Abstract

Christian education has an important role in shaping the character and spiritual values ​​of students, especially in the modern era which is full of moral and ethical challenges. This article discusses how Christian education, through a holistic approach that combines academic, moral and spiritual aspects, can form individuals who have integrity, are based on faith and have social concern. With learning methods based on Bible values, Christian education does not only focus on intellectual achievement but also on strengthening faith and developing character in accordance with the teachings of Christ. The challenges of globalization, secularization and technological developments are a test for Christian education in maintaining its relevance amidst changing times. This article highlights strategies that can be implemented by Christian educational institutions to remain effective agents of transformation in forming a generation that is not only academically intelligent but also firm in faith and morality.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the extent of the impact of brand ambassadors and evidence on purchasing decisions on Zenia Clinic products in Kinali District. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. This research was conducted with 95 respondents. On the other hand, the method of collecting information was attempted by distributing questionnaire forms which were then processed using SPSS 24. The analysis tools used in this research are instrument trials (validity and reliability trials), classical assumption trials (normality trials, multicollinearity trials and heteroscedasticity trials), multiple linear regression trials, coefficient of certainty trials (R2) and assumption trials (partial significance trials (T-test) and simultaneous significance trials (F-test)). The results of this research prove that the T-test of brand ambassador (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) is 0.001≤0.05 and the t-count is 9.965≥ t-table 1.985. This means that H1 is obtained where there is an effect of brand ambassador (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) in a significant way. The T-test of evidence (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) is 0.001≤0.05 and the t-count is 9.631≥ t-table 1.985. This means that H2 is obtained where there is an effect of evidence (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) in a significant way. The results of the F-test prove that the significant number of effects of brand ambassadors (X1) and proof (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) is 0.001 ≤ 0.05 and the f count is 66.169 ≥ ftable 3.09. This means that there is a simultaneous effect between brand ambassadors (X1) and proof (X2) on purchasing decisions. (Y).

Abstract

The interior of a space plays a significant role in shaping the subjective well-being of its occupants, with lighting and color serving as key elements that influence comfort, mood, and functional efficiency. Hajj dormitories, as temporary accommodations for pilgrims and visitors, often suffer from inadequate lighting and color schemes that fail to support comfort, potentially diminishing the overall quality of the occupants' experience. This study analyzes visitor preferences for lighting and color in Hajj dormitory bedrooms and their impact on subjective well-being. Through systematic observation and analysis, the research identifies how lighting and color choices affect users’ psychological responses. The findings reveal that dim or non-adjustable lighting reduces comfort and usability, while overly vibrant or monotonous color schemes disrupt emotional balance, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. As a solution, this study recommends the implementation of adaptive lighting systems that cater to users’ varying needs, along with a more calming and positive color palette. By applying the principles of Positive Design, Hajj dormitories can be redesigned to enhance both the physical and psychological well-being of their occupants. These findings can also be applied to other communal living spaces to improve overall comfort and user experience.

Abstract

Christian religious instructors have a very important role in community life, where instructors are tasked with helping solve problems faced by the community. As an instructor, mental readiness is a very important aspect in carrying out the role. Where when instructors interact with the community, instructors need to have very deep empathy to understand the problems faced by a person or group. Apart from that, extension workers must also have great patience in listening and providing support to the community. In situations that may be tense or stressful, the instructor's ability to remain calm and manage his/her spirit remains key. Extension workers who have good mental health are also able to maintain professionalism, not get carried away by emotions, and remain focused on providing the help the community needs. Not only in terms of mental readiness in society, but also what must be paid attention to is in worship. An instructor's mental readiness can influence the way they respond to problems that arise in everyday life. The mental readiness of a Christian religious instructor will be mentally ready and able to provide emotional support and advice to people in need.

Abstract

This paper shows and discusses the concept of leadership according to Plato and how it is relevant in today’s leadership. Leaders are very much needed in an organization/company, institution or country. Learning from the concept of leadership according to Plato, which assumes that the ideal state is a state led by a philosopher are people who love truth and wisdom, a country can achieve the goals thet have been set previously. Seeing the leaders of tody’s era, especially in Indonesia, there are many great leaders, smart, but do not love the truth. Many leaders are still doing corruption, doing money pilitcs, and so on. Therefore, Plato assumes that an ideal state is a state led by a philosopher who loves truth and wisdom. In compiling this paper, the author uses a descriptive qualitative research method, which uses souces from books, journals and other sources as a reference in compiling this paper.

Abstract

School library management is the process of optimizing human, material, and budget contributions to achieve library goals. School libraries are still experiencing various obstacles, so they cannot run as they should. The obstacle comes from two aspects. The School Library consists of a collection of textbooks or readings that can support the learning process. The purpose of the library is to increase interest and reading habits. However, unlike libraries in general, school libraries have the main purpose of reading to learn or gain insight in the field of science. In the process of borrowing books at the library of SMP Negeri 15 Ambon, borrowers record borrowing data in a special notebook. The borrowing process that is now implemented poses several problems. Recording borrowing data by handwriting on a book is quite time-consuming, especially when there is a surge in the number of borrowers. In accordance with the obstacles experienced, the need for a technological innovation service to support the library management process. The implementation of the library application service of SMP Negeri 15 Ambon has succeeded in increasing efficiency in the process of borrowing and returning books. The integration also strengthens the system of book return control and automatic recording of late fines. The importance of digital services in libraries is a new breakthrough to improve performance efficiency in library management.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of punishment in improving the good morals of fourth-grade students at SDN 15 Kartiasa and to obtain information about the planning, execution, and evaluation of punishment in enhancing the good morals of these students.This research employs a qualitative approach and is of a phenomenological type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. To verify the validity of the research data, the technique employed is member-check triangulation.The results of the study indicate that: The planning of punishment to improve the good morals of fourth-grade students at SDN 15 Kartiasa involves: (1) Choosing punishments appropriate to the level of violation, student characteristics, and the situation, (2) Ensuring that punishments have educational objectives to encourage positive future behavior by identifying those goals, (3) Explaining the consequences that will occur if students make mistakes/violations before imposing punishment, and involving students in discussions, (4) Applying punishments consistently and fairly, without regard to who committed the violation, (5) Determining the evaluation of punishment, including setting objectives, assessing behavioral changes, and involving students in the evaluation process.The implementation of punishment to improve the good morals of fourth-grade students at SDN 15 Kartiasa includes: (1) Calling in and listening to the student's explanation regarding the situation that led to the mistake, (2) Choosing and administering punishment appropriate to the level of violation, such as having students who fought sit together, (3) Ensuring that the punishment is educational and helps students learn from their mistakes, such as helping students who are late to read the Qur'an, (4) Providing support and guidance to help students learn from their mistakes, with teachers assisting in reflecting on the errors.The evaluation of punishment in enhancing the good morals of fourth-grade students at SDN 15 Kartiasa includes: (1) Process evaluation by observing student behavior, (2) Self-evaluation by involving students to write about their punishment experiences, (3) Reflection with parents, where parents visit/contact teachers for consultation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and obtain information related to language errors on legislative candidate billboards in Sambas District and how to correct these errors, as well as their relevance to Indonesian language learning at MTS Baitul Quran. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The data collection technique uses documentation. The data source in this study is the 2024 legislative candidate billboards in Sambas District. The data is in the form of words and sentences contained in the data source. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique used is observation persistence. The results of the study concluded that: First, there are language errors on the legislative candidate billboards in Sambas District, including: a. Errors in the use of capital letters as many as 8 data. b. Errors in the use of italics as many as 7 data, c. Errors in writing periods in the title name as many as 7 data. d. Errors in the use of exclamation marks as many as 4 data. e. Errors in writing standard marks as many as 3 data, Second Research on language errors on billboards of legislative candidates in Sambas District were corrected in accordance with the current language rules. Guided by the Enhanced Spelling Book (EYD) and the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) and other supporting documents relevant to the research. The forms of correction are as follows: a. Correction of errors in the use of capital letters as many as 8 data. b. Correction of errors in the use of italics as many as 7 data, c. Correction of errors in writing periods in titles as many as 7 data. d. Correction of errors in the use of exclamation marks as many as 4 data. e. Correction of errors in writing standard marks as many as 3 data, Third research on language errors on billboards of legislative candidates in Sambas District in 2024 is relevant to learning Indonesian at MTs, namely advertising materials. This is relevant to the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, which is stated in the RPP in basic competency point 3.4. and learning objectives.

Abstract

This study entitled “Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris pada Anak Usia Dini di TK Al-Munawwarah Bandung” investigates how English has grown and developed, as well as been used by pre-school children (at the age of 4-6 years old). Through this study, pre-school children are shown to have abilities to absorb and learn English (as their non first language) ​​through learning applications, such as Lingokids, Duo Lingo, Easy Peasy, and so on. This is done by children as a way for them to explore their language skill and communicate with each other. This article argues that pre-school children, at the same time, are shown to be able to adapt to two things, namely the progress of the times and formal/traditional education patterns (Kindergarten). The data used in this study is a survey of student’s parents regarding of their children's language progress. From the data analyzed, it was found that the process of filtering English learning application downloads must be under the supervision of parents as the child's front guard.

Abstract

Social ethics from a Christian theological perspective has an important role in shaping character and social interactions in accordance with Biblical values. This article discusses the concept of social ethics in the light of Christian theology, with a focus on the teachings of Jesus Christ and the views of the Apostles. Through theological studies, good social ethics involves love, truth, loyalty and respect for others. In the context of the digital era, the challenges in implementing social ethics are increasingly complex, requiring a deep understanding of Christian principles in building healthy and meaningful relationships.
