Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of marketing mix to the decisionof buyer of Yamaha motor at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado. The influence of the rapiddevelopment of the era makes every company should always do research anddevelopment to always be on a comfortable track. Seeing this, companies need to createbreakthroughs and strategic innovations in order to continue to increase revenue andprofits both quantitatively and qualitatively. PT. Hasjrat Abadi is the exclusivedistributor of Toyota and Yamaha vehicles in eleven leading provinces, parts of centraland eastern Indonesia. Tight competition is mainly happening on Yamaha and Hondafor the top spot. Yamaha motorcycle sales growth in December increased compared toHonda. Therefore, researchers who are interested in taking the title of the research are:"The influence of marketing mix to the decision of Yamaha motorcycle buyer in PTHasjrat Abadi Marketing mix is a combination of four variables or activity which is thecore of marketing company System: product, price, And distribution system (Assauri,2011.) According to Schifman and Kanuk (2007) the decision is the selection of two ormore alternative options In other words, alternative choice must be available to aperson When making a decision Based on the results of research on the product testobtained value (0.00) , The price has value (0,048), whereas place value (0,023) andpromotion is (0,001), the bias is said that all the variables are significant The discussioncan be summarized as follows: Products are partially positive and significantlyinfluence the decision of buyer motor Yamaha in PT Hasjrat Abadi Manado, theproduct is variable te Which affect buyer decisions. Partially positive and significantinfluence decision of Yamaha motorcycle buyer in PT Hasjrat Abadi Manado. Price isthe fourth highest variable. Variables that affect buyer decisions. Place was partiallypositive and significant effect on the decision of Yamaha motorcycle buyers in PT.Hasjrat Abadi Manado. Place is the third highest variable affecting buyer decisions.Promotion partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision ofYamaha motor at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado. Abstract

This researce based on the importance of the invorvement of allelements of village administration in Tombulang village of North BolaangMongondow Regency, in maximizing village revenues sourced from villagefunds to support development. To that end, the village government mustunderstand how the implementation og budget of revenues and expenditures ofvillage fund in supporting development. This study aims to find out how theimplementation of budget revenue and expenditure of village funds in supportvillage development. Accourding to Government Regulation Number 60 year2014, Village funds are funds sourced from the State Revenue and ExpenditureBudget in the designated for the villages transferred through the RegionalRevenue Budgets and are used to finance the implementation of governance,development and community and community empowerment. This research useddescriptive qualitative research methods, data analysis techniques used in thisstudy is the percentage of data analysis. Informant research amounted to 3people and data collection technique is documentation study, interview, andobservation. The focus of the research is the accountability report of VillageRevenue and Expendeture year 2015 and 2016.The results show that the role of village funds in the development ofTombulang Village has been well realized although there are some things thatare unclear in the implementation of APBDesa and public participation and therole of government that has not been optimal. Briefly, the active role,tranparency and responsibility of the apparatus involvet in managing villagefunds is needed to support community development in the village and impact onthe welfare of the community. In this case the village government in demand tobe more involving the community in submetting the proposet plan ofpreparation of APBDesa and priotize the principle of honesty in order to avoidmisunderstanding.Keywords: Village Fund, Budeget, and Village Development

Abstract

Working capital is very important for any company, because almost allcompanies need working capital to finance the day-to-day operations of thecompany. Companies must be able to manage working capital well so thatoperational activities can run smoothly and can achieve the optimal profit asexpected by the company. This study aims to analyze and know how theworking capital adequacy ratio. This research was conducted at PT. HMSampoerna Tbk. According to Sutrisno (2009), "Working capital is one ofthe elements of assets that are very important in the company becausewithout working capital the company cannot fill the necessity to run theactivities". The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative andanalysis tool used is Working Capital Adequacy Ratio which consists of threetypes of ratios are the ratio of Total Assets to Net Working Capital, CurrentLiabilities to Net Working Capital and Working Capital Turnover. The dataused are secondary data from financial statements namely balance sheet andincome statement from PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. The results of the studyexplain that the calculation of the ratio of Total Assets to Net WorkingCapital in 2013 to 2016 is quite good. While the calculation of CurrentLiabilities to Net Working Capital Ratio in 2013 and 2014 is quite good, butthe calculation results in 2015 and 2016 decreased to 0.17 and 0.23. And thecalculation results Working Capital Turnover in 2014 increased, but thendeclined in 2015 and 2016, indicating liquidity on this ratio more effective.Overall working capital at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk has good working capitalmanagement. The results of the working capital adequacy ratio analysis willgive an idea of how the company can manage its working capital. Liquiditylevel at PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk is quite good. This indicates that theadequacy of working capital at PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk is quite stable. Werecommend PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk can use and allocate working capitaloptimally. Abstract

The background of this research indicates that the low organizationalcommitment of employees affects that the low performance of work, so theproblem studied in this research is: How big influence OrganizationalCommitment to Employee Work Achievement at PT. Permodalan NasionalMadani (Persero) Branch ManadoEmployee commitment to the organizationshown by employee characteristics is (1) employees are more concerned withpersonal interests than the company's interest in completing the target work,where employees are more focused on personal issues. (2) less maximize thecontribution of his work as part of the organization as a whole in carrying outits duties and obligations; (3) lackof cooperation among employees in solvingthe problem. This shows that the low organizational commitment of employeesresulted in the likelihood of job performance at PT. Permodalan NasionalMadani (Persero) Branch Manado, so the higher one's commitment to the taskthe higher the performance will be generated. In this research the method usedis quantitative method, by using correlation analysis approach and simple linearregression with data analysis technique used is Pearson Product MomentCorrelation Analysis (PPM). Based on the calculation of Pearson ProductMoment correlation, organizational commitment contributed 97.6% while theremaining 2.4% was a contribution from other variables. And there is asignificant influence between Organizational Commitment to EmployeePerformance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado.While the calculation results of simple linear regression analysis with the resultfhitung ≥ ftabel, or 2787.82 ≥ 2.05, thus reject Ho, which means a significanteffect. This means that Organizational Commitment has a significant andlinearly influence on Employee Work Performance at PT. PermodalanNasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado. There is a significant influencebetween organizational commitment employees affect the performance of workat PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado. It isrecommended to always pay attention to employee performance for theeffectiveness and efficiency of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero)Manado Branch, so as to maintain its reputation as one of the reliable and trustworthy capital business entities.Keywords : Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The development in business world these days is market by the competition between the business company is getting fierce. Especially in managing the company business unit. It is shown by the appearance of a company that offer a good quality product with a compete price on the market. To handle the  fierce competition on the market then one from so many effort that the company do is by apply the strategic price. Which on the way of applying that strategi the company try to set a price that can be compete in the market so the increase sale of the product become maximum. With right price and controlled will result the domino effect to a company to build long term relationship with costumer so it can increase the sales volume. This research is a descriptive quantitative research by using the correlation approach and simple regression. To see relation between variable and to measure the impact to the variable itself. So the purpose of this research is to know how far the price effect and to the  increase of PT. ROBCAGA in Talaud. According to the sesult of the  research, can be shown as following: price has a correlation and significant determination effort to the increase sale of PT. ROBCAGA Talaud. According to the  data analysis, coefficient value moment r = 0,685. That show there is a positive relation, and can be categorize as high and strong, also price coefficient determination to the increase sale is by 46,5% and 53,5% by the rest of it depends on the unknown factors that not been analyze in this research. Keywords: Increase, price, sale

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the influence of ethical leadership on the performance of employees at the Tax Office Primary Tobelo Halmahera Utara. In this study using descriptive quantitative is to test the relationship between variables and to measure the magnitude of influence on these variables. Based on this research shows that ethical leadership has a positive and very strong influence on employee performance, thus hypothesis states there is influence of ethical leadership on employee performance can be accepted. A leader with an ethical leadership style can influence individuals or groups to behave in accordance with organizational or corporate goals. Therefore companies or organizations need to pay attention to matters that include ethical behavior so that employee performance can be developed for the progress of the organization or companyKeywords: Ethical Leadership, Work Achievement.

Abstract

Summary. The performance of the company's financial statements stable financial condition is seen in 2014 sales increased from year to year, ranging from 65% in 2012 to 66.8% in 2013 and reached 68% in 2014. While in 2015 Sales decreased Each by 0.5% to 60.9 billion cigarettes. The main question in this study is "How Financial Performance Analysis at PT Gudang Garam?". This study aims to determine the financial performance at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk period of 2011 to 2015. According Munawir (2002), financial statements is one of the financial information sourced from internal companies concerned. Financial statements. Company performance is a description of the financial position of a company that is analyzed with the tools of financial analysis, so it can be known about the good financial situation of a company. To analyze the financial statements, then one method. The visual ratio of a relationship or balance (mathematical relationship) between a certain amount to another amount. The types of financial ratios used are: Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, Rentability Ratio. Based on the results of financial ratio analysis. Ratios, ratios and ratios of profitability indicate the company's financial performance is in good condition. Fluctuate. The results of the company's performance. On ratio. Solvency ratios and ratios. When the profitability ratio shows a result that has not been maximized. Then it can be concluded the financial condition of the company PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of work-life balance and burnout on job satisfaction of the employees in  PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Sulawesi Utara. Data were collected from questionnaires completed by 32 participants and analysed using multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that work-life balance had a positive and significant impact to job satisfaction. Further, burnout had a negative impact to job satisfaction but the result was insignificant. This study recommends the company to keep facilitate the employee in enhancing work-life balance and reducing burnout.  Keywords: Work-life Balance, Burnout, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Amungme and Kamoro Community Development Institution (LPMAK) in the implementation of the Entrepreneurship Program and the welfare of indigenous peoples following the development of entrepreneurship carried out by LPMAK. This research was conducted at LPMAK office located in Mimika Papua Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data classified into two kinds, namely secondary external data and secondary internal data. The results of this study indicate that the role of LPMAK in community development ranging from training to financing productive economic enterprises carried out well in accordance with the target, the decline in the last few years due to PT Freeport Indonesia unstable which became the largest contributor of funds, resulting in a 40% cut of funds. Welfare can not be achieved thoroughly because society has not been able to change for the better so many solutions provided by LPMAK but few want to receive. With this community will be more active role to develop the entrepreneurial potential managed by LPMAK in order to achieve overall welfare.  Keyword: Role, LPMAK, Entrepreneurship

Abstract

Common stress is defined as the pressure, tension or unpleasant disturbance that comes from outside a person. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Stress on Employee Performance PT. Bank SulutGo.   Job stress is a condition in which there are one or several factors in the workplace that react with the worker so as to interfere with physiological conditions, and behavior. Job stress will arise when there is a gap between an individual's ability and the demands of his job. Stress is the gap between individual needs and the fulfillment of the environment. Samples taken as many as 60 respondents. Data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analyzed using descriptive research method of research is research that combine anatara qualitative method (descriptive) and quantitative.  In this research, the result of simple correlation shows the relationship or strong influence between stress and achivment variable equal to 0,667% and based on that calculation then sought contribution of variable stress and achievment the result is 44,89%. From result Regression analysis showed that the individual stressor factor has a positive relationship to the employee's work indicated by the variable coefficient where stress affects the decrease of employee achievement and from the calculation results obtained simple regression equation the relationship is positive. The conclusion of this research is to show that respondents are more likely to experience stress so that influence on employee performance, the higher the employee experiencing stress then the performance will decrease. So the authors suggest that companies need to pay attention to and maintain the stability of work stress caused by organizational factors include (physical and work factors, social factors, and organization) and individual factors for employee performance can be optimal so as not to affect employee performance.  Keywords: Stress On Job, Work Achievement
