−Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pembayaran uang sekolah berbasis web di Madrasah Pabuaran Jaha Ibticalah. Proses pembayaran uang sekolah secara manual masih memberikan dampak yang sangat menyusahkan, seperti pencatatan data yang juga rawan kesalahan, data yang kurang terorganisir, serta kesulitan dalam menyiapkan laporan pembayaran uang sekolah. Sistem ini mengotomatisasi penyimpanan data siswa, pemrosesan pembayaran, pelacakan status pembayaran, dan pembuatan laporan. Sistem yang dikembangkan didasarkan pada teknologi web, di mana dukungan backend menggunakan basis data MySQL untuk menyimpan data dengan XAMPP sebagai lingkungan pengembangan. UD. Citra Perdana, a building materials store, still manages its inventory manually. This often leads to recording errors, delays in identifying low stock, and slow inventory processes. This study aims to design and build a web-based Warehouse Inventory Management Information System capable of tracking incoming and outgoing stock, scanning and generating QR Code to speed up inventory processes, automatically grouping items by category, and providing a multi-role authorization mechanism (Admin/Owner and Warehouse Staff). The system development method used is the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is built using HTML5, CSS3, Vanilla JavaScript ES6, PHP 8.x, and MySQL/MariaDB database without using any framework, and utilizes an external API for generating QR Code for items. The result of this study is an application that helps staff manage inventory data in real-time, reduces human error, and improves the store's operational efficiency. System testing shows that the camera-based QR Code Scanner works well, and the stock report export feature to Excel format accelerates the reporting process. Thus, this system is expected to be an effective solution for UD. Citra Perdana in warehouse inventory management.

PT. Khadijah Travel Indonesia is a company that provides travel services for performing umrah, offering various packages for those who wish to go. The sales team still relies on traditional methods as printed brochures and PDF files to distribute product information, which results in limited information sharing, difficulty in updating package data, and an inefficient marketing procces. This internship activity aims to design and develop a web-based E-Catalogue information system for umrah packagaes. This system will assist the sales team in sharing product information in a more effective and efficient manner. The system was developed using the waterfall model of the system development Life Cycle (SDLC), which includes stages such as analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The outcome of this activity is an E-Catalogue system featuring package data management, a digital catalogue layout, product search, and acces management for administrators and the sales team. This system is able to simplify product information sharing, accelerate data updates, and improve work efficiency in the field of marketing.

Sistem presensi karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia karena berpengaruh terhadap kedisiplinan, evaluasi kinerja, dan administrasi perusahaan. Harasa Coffee & Eatery masih menggunakan sistem presensi manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan, manipulasi data, serta membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam proses rekapitulasi kehadiran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi presensi karyawan berbasis mobile Android guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data kehadiran. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin dengan Firebase sebagai basis data real-time. Fitur utama yang tersedia meliputi login pengguna, presensi masuk dan keluar menggunakan QR Code dan GPS Geofencing, pengelolaan data karyawan, serta rekapitulasi kehadiran secara otomatis. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi aplikasi berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Implementasi aplikasi ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas, transparansi, dan keamanan dalam pengelolaan presensi karyawan di Harasa Coffee & Eatery.

Rukun Tetangga (RT) 02 RW 06 Kelurahan Cipayung is a community service unit overseeing approximately 120 Heads of Households (KK). In its daily operations, the process of recording and paying residents' dues is still conducted manually using cash books and physical archives. This frequently leads to various issues such as the risk of recording errors, data vulnerability to damage or loss, and a lack of information transparency regarding payment status and the use of funds for residents. This research aims to design and build a web-based information system for recording and paying residents' dues to improve administrative efficiency, data security, and information disclosure. The system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection was conducted through interviews with the RT Chairperson and direct observation of the existing workflow. The developed system features Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) authentication, a dues transparency dashboard, a digital payment module through uploading transfer proofs, and automated financial recapitulation reports. This system is expected to help RT management become more effective, transparent, and accountable in managing residents' dues.

CV Devindo Multi Wahana, a plastic product distribution company serving wholesalers, MSMEs, and retail buyers, currently faces operational challenges due to its reliance on manual paper-based bookkeeping, which leads to transaction recording errors, difficulty in real-time stock monitoring, delayed reporting, and data discrepancies during periodic stocktaking. This research aims to design and develop an integrated web-based sales and stocktaking information system using the Extreme Programming (XP) method through four essential stages: planning, design, coding, and testing. The system incorporates extensive features including barcode-based item management, Point of Sale (POS) transactions, supplier purchase management, real-time stock tracking, a stocktaking module, minimum stock notifications, and automated sales and purchase reports. The result of this study is a web-based application operating on a localhost environment that automates recording processes and minimizes inventory management errors, which is expected to enhance operational efficiency and enable CV Devindo Multi Wahana to monitor its sales and inventory in a more accurate and structured manner.

PT Solusi Teknologi Unggul requires a structured internal information technology service management process, particularly for reporting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. The previous process was still conducted manually through WhatsApp or direct communication, which caused poor documentation, difficulty in tracking ticket status, unstructured technician assignment, and limited performance evaluation. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Internal IT Helpdesk and Ticketing Information System using the Waterfall method. The system is developed using PHP, MySQL, Apache, and XAMPP, and provides ticket management, status tracking, priority and Service Level Agreement (SLA), technician assignment, knowledge base, email notification, and analytical dashboard modules. The design results indicate that the system can centralize issue reporting, document resolution history, improve ticket-status transparency, and support management in monitoring IT service performance more effectively.
