Abstract

The rapid development of information technology encourages culinary businesses, particularly small restaurants, to adopt digital systems in order to improve operational efficiency. However, many small restaurants still manage their sales processes manually, which can lead to data recording errors, data loss, and delays in generating sales reports. This study aims to design and implement a web-based sales information system for small restaurants that can manage menu data, orders, transactions, and sales reports in an integrated manner. The research method applied is Research and Development (R&D) using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, which consists of requirement planning, system design, construction, and implementation stages. The developed system provides features such as user authentication, menu management, sales transaction processing, and automated sales reporting. System testing results indicate that all features function properly and meet user requirements. Therefore, the proposed web-based sales information system is able to improve sales process efficiency, transaction data accuracy, and service quality in small restaurant operations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of TikTok Shop system quality on customer satisfaction in online fashion product purchases. System quality in social commerce platforms plays an important role in creating a convenient, secure, and efficient shopping experience. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 58 TikTok Shop users in Indonesia who had purchased fashion products. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical methods with SPSS version 26. The system quality variable was measured through ease of use, application interface, system stability, processing speed, and transaction security, while customer satisfaction was measured through satisfaction level, expectation fulfillment, shopping experience, repurchase intention, and recommendation willingness. The results indicate that TikTok Shop system quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in online fashion purchases.

Abstract

This research proposes an Enhanced TextCNN architecture, integrating a Gated Mechanism and Aspect Fusion to address challenges in automatic movie rating classification from user reviews, such as text complexity and the need to understand sentiment towards specific aspects (e.g., plot, acting). The proposed model incorporates Gated Linear Units (GLU) as an adaptive filter in the convolutional layers to suppress noise and enhance key features, alongside an aspect fusion layer that employs multi-head self-attention to explicitly extract and weight information relevant to specific movie aspects from the text, enabling context-aware classification. Experimental results on a dataset of 50,000 movie reviews show the model achieves an accuracy of 85.67% and a weighted F1 score of 85.55%, significantly outperforming the baseline TextCNN (78.34% accuracy) by a 7.33% improvement, while also demonstrating robustness across reviews of varying lengths and offering better computational efficiency compared to more complex models like BERT.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology in the era of globalization has encouraged culinary business actors to utilize online-based systems as a medium for promotion and customer service. One of the main problems faced by restaurants is the limited use of digital promotion media and the inefficiency of conventional food ordering and reservation processes. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for promotion and food ordering to improve promotional effectiveness and reservation efficiency. The system development employs the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which consists of three main stages: planning, system design and development, and implementation. The developed information system provides several features, including restaurant profile information, menu and pricing details, restaurant location integrated with Google Maps, online ordering or reservation facilities, and sales reporting. The results indicate that the web-based information system is able to assist restaurant owners in managing promotions and orders more effectively, while also providing customers with easy access to information and online reservation services without direct face-to-face interaction. Therefore, the implementation of this system is expected to enhance service quality, time efficiency, and the competitiveness of restaurant businesses.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a Python-based YouTube Downloader Pro application that can be used to effectively download videos from the YouTube platform. This application was developed to help users access video content offline. The research methods include requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing using black-box and white-box methods. The test results indicate that the application runs according to the expected functionality.

Abstract

Currently, the trade in used goods is still largely conducted through unstructured social media and instant messaging groups, resulting in problems in searching for goods, managing seller data, and moderating content. This study aims to design and implement a web-based used goods marketplace application called LOAK.IN as a solution to organize used goods buying and selling activities in a more structured manner. This solution is realized through the development of a web application using the Laravel framework with a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. The research method used is the Waterfall software development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Functional testing was conducted using the black-box testing method for all system requirements. The results show that all main functionality of the application runs according to the specified specifications and the system operates stably, so LOAK.IN can be used as a functional solution to support more organized used goods transactions.

Abstract

To plan a high-rise building structure that is safe from earthquake disasters, at least the structure must have good strength and behavior.UNIMUDA Sorong Hospital building structure planning aims to use steel materials to design buildings that are resistant to earthquake loads in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), and can plan the dimensions of beams and columns that are strong to withstand earthquake loads based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). Loading calculations and analyzes are carried out with the help of the SAP 2000 v14 program. The structure is designed using a Special Moment Bearing Steel Frame System with seismicity factor using dynamic response spectrum. With a fundamental period of 0.8228 seconds. The maximum fundamental period is 1.1134 seconds, and the deviation value between non-existent floors exceeds the maximum deviation limit of 30.769 mm. Beam 1 is designed with an IWF of 400 x 200 x 8 x 13 using an additional stiffener plate having a Vu value of 212 367.77 N; φVn = 590 400 N; Mu = 359 578 346 Nmm and φMn = 463 198 437 Nmm. Beam 2 is designed with an IWF of 400 x 200 x 8 x 13 without body stiffeners having a Vu value of 163 492 N; φVn = 590 400 N; Mu = 278 327 523 Nmm and φMn = 463 198 437 Nmm. Effective steel columns in this structure use WF 400 x 400 x 21 x 13 with Pu value of 2162478.73 N, φVn = 678 600 N. Mux = 112561292.5, Muy = 78189223.26 Nmm and φMnx = 769 813 060 Nmm , φMny = 188770276 Nmm . This indicates that the column is secure.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) infrastructure performance in residential and Small Office Home Office (SOHO) environments, specifically focusing on the impact of signal repeaters on data integrity and quality of service. Motivated by the prevalence of blank spots hindering connectivity in the era of digital transformation, this research compares two primary topologies: direct connection to the main Access Point and bridged connection using the Xiaomi Mi WiFi Range Extender Pro (Model R03). Utilizing quantitative experimental methodology and TIPHON (Telecommunications and Internet Protocol Harmonization Over Networks) measurement standards, the tested parameters include Throughput, Packet Loss, Delay (Latency), Jitter, and Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI). The results reveal a performance dichotomy: while the extender significantly improves RSSI in dead zones, there is a massive throughput degradation of 50-60% due to the half-duplex mechanism on the single 2.4 GHz radio, alongside a latency increase of up to 300%. These findings are analyzed by integrating computational frameworks from Sopiyan Apandi's research on decision support systems and algorithmic classification, offering new insights into the trade-off between signal coverage and transmission quality in modern information system implementations.

Abstract

This internship was carried out at a Konveksi Tas Latif located at Jl. Kota Bambu Utara RT 11 RW 1 No. 17, Kota Bambu Utara, Kecamatan Palmerah, Kota Jakarta Barat 11420. The purpose of this internship is to design and develop a web-based sales recording application for the bag convection business. Until now, the transaction and sales recording process has been conducted manually, which can potentially lead to recording errors, data loss, and difficulties in compiling sales reports.The system development method was conducted through field observation, interviews with related parties, and the waterfall approach, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, enabling integrated and real-time management of transaction and sales data.The result of this internship is a web-based sales recording application capable of automatically recording sales transactions, storing customer and product data, and generating sales reports automatically, both daily and monthly. This system provides convenience in business operations, improves work efficiency, and minimizes the risk of data loss. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that the business processes in the bag convection enterprise will become more effective, organized, and supportive of future business growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing students’ decisions in choosing transportation modes to school at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Kota Sorong, focusing on a comparison between online transportation and conventional transportation. The variables examined include cost, travel time, safety, and comfort. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using binary logistic regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who were active students of MAN Kota Sorong. The results indicate that cost, travel time, and safety have a significant effect on transportation mode choice, while comfort does not have a significant influence. The regression coefficient for the cost variable is −0.818 (Sig. < 0.001), indicating a negative relationship with the selection of online transportation, meaning that higher perceived costs reduce the likelihood of students choosing online transportation. Meanwhile, travel time has a coefficient of 0.698 (Sig. 0.003) and safety has a coefficient of 0.280 (Sig. 0.049), both of which show a positive and significant effect on the choice of online transportation. The highest odds ratio is found in the travel time variable (Exp(B) = 2.009), indicating that improved travel time efficiency increases the probability of students choosing online transportation by approximately two times compared to conventional transportation. Overall, the findings suggest that cost and travel time are the dominant factors in students’ transportation mode choice at MAN Kota Sorong. Students who are sensitive to transportation costs tend to choose conventional transportation due to its lower fares, while those who prioritize time efficiency and safety are more likely to select online transportation.
