Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate how job satisfaction impacts the mental health of workers at PT. X Tbk. The type of research used in this journal is a qualitative study. The data collection carried out in this research took the form of interviews with 5 employees at PT X Tbk. This research is aimed at understanding how important job satisfaction is to the mental health of employees who work in physical training centers or PT at PT. X Tbk. In this research, qualitative data collection methods were used. Primary data was collected through interviews and internet searching. This research is aimed at determining the relationship between job satisfaction and mental health among employees at PT X Tbk. This research was conducted as part of a survey of PT X Tbk employees using the interview method to measure their level of job satisfaction and mental health. Research findings show a positive relationship between employee job satisfaction at PT. X Tbk and their mental health. Regression analysis and descriptive statistics were used to analyze the collected data. Employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to have lower stress levels, are more motivated, and have better overall mental health. This research shows that HR (Human Resources) management efforts are very important in achieving increased employee job satisfaction as a way to improve mental health in the workplace. This study makes an important contribution to understanding the factors that influence employee mental health in specific work environments.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesian schools can be analyzed through the lens of the ethical theory of utilitarianism, which emphasizes achieving the greatest happiness for the greatest number of people. The Merdeka Curriculum is designed to provide flexibility to schools and teachers in compiling and implementing the curriculum, according to student needs and potential. This approach is expected to increase student engagement and learning motivation, empower teachers to develop innovative teaching methods, and create more relevant and contextual learning. In addition, the Merdeka Curriculum also aims to ensure equal access to education and fair opportunities for all students, including those who have special needs or come from different socio-economic backgrounds. Although the implementation of this policy faces challenges, such as disparities in educational quality between schools and administrative burdens for teachers, the potential to improve educational quality and collective welfare remains significant. Thus, the application of the ethical theory of utilitarianism in the Independent Curriculum is expected to bring maximum benefits to all stakeholders in the Indonesian education system.

Abstract

Education aims to develop both spiritual and physical aspects of students gradually to achieve a well-rounded personality as individuals, social beings, and devoted servants of God. This study explores how teachers enhance student motivation at SDS IT Al-Furqan, Tebas District, Sambas Regency, through both teacher-centered and student-centered approaches. Using a qualitative descriptive methodology, which includes observation, interviews, and documentation, the research provides an in-depth understanding of teaching practices. The findings reveal that while the teacher-centered approach at the school involves modifications to create a more conducive learning environment, it still remains focused on the teacher as the primary source of knowledge. In contrast, the student-centered approach emphasizes active student engagement and the use of diverse methods such as discussions, projects, and peer teaching to boost motivation. The conclusion indicates that, although the teacher-centered approach provides a solid foundation, a more effective motivational strategy often combines elements of both approaches to create a more enjoyable and motivating learning experience.

Abstract

This study aims to interpret the meaning of farewell contained in the lyrics of the song "Sakura No Hanabiratachi" by JKT48 using Saussure's semiotic theory. The research method used is literature study with qualitative-descriptive data analysis technique. The results of the analysis indicate that the lyrics depict feelings of nostalgia, sadness, and optimism in facing farewells and changes in life. The lyrics utilize metaphors and natural imagery to convey messages about the beauty and complexity of life, the importance of hope, courage, and support in facing challenges, and the value of memories and personal growth.

Abstract

The family is an informal educational institution that is first and foremost experienced by children naturally. Parents are responsible for nurturing, caring for, protecting and educating children so that they grow and develop well. Family education is truly an important and decisive center for education, therefore the task of education is to find ways to help parents in the family to be able to educate their children optimally. There are several important things stated in the writing here, namely: Understanding education and family, family functions, relationships within the family, and the formation of the child's personality. Next, it also explains the family from an Islamic perspective based on the Qur'an and the hadiths of the Prophet to form a sakinah, mawaddah warahmah family.

Abstract

Information system audit is a critical activity to ensure that the information system operates according to the organization's needs, meets security standards, and minimizes the risk of failure or violations. COBIT 5 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) is a relevant framework for auditing the "My Best" application information system at Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika. The research method conducted by the author involved collecting responses from My Best application users via Google Forms and then calculating the maturity value of the My Best application using the COBIT 5 framework in the MEA domain. The research results show that MEA01 scored 3.90, MEA02 scored 3.79, and MEA03 scored 3.20. Thus, the gap or average result obtained from the overall scores is 3.63, compared to the desired value of 4.00.

Abstract

In the current digital era, information technology has become the backbone of business operations and strategy. Shopee, as one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia, relies heavily on a complex information system to carry out various business functions. This study aims to audit the information system governance of the Shopee application using the COBIT 5 framework. By utilizing the Monitor, Evaluate, Assess (MEA) domain of COBIT 5, this study evaluates the performance, compliance, and internal IT control systems at Shopee. Data was collected through online questionnaires distributed via WhatsApp groups to Shopee users. The audit results show that MEA01 and MEA02 are at the "Predictable Process" level, while MEA03 is at the "Established Process" level. Based on these findings, it is recommended to enhance IT governance processes to achieve higher efficiency and compliance.

Abstract

With the rapid growth of Internet of Things (IoT) technology and Wi-Fi networks as wireless communications infrastructure, information security is increasingly important in the digital environment. However, security attacks continue to grow. One of them is a Wi-Fi phishing attack, where attackers leverage Wi-Fi network replication to trick users and obtain their authentication information. The use of the ESP8266 module as a Wi-Fi network replication tool is an important issue that needs further review. The ESP8266 module can operate as a Wi-Fi access point or client within an existing Wi-Fi network. With its flexibility, this module can be leveraged to replicate legitimate Wi-Fi networks for phishing attacks. Wi-Fi network replication techniques typically involve masking the identity of a legitimate network, including SSID and other configuration, to trick users into connecting to a fake network. Attackers can exploit captive portals to request sensitive authentication information. These findings emphasize the importance of security awareness and the need for stronger precautions to protect users' personal data. The ESP8266 module successfully copies a Wi-Fi network using a legitimate SSID and tricks users into connecting to a fake network. Once connected, users are asked to enter a valid Wi-Fi password through the verification portal. Entered authentication information is logged for further analysis. Wi-Fi phishing attacks can result in the theft of personal information such as usernames, passwords, and financial information. The use of Wi-Fi replication can expose vulnerabilities in the security infrastructure and cause users to lose trust in public Wi-Fi networks. This study uses an experimental approach to investigate Wi-Fi phishing attacks using the ESP8266 module to replicate legitimate networks. Steps include creating a replica network, testing user connections, redirecting to captive portal, logging authentication information.

Abstract

Various industries, including the tea industry, have been greatly affected by advances in information technology. By using StarUML software, this research aims to create an effective production information system for companies in the tea industry. The system design methods used include requirements analysis, database design, and system modeling using activity diagrams, use cases, and Class diagrams. System modeling with StarUML helps to visualize the production process visually and logically. A case study was conducted on a local tea company to assess the needs of their production information system. The results of this analysis are used to create a normalized database with Microsoft Access. Data normalization is carried out to guarantee an ideal data structure and reduce data redundancy. In system modeling, StarUML enables the visualization of use case diagrams to show the interaction between actors and systems. In addition, Class diagrams can show Class relationships and Class hierarchies. This study found that the use of StarUML as a tool in designing production information systems can improve the operational efficiency of companies in the tea industry. It is expected that the planned implementation of the information system will improve the control and supervision of the production process, as well as make it easier for management to make decisions.

Abstract

Information Systems are important components that help businesses operate better and more efficiently. As part of the agricultural sector, tea companies need an integrated information system to better manage the production process. The use of software such as StarUML becomes relevant in this case. StarUML is a tool that can be used to design various models for software development, such as use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. Its ability to facilitate system design from multiple points of view, from the business process level to technical implementation, is a key advantage of StarUML. Actors, such as system users, and how they interact with the system can be identified using use case diagrams. In this case, the main actors involved in the use of the painting process information system can be identified as painting operators, painting process managers, and Quality Control (QC).
