Abstract

This study aims to find out how to improve student learning outcomes through the application of audio visual powtoon learning media for fifth grade students at SDN Ngemplak II. This type of research is classroom action research. This research was conducted at SDN Ngemplak II on August 2 to August 30, 2022. The subjects of this study were the fifthgrade students of SDN Ngemplak II, totaling 16 people consisting of 10 boys and 6 girls. This research was carried out in collaboration between researchers, classroom teachers and student participation. This classroom action research was carried out in cycle II, where the first cycle consisted of two meetings. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that using audio visual powtoon media can improve student learning outcomes, this can be seen from the learning outcomes of class V students where from the initial ability (Pretest) students' learning outcomes are 41.67% with an average value 67.1 after the action in the first cycle, the percentage obtained reached 66.67% with an average value of 73.8, and in the second cycle increased to 91.67% with an average value of 82.9. The number of student activity scores in the first cycle is 3.3 (enough) and the second cycle is 4.1 (good).

Abstract

This study aims to improve teacher performance through continuous academic supervision at SDN Kauman II, Baureno District, Bojonegoro Regency. The research method used is a school action research (PTS) approach. This research was carried out in the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, precisely in April 2022. The results of the research and discussion can be concluded that there is an increase in teacher performance through the academic supervision of the Kauman II State Elementary School for the 2021/2022 academic year. This is evidenced by the results of school action research (cycle 1) and guidance by the principal until cycle 2, the average value of teacher performance is 74.8 to 87,1. Improving Teacher Performance through academic supervision of the Kauman II State Elementary School for the 2021/2022 academic year with Principal Guidance, is able to increase activities in coaching activities that support improving teacher performance such as training, upgrading, workshops, Teacher Working Groups (KKG) which are useful and can help teachers to more easily understand the concept of the role and function of teachers so that improving teacher performance in teaching in schools can run well, and thus improving teacher performance can be improved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase science learning activities through the application of the STAD learning method in Class IV SD Negeri Sumberarum III. The subjects of this study were teachers and students IV of SD Negeri Sumberarum III who collected 11 students. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, documentation and field notes. The procedure in this study has four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with the application of the STAD method. Performance indicators in this study are expected to student learning activities in the learning process can reach a minimum of 75% of the total 11 students. Data analysis techniques used comparative descriptive techniques and critical analysis techniques. The results showed that the application of the STAD method had been able to increase science learning activities in fourth grade students, as evidenced in the second cycle as many as 36.4% of active students and 50.0% of very active students. The teacher's activity in applying the STAD method increased in each cycle, in the first cycle the teacher's activity reached 66.67%, in the second cycle the teacher's activity increased to 91.67%. Based on the data from the classroom action research, it can guarantee that the implementation of the STAD strategy can increase the activeness of learning science in grade IV students at SDN Sumberarum III.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase student activity and learning outcomes in Civics subjects for Class IV students at SDN Blongsong II through the application of the firing line learning strategy. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were teachers and students of Class IV. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, tests, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used were observation sheets, test questions, and a list of grade IV students. The data analysis technique in this study uses an interactive analysis model consisting of three components, namely reduction, data presentation and verification. Prior to the implementation of the action, the level of student activity with the indicators: 1) actively working on questions 50.0%, 2) actively asking 33.3% questions, 3) Actively answering 41.7% questions, 4) actively submitting opinions 25.0%, 5) the activeness of making learning conclusions 33.3%. Minimum completeness criteria for Civics are 7.0. Student learning outcomes that have not been completed as much as 58.3%. While the students who have completed as many as 41.7%. The results showed an increase in each indicator, namely: 1). actively working on questions 100.0%, 2). actively asking questions 91.7%, 3). actively answer questions 100%, 4). activeness in filing opinions 91.7%, 5). activeness in making learning conclusions 83.3%. Learning activities affect student learning outcomes. The results showed that student learning outcomes increased by 58.3%, from 41.7% of students who completed the initial meeting to 100% in the second cycle. These results have reached the success indicator of 80%. It can be concluded that the application of the firing line learning strategy can increase the activity and learning outcomes of Class IV students at SDN Blongsong II.

Abstract

Students with introverted tendencies prefer to be alone and prefer quiet places without crowds. This tendency has an impact on the lack of personal communication by students. Information from the BK Teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Belida Darat there are 3-5 people in each class who are few in communicating, this group can be said to be introverted. It is suspected that to build personal communication of students who tend to be introverted, BK teachers can conduct group guidance on discussion techniques. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance with discussion techniques in building personal communication of students who tend to be introverted. The method used in this research process is Quantitative Pre-Experiment (Pre-Experiment Design). The population in this study were students of XI TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Belida Darat. Researchers took a sample of 8 students according to the characteristics of children who tend to be introverted. The data collection in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that group guidance with discussion techniques was effective in improving students' personal communication. The results of the Wilcoxon test using SPSS.20 showed Z count (2.384) > Z table (1.959) and sig value (0.017) < 0.05. 1. Personal communication of introverted students before group guidance is known to 1 student (12.5%) has high communication skills, while the remaining 7 people (87.5%) are in the medium category, but after being given group guidance with discussion techniques, introverted students' personal communication increased to the high category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Experiential Learning learning model better on improving students' musical ensemble playing skills compared to improving students' musical ensemble playing skills using conventional learning models. This research is motivated by the problem of the low skills of students playing music ensembles at SD Negeri Cicalengka X. students have little skills in playing musical instruments. Teachers only teach what they are good at without proper preparation for learning and are only dominated by single activities, namely singing, because the learning model is less attractive, learning is still teacher-centered, so that students are less active and lack mastery of skills in the learning process. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental design. Type Non Randomize Control Group Preetest and Posttest Design. The population in this study were all fifth grade students of Cicalengka State Elementary School with the total number of classes being 2 classes, while the samples were V A and V B with 30 students in each class. The data was processed using SPSS, by testing the hypothesis of normality test, homogeneity test, and different test. The results of the study showed that the application of the Experiential Learning learning model could improve the skills of playing music in the ensemble of elementary school students. The improvement of the musical ensemble playing skills of elementary school students who received learning using the Experiential Learning learning model was better than those who received acceptable conventional learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari permasalahan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Tujuannya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar melalui penerapan metode Discovery Learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis dan Taggart yakni 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan, 3) observasi, dan 4) refleksi. Subjeknya adalah siswa kelas IV terdiri dari 11 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan dengan jumlah 25 siswa. Tempat SD Negeri 2 Merauke alamat Jl. Trikora Nomor 21, Maro, Merauke, Papua Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan tes evaluasi. Hasil aktivitas guru siklus I pertemuan I 43%, kedua 64% dan siklus II pertemuan kesatu 77% dan meningkat sebesar 82% sangat aktif. Aktivitas siswa di siklus I pertemuan pertama dengan nilai rata-rata 50.56 cukup aktif, pertemuan kedua 60.00 dan siklus II pertemuan I nilai rata-rata 76.00 dan meningkat 93.92 kategori sangat aktif. Sedangkan hasil belajar yang tuntas 9 siswa atau 36% pada siklus I kategori cukup dan siklus II 24 siswa tuntas dengan persentase 96% kategori sangat baik dan dibawah KKM 1 siswa dengan persentase 4%. Dengan demikian, penerapan metode Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Merauke

Abstract

The fact that the learning outcome of Social study has’t given optimal one, always makes the problem faced by the teacher. There may be some problems for the students so that they can’t get the minimum grade stated by the school (KKM) Some of the problem which may be the case are; the lack of their participation in the lesson, the lack of their motivation in teaching learning process, especially in the discussion activities, the difficulty in making active interaction among them, and also the lack of their interest in character learning presented by their teacher. If this condition happens continuously and there is no concrete solution it may make any other problem for all the students. There are some ways to overcome this problem which can be taken by the teacher. One of them is making classroom action reasearh. One of the ways taken is to make reseach using Problem Based Learning method. The aim of the research is to improve learning outcomes of Social Study for students grade VIIIE of SMP Negeri 2 Srumbung of the academic year 2019/2020. The respondents of the research is 32 students. The data is taken from the research quantitative data from the outcome of observation of the teacher and the students as well. The quantitative data is in the form the outcome of the students’ assessment. In the first Cicle 1 there are 25 students get their minimum classical outcome 78, 13%. In the cicle 2 there is significan improvement in which there are 32 students get their minimum classical outcome 93,75%. Based on the result of the study it can be concluded that teaching learning Social study using Problem Based Leraning can improve the learning outcome for the students grade VIII E Of SMP N 2 Srumbung the academic year 2019/2020.

Abstract

The goals of this research are to describe the learning implementation process using the game-based learningtype helped by kahoot to increase the learning outcome of PPKn, to describe how much the increasing of the learning outcomes of PPKn after being given a used game-based learning model assisted by Kahoot, and to describe behavioral changes that accompany the improvement of PPKn learning outcomes National Awakening Spirit material by using a game-based learning model assisted by kahoot in class VIII F students of SMP Negeri 2 Mertoyudan in 2021/2022 school year. The method used is a classroom action research method which consists of two cycles. In the first and second cycles, learning is carried out using a game-based learning model with the help of Kahoot. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were 31 students, and the research data sources were obtained from qualitative data in the form of data from observations of teacher and student activities and quantitative data in the form of test data on student learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that the use of game-based learning models assisted by kahoot can improve learning outcomes and changes in student behavior in class VIII F SMP Negeri 2 Mertoyudan for the 2021/2022 school year. In the pre-action, the number of students who achieved a score of 79 were 18 (58%) and <79 as many as 13 (42%) with an average grade of 76.45. In the first cycle test, the class average score was 81.61 students who scored 79 as many as 25 (80%) and <79 as many as 6 (20%), while in the second cycle the average score was 85.96 students who received the value of 79 is 31 (100%) and <79 is 0 (0%). Thus, the average value of students from pre-action to cycle I increased by 5.16 and from cycle I to cycle II also increased by 4.37. The increase in teacher activity in the first cycle was 56% and became 64% so that there was an increase of 8% as well as the activity of students, in the first cycle by 26% to 90% in the second cycle so that there was an increase of 64%.

Abstract

One of the problems in learning social sciences is the low ability of students to develop an understanding of a concept or phenomenon in social life due to the limited knowledge of students which results in low learning outcomes. The achieved purposes of this study are 1) To describe the improvement of social sciences learning outcomes in terms of the growth of the national spirit in class VIII B students of SMP Negeri 2 Mertoyudan in the 2021/2022 academic year; 2) To describe the behavioral changes that accompany learning the material for the growth of an enthusiastic nationality in class VIII B students of SMP Negeri 2 Mertoyudan in the 2021/2022 academic year through the Cooperative Script learning model. This research is a classroom action research using the Kemmis & Mc. Taggart. The research subjects were 32 students of class VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Mertoyudan. Sources of research data were obtained from qualitative data in the form of teacher and student activity data and quantitative data in the form of student learning outcomes test data. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The results of the first cycle research obtained that 23 students who completed individually with classical completeness were 72%. Meanwhile the results of the second cycle of research increased with the number of completed students individually which was 28 students with a percentage of completeness of 87.5%. Based on the results of this study, learning using the Cooperative Script learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class VIII B students of SMP Negeri 2 Mertoyudan in the 2021/2022 academic year.
