The research aims to determine the effect of several concentrations of egg yolk as an effective natural cryoprotectant for cryopreservation and to analyze the quality of lukas fish spermatozoa (Puntius bramoides Val) 48 hours after cryopreservation. This research used a 9 treatments and 4 replications. The concentration of egg yolk used as a cryoprotectant was 0% (negative control), 5%, 7%, 9%, 11%, 13%, 15%, 17%, and 1% Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) was used as a positive control. The results showed that the use of several concentrations of egg yolk as a natural extracellular cryoprotectant was able to significantly influence (P<0.005) the quality of Lukas fish spermatozoa 48 hours after cryopreservation. The use of egg yolk concentration of 9% is the optimum concentration in maintaining the viability of Lukas fish spermatozoa with the average percentage obtained each being 80.75 ± 1.55%.

Liver disease is a significant health problem worldwide, with high mortality rates if not diagnosed early. In this study, we conducted a literature review on the application of Support Vector Machine (SVM) in liver disease classification. The SVM method was chosen because of its ability to handle imbalanced data and high complexity. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of SVM compared to other machine learning methods in detecting liver disease. The results of the literature review showed that SVM provided higher accuracy compared to other methods such as Naïve Bayes and Decision Tree, with some studies achieving accuracy of more than 90%. This study is expected to provide insight into the development of a machine learning-based diagnostic system for liver disease.

The Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting employee training programs based on competencies is a vital tool for organizations aiming to enhance the quality of their human resources. This research utilizes the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which is recognized for its ability to provide objective, mathematical evaluations in determining the best training programs. The criteria used include training relevance, duration, cost, and the quality of the training provider. Using the SAW approach, alternative training programs are evaluated based on weighted criteria values, resulting in effective and efficient recommendations. This system was implemented in a company, and the results demonstrated that the SAW-based DSS significantly improves accuracy and objectivity in decision-making processes related to employee training.

This website-based youth youth financial data collection system was created to make it easier for youth leaders and administrators to collect data on fees, activities and membership, and is also used to efficiently manage and store data in the Sudimara Timur sub-district, Ciledug sub-district, Tangerang. A website-based youth financial data collection system using the rapid application development method is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database which in the final stage can function to facilitate data processing, for the implementation phase it uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) which can analyze input data and data. output. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is a method that focuses on developing applications quickly, through repeated repetition and feedback. To ensure that the system is running properly, two stages of testing are carried out, namely white box and black box testing in the member data collection process, managing event data and dues and testing in the process of displaying activity reports and member dues.

This study aims to analyze the number of principals and teachers in private schools by age group in the provinces of Yogyakarta Special Region, Central Sulawesi, Papua, and North Maluku in 2023. The problem identified is the importance of demographic mapping of principals and teachers in the area to understand the age distribution and potential regeneration needs of educators in private schools. The method used in this study is interval and frequency data analysis, which allows researchers to see the distribution and trends of age groups in the principal and teacher professions. The data was analyzed using a descriptive statistical approach to map the distribution of age groups in each province.

The Bawaslu Institution requires an efficient management system for Travel Orders (SPD) and Detailed Activity Plans (RDK) to support increasingly complex operations. The manual process currently in use has proven to be ineffective, prone to errors, and time-consuming. This research aims to develop a web based SPD & RDK application system using the prototype method. This method was chosen for its ability to produce a system that meets user needs through an iterative process involving direct user feedback. The development results show that the designed application system can automate the management of SPD and RDK, from creation and verification to reporting, thereby reducing manual errors and improving work efficiency. This web-based system also facilitates easier and more transparent access between units within the Bawaslu Institution.

The expert system for diagnosing tomato plant diseases using the web-based forward chaining method in West Lampung Liwa was created to identify the symptoms of tomato diseases and solutions for handling tomato plants, providing solutions to farmers for dealing with tomato plant diseases, to implement the forward chaining method in the diagnosis process diseases that exist in tomato plants based on predetermined rules. An expert system for diagnosing tomato plant diseases using a website-based forward chaining method is designed using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database which in the final stage can function to make data processing easier, for the implementation stage it uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) which can analyze input and data output. The forward chaining method is drawing conclusions based on existing facts leading to that conclusion using the IF part of the IF-THEN rule. To ensure the system runs well, two stages of testing are carried out, namely white box and black box testing in the process of managing symptom data, managing rice disease data and testing to display the results of disease diagnosis reports on tomato plants.

This PS rental application is designed to simplify the game console rental process using Visual Studio 2022 and MySQL as the database management system. This application allows users to enter renter data, make reservations, and process payments in an efficient and user-friendly manner. With an intuitive interface, users can easily access various features, including tenant and transaction data management. The MySQL database is used to store important information in a structured manner, ensuring data security and ease of access. Through the development of this application, it is expected to improve operational efficiency in game console rental management, as well as provide a better user experience.

This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system specifically tailored to streamline the new student enrollment process at SMP Universe. The system allows prospective students and their parents to register online conveniently and practically using their devices without the need to visit the school in person. It provides not only digital registration forms but also features for uploading supporting documents and monitoring the registration status in real time. The Waterfall methodology was employed to ensure that each stage—ranging from requirement analysis, system design, implementation, to testing—is carried out systematically and comprehensively. This system is expected to make the enrollment process more efficient, transparent, and enhance user satisfaction. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the system not only simplifies the administrative process of registration but also contributes to a more organized and modern student data management.

The Society 5.0 era brings significant changes in various fields, especially education, counseling, and the legal profession. In education, technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and e learning have opened up new opportunities to improve the quality of learning, but are still faced with challenges such as the digital divide and low technological literacy. In counseling services, the use of technologies such as counseling and cybercounseling allows wider access, but also raises privacy and ethical issues. In the legal field, technologies such as Legal Tech and Smart Contracts are revolutionizing legal practice by increasing efficiency, although they present new ethical and legal issues. This article integrates findings from various studies to understand the impacts, challenges, and opportunities offered by technology in the Society 5.0 era. The results show that cross-sector collaboration, appropriate regulation, and increased digital literacy are essential to optimally utilize technology and overcome existing challenges..
