunci dalam membangun hubungan positif antara konsumen dan merek. Studi ini membahas pengaruh tiga faktor utama terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif konsumen di Miniso Kebumen: suasana toko (store atmosphere), tata letak produk (visual merchandising), dan kualitas pelayanan. Melalui analisis terhadap 30 responden, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa visual merchandising memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying, sementara store atmosphere dan kualitas pelayanan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut mempengaruhi impulse buying konsumen Miniso Kebumen. Variabel yang paling dominan adalah visual merchandising. Namun, walaupun variabel-variabel ini dapat menjelaskan 36,9% dari perilaku impulse buying, sebagian besar faktor lain, yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, juga ikut memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

This writing aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, subjective well-being on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Kindergarten Teachers in Karanggayam District. The independent variables in this study are emotional intelligence and subjective well-being, while the dependent variable is performance, and the intervening variable is job satisfaction. The data collection technique in this study is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique, where all the population is sampled as many as 52 respondents. The hypothesis was tested with the help of the SPSS 25.0 for windows program. The method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the t test, emotional intelligence variables, subjective well-being have a positive effect on performance and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, based on the Sobel test, job satisfaction variables can mediate between emotional intelligence and subjective well-being on performance

Abstract

Banks, commonly utilized as financial institutions, are often implicated in money laundering activities. The majority of these institutions report suspicious transactions to the Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK). This study seeks to assess the influence of implementing regulatory technology (regtech) and the involvement of Anti Money Laundering (AML) officers in preventing money laundering within a bank. Employing explanatory research to test hypotheses, the primary data collection involved a questionnaire distributed to 689 AML officers in Indonesia, with a 42.9% response rate from 296 participants. Multivariate analysis results indicate that electronic know-your-customer (KYC) lacks significance in preventing money laundering. Conversely, transaction monitoring, along with considerations of cost and time, demonstrates a positive and significant impact on thwarting money laundering. Additionally, there is a notable positive effect between bankers' competency and awareness in preventing money laundering. Both Regulatory Technology and bankers play crucial roles in averting money laundering. Notably, research concerning technology and bankers in the context of money laundering prevention remains limited in Indonesia. This study contributes valuable insights to existing literature on anti-money laundering and the progression of anti-money laundering systems.

Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan aspek krusial dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan. Komunikasi antara perawat dan pasien merupakan interaksi yang terjadi antara individu atau antara dua orang atau lebih, yang bersifat informal dan terbuka, yang bertujuan untuk mendukung peningkatan kesehatan pasien. Komunikasi sebagai sarana kolaborasi dengan pasien untuk memastikan mereka menerima perawatan yang baik dan positid, serta memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien atas perawatan yang telah diterimanya. Selain itu, komunikasi juga berperan penting dalam memotivasi pasien dalam proses penyembuhan. Komunikasi yang efektif dan mampu membangun kepercayaan antara perawat dengan pasien atau keluarganya dapat menghasilkan perawatan yang lebih memuaskan dan positif. Studi Literatur ini bertujuan untuk menilai hubungan antara komunikasi dan kepuasan pasien di Fasilitas Kesehatan. Dari tinjauan terhadap tujuh jurnal, ditemukan adanya keterkaitan yang relevan antara hubungan dengan kepuasan pasien di fasilitas kesehatan.Kata kunci : Komunikasi, Pelayanan Keperawatan, Kepuasan
