Abstract

Technological acceleration forces modern industries to swiftly shift toward digital systems to maintain business pace and customer satisfaction. This operational hurdle is precisely what PT Mitra Maju Sejati, an Air Conditioning (AC) service provider, struggles with, as its daily sales, inventory management, and technician scheduling remain fragmented. Consequently, stock discrepancies and field coordination bottlenecks between the administrative desk and on-site technicians frequently arise. To eliminate these manual inefficiencies, this study designs a web-based integrated management application using the Agile Scrum framework. Adopting a descriptive method alongside UML modeling tools (Use Case, Activity, Sequence, and Class Diagrams), the system was built progressively through dynamic sprint cycles. The outcome demonstrates that the platform successfully centralizes data streams in real-time, minimizes human logging errors, and simplifies field task tracking for the management. This implementation effectively transforms conventional, error-prone workflows into a highly agile and structured digital ecosystem.

Abstract

Japri Coffee Kertamukti is a culinary business with high daily transaction volumes, yet it continues to encounter challenges in integrating operational data from point-of-sale applications, CSV files, and manual stock records. These integration issues result in stock inconsistencies and elevated levels of food waste in raw materials. This study focuses on developing a Business Intelligence dashboard to unify operational data and deliver real-time analysis of sales performance and stock management. The research employs the Data Analytics Lifecycle combined with a prototype development model, encompassing requirements analysis, data flow design, dashboard visualization, and the implementation of forecasting and reporting features.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages companies to improve the effectiveness of customer data management and business processes digitally. PT Winka Karisma Gemilang QQ Edwin Bright Property still faces challenges in managing customer data manually through personal notes, instant messaging applications, and spreadsheet files, resulting in difficulties in data retrieval, sales agent monitoring, and customer communication management. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application to support integrated customer data management. The research methods employed include observation, interviews, literature review, and system development using the Waterfall methodology. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, and Apache Web Server technologies. The results indicate that the CRM application is capable of managing customer data, property data, agent activities, sales pipelines, and sales reports in a centralized and structured manner. The implementation of the system improves sales process monitoring, enhances operational efficiency, and supports faster and more accurate decision-making.

Abstract

Manual employee attendance management remains widely used, despite its vulnerability to data manipulation, delayed recaps, and limited location flexibility. This study aims to design and develop a cross platform mobile attendance application using the Flutter framework, equipped with a selfie photo feature as visual proof of attendance and the Global Positioning System (GPS) for real-time location validation through a geofencing mechanism. Data management is handled using a XAMPP backend consisting of the Apache web server, PHP programming language, and MySQL database management system. Communication between the Flutter application and the server uses an HTTP-based RESTful API with JSON as the data exchange format. The software development method employed is the Waterfall model. Testing was conducted through Black-Box Testing covering 35 test scenarios and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 40 respondents. Black-Box Testing results showed all scenarios passing with a 100% pass rate. The UAT yielded an average score of 86.8 out of 100, categorized as Very Good. GPS validation accuracy averaged 95.5%, while the attendance processing time efficiency improved by 68.4% compared to the manual system.

Abstract

The culinary industry, particularly café businesses, faces challenges in improving operational efficiency amid growing daily transaction volumes. Booster Coffee JKT, a café located in West Jakarta, still relies on a semi-manual system for transaction recording and table data management, leading to recording errors, lack of real-time data availability, and delays in sales report generation. This study aims to design and develop an integrated web-based cashier application and table management dashboard to improve operational efficiency and service quality. The methods employed include direct observation, interviews, literature review, and object-oriented system design visualized through UML diagrams and ERD. The system architecture is built on the Laravel framework using the Model-View-Controller (MVC) pattern with a relational database. The design results in a system capable of automating sales transaction recording, monitoring table status in real time, integrating ingredient inventory management, and presenting accurate operational reports through a unified interface. The system also supports Kitchen Display System (KDS) features, promotion and discount management, and role-based access control. The implementation of this system is expected to minimize recording errors, increase service speed, and support data-driven managerial decision-making.

Abstract

The Web-Based Tuition Fee (SPP) Payment Management Information System was designed and developed as a digital solution for financial administration at SMP Fatahillah. This internship project was conducted at the school located at Jalan Ciputat Raya No. 5, RT 04 RW 06, Pondok Pinang, Kebayoran Lama District, South Jakarta. The primary objective of this project was to develop a web-based system to support the digital management of tuition fee payments. The existing payment recording process, which relied on administrative books and physical SPP cards, caused several challenges. Recording errors, the risk of data loss, and difficulties in tracking payment information became significant issues. Delays in preparing financial reports were also unavoidable due to the manual system. The process of recording payment histories was often hindered by SPP cards that were frequently lost or not brought by students. Administrative staff also faced difficulties in verifying payment statuses when supporting documents were unavailable. The methods used in this internship project included observation, interviews, and literature studies to gather information regarding system requirements. The system development employed the Waterfall methodology, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The system was developed as a web-based application using the Laravel framework, PHP programming language, and MySQL database to support integrated, secure, and structured payment data management. The Web-Based Tuition Fee Payment Management Information System developed through this internship project provides three categories of user access rights: administrator, staff, and student. Through this system, student data management can be performed efficiently alongside the recording of every tuition fee payment transaction. Payment histories are stored systematically, and billing statuses can be displayed in real time. The system also facilitates the import of student data from Excel files. Faster and more organized payment reports are generated as the final output. A more structured and well-documented transaction recording system supports the accountability of school financial management. The system also assists administrative staff in managing payment data more efficiently, thereby improving financial information transparency. Furthermore, students can independently access the student portal to view their payment histories and billing information. The implementation of this system aims to promote effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and accountability in tuition fee administration at SMP Fatahillah. Through this initiative, improvements in school financial governance and administrative service quality are expected to be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to design a multimedia-based interactive quiz application prototype as a digital learning evaluation medium. The main problem addressed is that conventional assessment media do not always provide an integrated timer, automatic scoring, answer discussion, leaderboard, and question management. The research applies a Research and Development approach using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), consisting of concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution stages. System modeling is performed using Unified Modeling Language (UML), including a use case diagram, student activity diagram, admin activity diagram, and class diagram. The result is a system design and interface prototype that includes login, quiz selection, timer-based question answering, score calculation, answer discussion, leaderboard, and question management by the admin. Evaluation is conducted using black-box testing at the prototype level to verify feature conformity with requirement scenarios. The evaluation results indicate that all main scenarios have been represented in the prototype design. This study provides a foundation for further development into a fully functional application and user usability testing.

Abstract

The Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong requires a new building due to increasing academic activities and the growing demand for classrooms, laboratories, and supporting facilities. Since the campus is located in a disaster-prone area influenced by the Sorong fault and the Papua seismic zone, the structural design of the building must incorporate earthquake resistance. This study proposes a building design utilizing a Special Moment Resisting Frame (SMRF) system to provide ductility and resistance against lateral loads. The analysis results indicate that the required structural elements consist of columns measuring 100 cm × 100 cm and beams measuring 70 cm × 100 cm. The spatial distribution of the building is planned based on its elevation, as well as vertical and horizontal zoning plans, to arrange the space on each floor. Considering that the construction site is situated within the Sorong fault zone and the analysis demonstrates that the structure successfully meets the building performance requirements for both lateral and vertical loads, the SMRF system is considered the most suitable structural solution for the Faculty of Engineering Building.

Abstract

Unit Karya YPAC Jakarta is a platform for people with disabilities to develop their creativity and produce various economically valuable products. In its operations, the procurement process for goods such as raw materials and equipment is still carried out manually, which often leads to delays, lack of transparency, and difficulties in recording and tracking item requests. The absence of a structured approval flow also makes the procurement process less effective and prone to errors. This study aims to design a web-based procurement application equipped with an approval workflow feature. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, and XAMPP through the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The main features built include an item request form, a tiered approval flow, notifications, as well as request history and tracking. Black Box testing of 12 scenarios showed that all functions worked as expected. The results show that the system can improve efficiency, minimize errors, and provide transparency at every stage of the process, thus supporting the operational activities of Unit Karya YPAC Jakarta to be more effective and well-structured.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged businesses in the food and beverage sector to adopt digital systems that improve operational efficiency and service quality. D'S CAFE FAMILY & KITCHEN currently faces challenges in managing sales transactions and monitoring table availability due to the lack of an integrated system. This study aims to develop a web-based Point of Sale (POS) information system that integrates cashier transactions with table management to support daily operational activities more effectively. The system was developed using the Waterfall software development methodology, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was developed using PHP, MySQL, and XAMPP, while system functionality was evaluated through Black Box Testing. The implementation results indicate that the developed system is capable of managing user data, menu items, sales transactions, payments, table availability, and sales reports within a single integrated platform. In addition, the system provides real-time table status information, enabling faster customer service, more efficient transaction processing, and improved operational management at D'S CAFE FAMILY & KITCHEN.
