Abstract

Clinics are health service facilities that provide individual health services providing basic or specific medical services. Medikatama Nusantara Clinic and have not been optimal in the use of information technology in some of their work systems, one of which is the registration section which still uses paper-based bookkeeping media. This causes several obstacles that often prevent clinic staff or clinic management from obtaining information related to registration data and medical records. Based on the problems faced, the writer concludes the formulation of the problem, namely, how to make a system to store patient data to make it better. The purpose of this research is to develop a clinical information system for patient data at the Medikatama Nusantara Clinic, which currently does not have an information system. The system development method used by the author is Rapid Application Development. RAD is a systems development strategy that emphasizes speed of development through extensive user involvement in construction, fast, iterative and incremental. Based on the research that has been done, the authors can conclude that the patient registration information system makes it easier to store patient data and staff can work well. In addition, this patient registration information system makes it easier to report patient data because the input data has been recorded automatically and is running well.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the laundry business faces challenges in improving transaction efficiency to remain competitive. Customers often struggle to track the status of their laundry and obtain accurate information regarding completion times. To address these issues, a laundry system application based on VB.NET has been developed using the Visual Studio platform. This application is designed for order management, laundry returns, and payment transactions, thereby reducing the potential for human error and increasing operational efficiency. Additionally, the application offers real-time laundry status tracking, enabling customers to monitor the progress of their orders. The integrated system between customers and service providers also enhances interaction and communication more efficiently. By using the VB.NET programming language and the Visual Studio platform, this application is expected to become an innovative solution that meets customer needs and helps laundry service providers improve productivity and competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini segala aspek termasuk pada penjualan jasa dan penyewaan sudah menggunakan digitalisasi, salah satunya pada bidang penyewaan kamera yang diminati banyak orang yang tidak memiliki kamera. Maka pengembangan aplikasi penyewaan menjadi sarana dari penyewa ke konsumen untuk melakukan transaksi. Dengan IDE Visual Studio 2022, bahasa pemrograman VB.Net, dan Database MySQL pada pengembangan aplikasi tersebut diharapkan dapat membuat aplikasi yang mudah dibuat oleh programer dan dapat digunakan oleh penyedia jasa penyewaan kamera.

Abstract

PT. Fifa Management Indonesia is a company that operates in the field of special services in wedding package or wedding organizer services. In the rapidly growing wedding industry, understanding consumer preferences in choosing wedding organizer service packages is crucial for companies to strengthen their position in a competitive market. The problem faced is the absence of an accurate system for analyzing consumer preferences, resulting in a lack of understanding of consumer preferences in choosing wedding organizer service packages to optimize more efficient and accurate wedding organizer service package offerings. To overcome this problem, this research applies the Elimination And Choice Expressing Reality (ELECTRE) method. This method is the right choice in multi-criteria decision analysis that is effective in dealing with the complexity of consumer preferences. Data obtained from consumer surveys is used to build a decision matrix, which is then analyzed using specific software to produce optimal solutions. For this reason, the author implemented an application that allows more structured analysis, so that it can facilitate communication between companies and consumers to more accurately understand consumer preferences. Application development was carried out using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, with the Waterfall system development model. It is hoped that this research can help PT. Fifa Management Indonesia in increasing effectiveness in understanding consumer preferences in choosing wedding organizer service packages that suit their needs. By implementing the Elimination And Choice Expressing Reality (ELECTRE) method and developing structured applications, it is hoped that the decision-making process for offering wedding organizer service packages to consumers will become more measurable, objective and efficient, so as to increase consumer satisfaction and overall company performance.

Abstract

The oldest lending company in Indonesia is PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk ("BFI" or the "Company"), which was established in 1982 under the name PT Manufacturer Hanover Leasing Indonesia. BFI Finance has established itself as a leader in this sector throughout the course of its lengthy history. Regarding the issues at PT. BFI Finance, calculating loan credit scores effectively and precisely is difficult since it takes into account a number of variables, including income, credit history, and other risk indicators. As a result, risk credit scores are accurately determined when evaluating BFI Finance's lending viability. By taking into account the relative proximity to the ideal solution and the ideal negative solution, the TOPSIS approach makes it possible to choose the optimal option among several options. This approach can more reliably and accurately calculate credit scores by utilizing past data and pertinent borrower attributes. It is anticipated that this implementation will lower credit risk, boost confidence in financial institutions, and improve the accuracy of determining borrower eligibility. In addition, a more effective decision-making process can lower operating expenses and boost productivity. Users can gather pertinent borrower data, including income, credit history, and collateral details, by creating the appropriate database structure. with the use of MySQL and PHP scripts. A borrower's credit score can be determined using the TOPSIS approach. By using the TOPSIS method, this study significantly enhances BFI Finance's operational effectiveness and service quality, which helps the organization become more accurate in its evaluations.

Abstract

The need for an accurate, complete and relevant information system is needed by a business entity, including in the health sector, namely at Camillo Pharmacy, but in the current system this has not been obtained optimally. In the current system, recording is still done manually, this causes difficulties for employees and owners in making reports on drug stock data, because of the increasing amount of drug data. The final result of this research is a pharmacy information system product. With the pharmacy information system created, it is hoped that data searches, making drug stock inventory reports can be done more easily and relatively quickly.

Abstract

VIKOR VIseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje method, is an approach in decision support system that aims to determine the optimal solution among various alternatives. Specifically designed to handle the complexity and diversity of criteria in decision making, this method provides a compromise solution that assists decision makers in selecting the option that best suits their preferences and constraints. In the context of used motorcycle selection, this process involves evaluating various aspects such as engine condition, kilometers traveled, year of manufacture, brand and price. The VIKOR method is used to rank a number of used motorcycle alternatives based on these criteria, which are the main considerations for potential buyers. The use of a Decision Support System (DSS) is considered an effective solution to assist in determining the best used motorcycle choice.

Abstract

Laptops are now an important need in various fields such as business, education, communication and even entertainment. However, damage to laptop devices cannot be avoided. An expert system that uses the Forward Chaining approach to diagnose software and hardware problems on laptops is one solution that can be done. The method used in this research is qualitative by collecting data through several methods, namely observation and literature study. The data contained in this expert system consists of laptop symptoms and damage obtained from the author's personal experience, forums and communities, as well as from various other sources of information such as journals, books and the internet. The system development method in this research is the forward chaining method, which focuses on building information from the bottom up. This process begins by matching current facts with predetermined rules and then generating new information based on the logic contained in those rules. The results obtained from testing in this study show that 91% of users consider this application useful for diagnosing damage to laptops.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education often requires a deep understanding of the factors that influence student performance. This research uses the Naïve Bayes algorithm to analyse data from the ‘Student Performance Factors’ dataset available on Kaggle to identify the influence of variables such as study time, attendance, and family support on student academic outcomes. The analysis process went through a preprocessing stage, including identifying missing values and converting numerical variables into categorical variables. The results show that the Naïve Bayes algorithm has a good ability to predict student performance, with a fairly high accuracy rate. Factors such as family support and study time intensity are the main indicators that influence the prediction results. Model evaluation was conducted using accuracy, precision and recall metrics, to ensure the reliability of the results. The conclusion of this research is that the Naïve Bayes algorithm can be effectively used to support the analysis of student performance in an educational context. By understanding the key factors that influence learning outcomes, the findings can be utilised to design more appropriate strategies to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

In developing machine learning models for small datasets, choosing the right method is key to producing accurate classification. This research applies the Single Layer Perceptron (SLP) algorithm to classify a small dataset with three main features, namely Feature1, Feature2, and Feature3. The SLP algorithm is used to learn patterns in the data, with model evaluation using the k-fold cross-validation technique. This technique ensures each piece of data is used as test and training data in turn, to obtain more accurate evaluation results. In addition, the k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) algorithm was used to find the optimal K parameter value to improve the accuracy of the model. This study used 13 sample data to train and test the model.
