This study examines how perceived value strengthens repurchase intention among organic food consumers in Jakarta. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to individuals who had previously purchased organic food products. A total of 233 valid responses were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The findings indicate that perceived price and perceived quality positively influence perceived value, which in turn significantly enhances repurchase intention. Both direct and indirect effects were confirmed, highlighting the mediating role of perceived value in consumer decision-making. The model demonstrates moderate explanatory power, suggesting that consumers are more inclined to repurchase organic food when they perceive price fairness and consistent product quality that justify the value received. These results provide managerial insights for organic food businesses in designing pricing strategies and maintaining quality standards to encourage repeat purchases and long-term customer retention.

The rapid growth of the tourism sector has increased expectations for destinations that are not only easy to access but also able to offer meaningful and memorable experiences. However, aquarium attractions have recently experienced a decline in visitor numbers, suggesting the need to better understand what drives tourists to return. This study explores the role of novelty seeking and memorable tourist experiences in shaping revisit intention, with tourist satisfaction acting as a mediating factor in the context of aquarium attractions. Using a quantitative descriptive method through purposive sampling, the data were gathered via an online questionnaire, resulting in 241 valid responses out of 248 collected. The data were analyzed using PLS-SEM by using SmartPLS 4. The findings show that novelty seeking, memorable tourist experiences, and tourist satisfaction all have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. In addition, both novelty seeking and memorable experiences significantly enhance tourist satisfaction, which in turn strengthens revisit intention. Overall, the results suggest that while visitors’ expectations are generally met, providing more engaging, interactive, and educational experiences remains essential for maintaining satisfaction and encouraging repeat visits to aquarium attractions.

This study was mean to examines the extent effect of green intellectual capital and company size on financial performance. The data studied was data on financial sector companies listed on the IDX in the form of annual and sustainability reports for 2022-2024. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research data is panel data processed using application named Eviews 13. Conclusion of the study is that GIC has an insignificant negative effect on financial performance, while company size has a significant negative effect on financial performance. The empirical inconsistency of this study is that some of the results have an effect and some do not. There are also studies with significant and insignificant results. The gap phenomenon that occurs is that global economic fluctuations cause the average ROA to be only 1.8% in the 2023-2024 range due to hidden costs and structural risks. In fact, the costs incurred by companies (some of which are disclosed by companies through sustainability reports) and the government related to sustainability are quite large. There are several differences in research results that mention a positive and negative relationship between the X variables and Y variables.

The development of technology has created recommendation systems as a tool for increasing user experience and marketing effectiveness in e-commerce platforms. Recommendation systems play a crucial role in helping consumers find relevant products. However, cognitive factors associated with the effectiveness of recommendation systems that, in turn, affect consumer trust and purchase intention require investigation. This study aims to systematically examine the cognitive factors that influence the effectiveness of recommendation systems and their influence on customer trust, which mediates the influence of recommendation systems on consumer purchase intention. This research utilized a Systematic Literature Review using the PRISMA protocol. 664 articles from the Scopus and Dimensions databases were gathered, and 13 articles qualified for the criteria of eligibility for further research. The analysis of these 13 studies reveals that cognitive properties like recommendation accuracy, novelty, precision, and explainability are the primary factors determining consumer trust in recommender systems. Although trust is often recognized as a construct in conceptual discussions, many empirical studies have not explicitly modeled trust as a variable that mediates the cognitive factors in recommendation systems with purchase intention. The lack of explicit mediation analysis in previous research highlights the theoretical gap between cognitive factors and behavioral outcomes, opening opportunities for future research to examine more rigorous causal pathways. Theoretically, this study advances our understanding of cognitive and affective interactions in recommendation systems, while also providing practical implications for e-commerce platform developers in balancing technical and behavioral aspects of users to enhance loyalty and purchase intention.

Growing public concern about environmental issues and sustainability has encouraged food and beverage companies to adopt eco-friendly strategies as a source of market differentiation. This study examines the effects of green marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility on green purchase intention, with green brand image serving as a mediating variable, in the context of Fore Coffee in Greater Jakarta. A quantitative approach was applied by involving 250 respondents living in Greater Jakarta who had never purchased Fore Coffee products. The respondents were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with partial least squares structural equation modeling through SmartPLS 3.0 to test the direct and mediating relationships among the variables. The findings reveal that green marketing has a positive and significant effect on both green purchase intention and green brand image. Corporate Social Responsibility also shows a positive and significant influence on these two variables. In addition, green brand image positively and significantly affects green purchase intention and mediates the relationship between green marketing and green purchase intention, as well as between Corporate Social Responsibility and green purchase intention. These results indicate that green brand image plays an important role in converting environmental initiatives into purchase intention. This study contributes to the green marketing literature, particularly in the coffee retail sector in developing countries. Its novelty lies in focusing on prospective customers, rather than existing consumers, within a highly competitive urban coffee market.

Chatbots are becoming more popular as automated customer care solutions on e-commerce platforms due to the fast development of digital technology. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between chatbot quality and user happiness via the mediation of perceived utility and simplicity of use. Shopee customers in Indonesia who have engaged with the chatbot function on the site were surveyed online using a quantitative technique. Instrument validity, reliability, and the connections among the constructs were evaluated using data processed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling. According to the results, the perceived utility and ease of use of a chatbot are both much improved by its quality. A user's level of happiness is strongly related to their perception of the product's utility, which is in turn influenced by their impression of how easy it is to use. Exogenous factors adequately explain endogenous constructs, according to the moderate coefficient of determination. In sum, the findings demonstrate how crucial chatbot quality is for influencing users' opinions and enhancing their happiness. From a theoretical standpoint, this study further supports the relevance of the Technology Acceptance Model when discussing chatbot services for online shopping. The study provides practical insights for e-commerce operators, especially Shopee, on how to improve the quality of chatbots so that they are more interactive, easier to use, and provide users with tangible benefits. This will encourage users to continue using the bots and help develop more effective digital service strategies in the future.

The property crisis in China brings various complex impacts for Indonesia. From the reduction of foreign investment, the decline in commodity demand, to financial market instability, all of this requires Indonesia to be prepared and adaptive in facing changes. The government and business actors need to take strategic steps to mitigate the negative impacts and seize the opportunities that arise amidst these challenges. Therefore, initial steps are needed to detect financial distress in Indonesian property and real estate companies using financial ratios. Financial ratios are indicators of financial performance that can predict companies experiencing a decline in financial performance, which tend to face financial distress. The objective of this research is to empirically examine how activity ratio, profitability ratio, liquidity ratio, and sales growth ratio can affect the financial distress condition of companies in the property and real estate sector for the period 2019-2024The utilized research design is descriptive, incorporating a quantitative method through panel data regression analysis. The findings indicate that the activity and profitability ratios negatively influence financial distress, whereas the liquidity ratio positively impacts financial distress for property and real estate firms. Additionally, the sales growth ratio does not adversely affect the financial distress situation of property and real estate firms.

This study aims to examine whether brand image and service innovation influence consumers’ purchase intention through the mediating mechanism of word of mouth(WOM) in the high-technology drone industry. In this highly technology-oriented sector, firms traditionally compete based on product performance and innovative applications. However, as drone technology rapidly matures, consumers increasingly emphasize after-sales service quality, brand trust, which leads to a shift in purchase decisions from direct evaluations of brand image and service innovation toward reliance on WOM. Under such conditions, brand image and service innovation may no longer directly affect purchase intention but instead exert influence indirectly through WOM as a mediating variable. Based on this perspective, this study targets consumers in Taiwan who have experience using or intention to purchase drones from Align Technology. A quantitative questionnaire survey was conducted, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS to examine the relationships among the research constructs. The findings further demonstrate that in high-technology and high-risk contexts, brand image and service innovation do not directly influence purchase intention but instead generate indirect effects through the social trust formed by WOM. Empirical results indicate that positive brand image and service innovation enhance purchase intention through favorable WOM.
