This study aims to design and implement a web-based procurement information system at PT Global Jaya Elektronik to improve administrative efficiency, accelerate submission and approval processes, and reduce data entry errors. Existing problems include delayed approval processes, non-real-time monitoring, and the absence of an automatic notification system. The system is developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The technology used includes PHP Laravel framework and MySQL database. The results show that the developed system improves procurement efficiency, provides real-time monitoring, and supports faster and more accurate decision-making.

PT Anugerah Bersama Bogor is a company engaged in clean water distribution services using tanker truck fleets. The sales data management process is still conducted manually through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and delivery reports, resulting in difficulties in transaction monitoring, delays in report generation, and limited data analysis for decision-making purposes. This study aims to implement a web-based data dashboard capable of presenting integrated, real-time, and easy-to-understand sales information. The research applied the Waterfall model of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing phases. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database and provides features such as interactive data visualization, dynamic filtering, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), sales forecasting, report export, and scheduled data refresh. The implementation results indicate that the dashboard improves the efficiency of sales data management, accelerates reporting activities, facilitates real-time sales performance monitoring, and supports faster and more accurate managerial decision-making. Therefore, the proposed system can serve as an effective solution for enhancing sales information management within the company.

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged companies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of data management, including inventory management. PT Exo Drinks Indonesia, particularly at the Es Teler Sultan Bandung Ciledug outlet, still conducts stock opname activities using a semi manual process by recording inventory data on personal devices before entering it into the Point of Sales (POS) system. This process may lead to recording errors, data duplication, reporting delays, and discrepancies between system records and actual physical stock. The purpose of this internship project is to design a web based stock opname system that can improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of inventory management processes. The methods applied in this study include observation, interviews, documentation, system requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing using the Waterfall development approach. The proposed system provides features for inventory data management, stock-in and stock-out transactions, physical stock recording, automatic stock discrepancy calculations, and real-time reporting. The results indicate that the designed system can support an integrated stock opname process, minimize recording errors, accelerate data processing, and improve inventory information accuracy. The implementation of this system is expected to assist the company in monitoring inventory more effectively and supporting faster and more accurate decision-making processes.

The rapid development of information technology encourages educational institutions to improve data management effectiveness. SD Islam Plus Al Ijtihad 2 still uses Excel files or spreadsheets as the primary medium for administrative data storage. Long-term spreadsheet usage causes several problems, including data duplication, input errors, and difficulties in integrating data into database systems. This study aims to design and develop a web-based system capable of converting Excel data into a MySQL database automatically and systematically. The research methods include observation, interviews, literature review, system requirements analysis, Unified Modeling Language (UML) design, and implementation using PHP Native and MySQL. The developed system provides features such as Excel file upload, data validation, data transformation, column mapping, automatic import processes, and PDF report generation. The results indicate that the system successfully accelerates data integration, reduces input errors, improves data consistency, and facilitates administrative data management. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance administrative efficiency and support faster and more accurate decision-making processes.

The school cooperative of SMP Negeri 17 Tangerang Selatan still records inventory data manually and partly uses Microsoft Excel. This practice causes data retrieval to take longer, stock monitoring to be less accurate, and incoming and outgoing goods reports to be prepared manually. This study aims to design a web based inventory information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Data were collected through observation, interviews with cooperative staff, and literature review. RAD stages were applied through requirement planning, user design, construction, and initial cutover. The proposed system includes item data management, incoming goods records, outgoing goods records, stock monitoring, inventory reports, and user access management. The design results indicate that a web-based system can help the cooperative manage inventory data in a more organized, faster, and centralized manner, supporting the daily operations of the school cooperative.

Operational management at LPG gas stations and drinking water depots generally still faces challenges in manually recording transactions. This situation causes data fragmentation between subsidized and unsubsidized gas sales and mineral water products, resulting in slow data collection and accurate financial assessments. This study aims to design and build a web-based sales analytics dashboard that can integrate all transaction data into a single, centralized platform. The development methodology used is the Waterfall method, which includes the steps of requirements analysis, system design, coding, and testing. The proposed system has integrated features in the form of sales graph visualization, inventory management, periodic financial reports, and the ability to forecast sales and growth scenarios of 10 percent. Functional testing shows that all modules operate according to user requirements. With this system, depot owners can monitor performance in real time and make strategic decisions based on organized and accurate data.

Currently, the administration and management of goods at SMP Negeri 17 Tangerang Selatan still rely on conventional methods based on Microsoft Excel. This triggers various obstacles, ranging from the vulnerability of missing data, the length of time searching for information, to the ineffectiveness of staff performance. Therefore, this research focuses on building a web-based Asset Management Information System as a solution to these problems. The Waterfall approach was chosen as the software development method, supported by XAMPP, MySQL database, and the PHP programming language. The resulting application is equipped with various main modules, including goods data management, condition track records, borrowing circulation, maintenance history, and automatic report generation features. Based on the trial results, this platform has proven effective in reducing the risk of miscommunication between the Administration and Facilities divisions, while cutting the time for compiling data recapitulation to support the preparation for institutional accreditation.

SMP Kusuma Bangsa Tangerang already has web-based information services, but the New Student Admission (PPDB) process still needs improvement so that registration, verification, and prospective student data management can run in a more structured manner. This study aims to design a web-based online PPDB application prototype that enables prospective students to register, complete digital forms, upload documents, obtain an automatic registration number, and monitor admission status. The research applies the prototyping method with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and literature study. The system was developed using PHP Native, MariaDB, Tailwind CSS, and XAMPP. The result is a web application consisting of school information pages, prospective student accounts, digital forms based on the Student Data Form (F-PD), document upload, user dashboard, admin panel, registration details, and data verification. Functional testing was conducted using Black Box Testing on 35 scenarios, and all tested features produced expected results. Therefore, the prototype can support the school in improving admission service efficiency, reducing data recording errors, and organizing registration data more effectively.

PT Berkah Jaya Awing previously recorded sales and managed inventory manually using paper receipts and ledgers. This condition created several operational problems, including recording errors, delayed report preparation, and inconsistencies between physical inventory and administrative records. This study aims to design and develop a web-based sales and stock opname information system to support transaction processing, inventory control, and centralized reporting. The development method used in this study is the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, Apache, and XAMPP. Its main features include user authentication, an admin dashboard, item data management, Point of Sale transactions, stock opname, low stock notifications, and sales reports. The implementation results indicate that the system supports digital transaction recording, more structured inventory updates, and faster sales report preparation. This system is expected to improve administrative efficiency and inventory data accuracy in the company

CV. Sekartama Contraction merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan dan pemasangan produk berbahan Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC), seperti kusen, pintu, dan jendela. Proses penyampaian informasi produk yang masih menggunakan media konvensional menyebabkan informasi produk kurang terintegrasi dan kurang optimal dalam mendukung kegiatan pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi E-Catalogue Produk berbasis web yang dapat menyediakan informasi produk secara lengkap, terintegrasi, dan real-time bagi tim sales maupun pelanggan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem yang dibangun menyediakan fitur katalog digital interaktif, buat pesanan cepat, filter dan pencarian produk, sinkronisasi data real-time, bandingkan produk, informasi promo, serta pengelolaan produk dan pesanan. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing terhadap 12 skenario pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional dengan tingkat keberhasilan pengujian mencapai 100%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efektivitas penyampaian informasi produk, mempermudah proses pengelolaan pesanan, serta mendukung aktivitas pemasaran pada CV. Sekartama Contraction.
