Abstract

The Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) are mainly used to design and implement job training, conduct training output assessments, and assess a person's current level of skills and expertise. This study aims to review the SKKNI reassessment procedures. This study uses a qualitative method. The research approach, including policy and literature studies, is carried out descriptively. Data comes from regulations, journal articles, and reference books. The results of this study found that the procedure for reviewing the SKKNI was carried out based on the Decree of the Directorate General of Training and Productivity Development of the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia Number Kep.280/Lattas/Xi/2014 Concerning the Guidelines for Procedures for the SKKNI Review. The SKKNI drafting team must make this policy a reference in the SKKNI Review.

Abstract

Turnover is a phenomenon that commonly occurs in an organization, especially companies. The research results show that from the perspective of philosophical knowledge, turnover can be explained in three dimensions: ontology, epistemology, and axiology. In the ontological dimension, turnover includes the true meaning of turnover science, which can be proven to exist in every organization. The epistemological dimension of turnover science is related to the basis of knowledge, sources, characteristics, the truth of knowledge, and how to obtain turnover knowledge. Finally, in the axiological dimension, the discussion of turnover includes the relationship between knowledge and values, namely the feasibility of turnover science to be developed and the function and usefulness of turnover science. In the end, turnover science needs to be developed so that its benefits can be felt more, especially in anticipating how to ensure that the turnover phenomenon only occurs occasionally in companies, even though this is inevitable due to various situations and conditions in the organization.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of organizational communication in kitchen employees' work spirit at the Aryaduta Hotel Manado. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews and field observations with kitchen employees. The research results show that organizational communication is essential in increasing kitchen employee morale: increasing employee motivation, collaboration and job satisfaction. Good organizational communication leads employees to understand the organization's goals, the tasks they carry out, and the expectations given to them. Clear and timely messages also ensure employees have the information they need to do a good job. On the other hand, delays in delivering information have implications for uncertainty and confusion among employees. Lack of team communication can also hinder effective collaboration and coordination in the Kitchen. The implications of this research are essential for hotel management to carry out effective organizational communication in increasing kitchen employee morale. The research results form the basis for further research in the field of organizational communication and employee morale in the hotel industry.

Then, at the meso level, there is Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 49 of 2007 concerning Education Management Standards by Non-formal Education Units, Regulation of the Governor of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta Province Number 67 of 2017 concerning the Implementation and Management of Non-formal Education, several Regent Regulations and Mayor Regulations. In the end, the policy at the micro level is the Mayor of Semarang City Regulation Number 18 of 2023 concerning Technical Guidelines for Providing Honorariums to Non-formal and Non-formal Religious Educators, Corpse Care Officers and Prosperity Officers in Places of Worship. The government, regional heads, and legislators need to pay attention to non-formal education policies at the macro, meso, and micro levels so that the contribution of non-formal education is more optimal in creating superior and competitive human resources.

Abstract

The development of the Al-Qur'an sign language in Indonesia is based on the Arabic sign language. This writing aims to describe the method of translating the Indonesian Al-Qur'an into sign language, which is currently developing and transforming into the Kitabah Method and Recitation Method. This method has enabled Indonesian People with Hearing and Speech Sensory Disabilities (PDSRW) to be able to read and understand (communicate) the meanings and intentions of the Al-Qur'an, hadith and other Islamic teachings so that they have an essential role in strengthening spiritual and religious ties. Data collection uses qualitative research methods in the form of library research or library research using the Tahlili method, which is extracted and sourced from various libraries. This research shows that the Al-Qur'an sign language, Kitabah Method and Recitation Method can make it easier for Indonesian PDSRW people to understand the Al-Qur'an. However, standardization is still needed to facilitate access to PDSRW.
