Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) To know the elements of cost calculated in the variable cost component (2) To know how the calculation of cost analysis according to the costing variables for decision making accept or reject the special order and (3) Whether the application of such calculations can affect the increase in corporate profits. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method. The data sought in this study is a special production order production report which will be used for decision making accept or reject special order obtained based on interview result and observation. Based on the calculation of cost analysis according to variable costing for decision making accept or reject special order, the variable cost the production of cake is Rp. 358.224.560 and for a fixed cost is Rp. 422.398.305. And the result of the analysis on the use of variable costing in relation to differential cost analysis  to accept or reject the special orders, from RM. Setia Amurang and bali souvenir, total profit of Rp. 7.915.068. The shows that from the alternatives used can provide benefits for the company, when receiving special order. The leader of the tokin cake cooking company, should receive a special order with the cost request by the subscriber and consider the revenue and the differential cost to generate profit contribution.

Abstract

Job Placement is an activity undertaken to decide whether or not an employee is placed in a certain position within a company. Employee performance is a very important thing in the business organization or individual to achieve its goals. This study aims to determine the effect of job placement on employee performance of PT. FIFGROUP Cab. This study aims to determine the effect of job placement on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative associative and data collection is done by survey. Population in this research all work of PT. FIFGROUP Cab. Manado. While the sample using by Slovin in formula and obtained the number of 85 respondents, using simple linear regression test and correlation analysis with SPSS 23.0. Using simple linear correlation and linear regression analysis. The result of R value between the two variables is 0.282 means the relationship between job placement on employee performance is low. Then the value of R Square (coefficient determinant) 0.079. This shows that the employee performance at PT. FIFGROUP Cab. Manado 7.9% is affected by job placement, while 92.1% is determined by other factors not examined in this study. One of the factors that make the job placement does not affect the employee's work performance is website, conditions and rules that have been determined by PT. FIFGROUP Cab Manado does not demand the same educational background as the existing job position or position. To further improve the performance of work then the job placement should be in accordance with existing educational background. Keywords: Job Placement, Employee Performances

Abstract

Along with the development of the era, the competition of the business worldish getting tighter. Many competitors with the best quality sprung up the hearts of consumers. Referring up the current conditions then used a form of marketing that trieas to analyzeconsumers by using psychological models in analyzing consumer behaviors experiential marketing. In this approach, the marketer provides the product by touching the senses, the heart, and the mindsof consumers. This will be good for the company because satisfied costumers usually tell their experience using a company’s productor service to others. The purpose og this research is to find out whether there is an influence Experiential Marketing to Consumer LoyaltyThe result of this study indicate thatthere is a positive influence of calculated larger than the able (2,733>1,933). Based on the result of research data that has been processed, it can be concluded that the influence of Experiental Marketing on consumer loyalty is at a very strong correlation level of 0,687 or 68,7% while 31.3% influenced by other variable not examined in this research. Keywords: experiential marketing, consumer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study “whether the promotion effect on the level of sales of Sigra car at PT. Astra International Tbk Daihatsu branch Malalayang. The benefits in this study are 1.This research is expected to increase the treasury of science used as a reference material for the Department of Administrative Sciences in general and especially the Program of Business Administration Science in the marketing sector related to promotion and sales, 2.This research is expected to be a material information and input as well as brainstorming suggestions for leaders and employees of PT. Astra International Tbk Daihatsu Branch Malalayang as Daihatsu Dealer. The approach of this study was quantitative. The data sought from this research is sigra car sales data from the company and questionnaire data distributed to consumers. The result show that there is a significant influece because the value of t hitung 5,095 greater > t table value of 1,994 inferential that the hypothesis Ho rejected and accept HA. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that the influence of promotion on the level of Sigra car sales is at a strong enough correlation level of 27.3%, while 72.7% influenced by other factors not examined in this reseach.Keywords: Promotion, level of sales

Abstract

Economic development in particular sectors services in Indonesia took place very rapidly services sector. One of the mainstay tourism industry Indonesia, this is the industry that its development was quite rapidly in developing regions or advanced area. Hotel is a large organization has some of the usual part of called department housekeeping department is part of the Organization, as part of the organization department housekeeping has the resources, i.e. employees. the success of the hotel is inseparable from the role of employees. the goal of the research is to the employee's job satisfaction description housekeeping department at Sintesa Peninsula Manado Hotel. This research using methods qualitative nature of the descriptive analysis. Conclusions in finds, each individual have a different level of satisfaction in accordance with the applicable values on him. Abstract

In this era of globalization banking world is a service industry that is very important in supporting the financing of development, as an institution investment financing and working capital and as a lack of funds. Ones of the banking products that help support the success of the business world and to help the community is a credit facility, the credit provided by the bank is one of the largest productive activities that contribute revenue to banks. Although the placement of interest on credit has a big role in contributing income to the bank, but keep in mind that credit products have the highest level of risk, for that bank is very careful in doing credit expansion. Research object is PT. Bank North Sulawesi go and the purpose of research is to know the relationship of credit to the amount of income tax on PT. Bank SulutGo. The method of data analysis used is the method of correlation analysis, which is used to measure the closeness of a relationship between variables and to test the relationship between variables. Statistical results show that credit with income tax has a very close relationship. Abstract

Loan activity by a finance company is an activity that has high risk, there are many problems or constraints - constraints that result in loss. Factors - factors causing the occurrence of problem loans, including bad loans, installment payments, monitoring and pengelolah internal credit, and so on. Therefore, whether the effectiveness of internal control affects the success rate of credit. This study aims to determine how much influence the effectiveness of internal control of credit success rate at PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia Branch Manado. Credit by Rivai (2013) "Credit Control is a study conducted by account officer on the feasibility of the company, the client's business feasibility, credit needs, profitability, credit repayment and available guarantees to cover the loan application". Internal Control by Mulyadi (2013) "Internal control system includes organizational structure, methods and measures - coordinated measures to safeguard the organization's wealth, check the accuracy and reliability of accounting data, encourage efficiency and compliance with management policies". The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research using correlation coefficient analysis technique Pearson product moment and simple regression analysis. The population was 46 respondents with the data collecting 44 samples, obtained from the determination of sample size using slovin technique. Data collection was done with questionnaires distributed directly to employees and staff of 44 questionnaires. From hypothesis testing, the real research results show that there is a positive influence and significant effectiveness of internal control of credit success rate at PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia Branch Manado. With the increased effectiveness of internal control over the credit success rate will have an impact on the increasingly tight credit and operational levels can be maximized.Keywords : Effectiveness Of Internal Control, The Success Rate Credit.

Abstract

The aim of this research to know how big the influence of giving KUR concern to raising effort little micro and medium in Manado city. Citizenry effort credit is working capital finance to productive and viable business debtors but not having additional collateral or additional collateral is sufficient. Form of research using on this research is correlational research with quantitative analysis. This research doing in Mandiri Bank in Paal 2, with population 102 customer and 51 sample costumer. Analysis technique using in this research is simple regression analysis. The result in this research show the strong relationship between giving KUR with increase UMKM seeing from the result and from the result determination coefficient that means the relation between Mandiri Bank is determine by giving KUR through regression similarity. Remnant determined by another factor. The summary of this research have an effect to increase UMKM. The verification doing with T-test with Tarithmetic to X (KUR) and Ttable in significant that means comparison between Tarithmetic and Ttable is tarithmetic more than ttable. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the GCG principles influence and play an active role and work efficiently to the timeliness of financial reporting. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research with descriptive data analysis techniques and data collection methods used are interviews and document studies. From the results of interviews to 4 informants who are employees AJB Bumiputera 1912 Branch Samrat Manado and document studies of these companies hence this study shows that the GCG principles influence and play an active role and work efficiently on AJB Bumiputera 1912 Branch Samrat Manado with the timeliness of financial reporting at the company . From the analysis of the study document company shows that AJB Bumiputera 1912 Branch Samrat Manado reported financial reporting in a timely manner by emphasizing the principles of Good Corporate Governance in it. Based on the results of research and discussion in this study it can be concluded that, from the results of interviews with researchers and informants document research company showed that the principles of Good Corporate Governance influence and play an active and efficient role in AJB Bumiputera 1912 Branch Samrat Manado, with the timeliness of financial reporting on the company. Furthermore, interviews with informants show that transparency, accountability and responsibility have a greater influence on the timeliness of financial reporting in AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Samrat Manado Branch, compared with the fairness principle, and the principle of independence that tends to have smaller roles and lesser efficiency and efficiency.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Timeliness of Financial Reporting

Abstract

Store atmosphere is a physical characteristic that is very important for every business and can affect the feelings or moods of consumers who visit the store, thereby affecting the interest to buy. Buying interest is a desire to buy a product or service to be purchased. In every business activity, basically aims to gain maximum profit in order to maintain the exsitence of the company amid the competition. The goal to be achieved in this research is to know the magnitude of the influence of store atmosphere on consumer buying interest in UD. Sinar Anugerah Pratama Manado. The research is a kind of quantitative research. Independen variable (x) is the store atmosphere and the dependent variable (y) buying interest. The population of this research is all visitor in UD. Sinar Anugerah Pratama Manado. Assuming the population in this study is not limited. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method, data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. Samples drawn from a population of 50 respondents consisting of 72% female and 28% male. Hypothesis testing in this study using parametric statistics in the form of t-test to see how the influence of each independent variable individually to the dependent variable. And the f-test to see how the influence of all independent variables together on the dependent variable. The value of f-arithmetic of 8.519 with the significance p-value = 0.005 < 0.05 indicates that there is a simultaneous significant influence of the store's atmosphere on buying interest. The value of t-arithmetic of 2.919 with significance p-value = 0.005 < 0.05 indicates that there is a partial significant influence of the independent variable to the dependent variable. This means that there is a strong relationship that gives effect to buy interest to consumers. From the results of hypothesis testing above shows there is significant influence of store atmosphere to consumer buying interest in UD. Sinar Anugerah Pratama Manado.
