Along with the development of technology today which is increasingly rapid so that all human needs are inseparable from the role of technology, especially in the field of information. There are already many companies that utilize technology in the field of information, one of which is an activity in recruiting employees. Employees are a very important asset for a company to achieve its goals. To get qualified employees, a proper recruitment process is needed. In this case, the aspect of recruiting employees is very important for every company. The current employee recruitment system at PT. Hseo Tekno Media still uses a conventional system. As a solution to overcome this problem, the author conducted a study that aims to transform conventional systems into modern systems by creating a web-based e-recruitment application.In its development, the author uses an extreme programming approach method so that the application produced is in accordance with the needs of the user. The application uses Python and PostgreSQL programming languages as databases to store data. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based e-recruitment application so that it can help HRD in managing employee data.

Chili is a plant that has quite high economic value, chili plants are also widely cultivated by Indonesian farmers. In addition, chili plants also have good nutrition for anti-oxidants. Chili plants are one type of agriculture that is needed in everyday life, because this type of plant has many benefits, besides that chili plants are horticultural plants that are widely used for food needs. There are several problems in the cultivation of chili plants, namely it is difficult to detect or know the symptoms or causes of damage to the chili plants so that the chilies can be damaged such as rot, attacked by pests. The main obstacle to this problem is disease and pest attacks. Diseases and pests can be very detrimental to farmers, causing decreased yields and crop failure. An expert system for diagnosing chili plant diseases based on a website is one way to stimulate the handling of diseases that often occur in this plant. By identifying the symptoms that arise from chili plants with the same level of similarity, this expert system is created or designed using a case-based inference method, this compares the previous case with what happened, and performs the calculation of the Nearest Neighbor Similarity method in determining the expected similarity number of symptoms. solution to the problem above.

Cloud Computing technology with Private Cloud Storage services is and is an answer to problems that often occur in our daily lives, namely the problem of using physical storage devices such as memory cards, flash drives and hard disks where the data contained in them often suffers damage such as physical damage. devices, affected by bad sectors, affected by viruses, lost devices and so on, as often happens to Gallery IT employees who do not re-store or backup their data on storage media. The implementation of private cloud storage using the owncloud application is a solution so that high storage space requirements can be met, the quota given can be unlimited or you can also set the quota for each user. Ease of access because it uses a LAN (local area network) network so it is more secure and flexible for employees to store and access data in owncloud.

Electrical installations used for more than 50 years often experience a decline in quality and pose various safety risks, such as fires, electric shocks, and damage to electrical equipment. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of electrical installations in residential homes that have been used for more than 50 years, as well as determine the need for revitalization to improve the safety and reliability of the electrical system. The research method was conducted through a quantitative approach with field surveys and technical measurements. Insulation resistance measurements were performed to assess the quality of cable insulation. The collected data includes the physical condition of cables, connectors, protective components, grounding systems, and electrical load distribution. The measurement results before revitalization showed that the insulation resistance values varied between 0.5 MΩ to 0.9 MΩ, all of which were below the minimum feasibility standard of 1 MΩ according to PUIL 2011. After revitalization, the measurement results showed a significant increase with insulation resistance values reaching 2.0 MΩ to 2.5 MΩ, ensuring that all rooms now meet the minimum feasibility standards. These findings emphasize the importance of revitalization to extend the lifespan of electrical installations and reduce safety risks. This research provides practical recommendations for homeowners and electrical technicians to conduct regular inspections and revitalization of aging electrical installations to ensure the safety and efficiency of the electrical system.

Image processing has become an increasingly important technology in various fields, including botany, particularly to support the automatic identification of plants. One of the main challenges in identifying jasmine flowers lies in the manual process, which is time-consuming and heavily reliant on individual expertise. To address these limitations, this research aims to design a detection and classification system for jasmine flowers using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), capable of identifying four jasmine flower types: Melati Putih, Melati Jepang, Melati Gambir, and Melati Kuning. The system employs a modified CNN architecture, ResNet50v2, incorporating a 50% dropout layer, Adam optimizer with a learning rate of 0.001, and data augmentation techniques to enhance model performance. The dataset used consists of 350 images for training and 88 images for validation. Additionally, the system is designed as a web-based application to provide real time detection features and classification history. Evaluation metrics include accuracy, precision, recall, f1 score, MSE, RMSE, and MAPE. Results indicate that the developed system achieves an accuracy of 97%, MSE 0,33, RMSE 0,18, dan MAPE 1,8%.. These findings demonstrate that the system can effectively detect and classify jasmine flowers with high accuracy, enabling fast and precise identification. Future research is recommended to expand the dataset to improve the model's generalization across broader variations and explore other model architectures for performance comparison. This system is expected to provide significant contributions to education, agriculture, and plant conservation, especially in facilitating the automatic identification of jasmine flowers.

Skylite Musical Drama is an annual event initiated by the students of SMA Labschool Kebayoran. This event is entirely student-led, with participants handling scriptwriting, choreography, stage set design, and even sponsorship acquisition independently.The selection process for the Best Actor in this musical drama is both challenging and time-consuming, as it requires a thorough evaluation to ensure the best performance. The assessment criteria include vocals, intonation, articulation, choreography, and expression.Until now, the evaluation process for selecting the Best Actor has been conducted manually, often resulting in subjective assessments due to frequently changing criteria without fixed standards. This research aims to streamline the evaluation process, automate score calculations, and minimize subjectivity in the selection process.The Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) is used to calculate the candidates' scores objectively. To enhance efficiency, a web-based system has been developed and integrated with Telegram notifications to announce the final results to participants. This system significantly improves the assessment process by ensuring that calculations are based on structured evaluation attributes.

In the era of globalization driven by the rapid development of information technology, the adoption of technology in various sectors, including education, has become very urgent. Information technology not only supports the learning process but also optimizes administrative aspects, such as the selection of prospective new students. Manual selection is often slow, error-prone, and non-transparent. Therefore, implementing technology-based systems becomes relevant. Benteng Betawi Middle School is committed to implementing a modern, efficient and transparent selection system using the website-based Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm. The SAW algorithm, as a simple and effective multi-criteria decision making method, is expected to speed up data processing, increase the accuracy and transparency of selection, and identify the best prospective students. This research aims to design and implement a website-based student selection system using the SAW algorithm at Benteng Betawi Middle School. The steps taken include needs analysis, design, implementation and system evaluation. It is hoped that this system can increase the efficiency, transparency and objectivity of the selection process at Benteng Betawi Middle School and become a reference for other schools that wish to adopt similar technology.

Landscape is a plant maintenance, care and renovation service. In the process of plant care, diligence and consistency are needed in keeping plants alive properly. Problems that are often encountered in this plant care service are less than optimal care including uneven watering of chili plants, this is caused by the watering process which is still done manually without paying attention to soil moisture conditions and temperature at the time of watering. Manual watering can be forgotten or not done by the chili plant nurse and watering is uneven without paying attention to the amount of water needed. Therefore, an automatic plant watering system is needed on a scheduled basis and the volume of watering water is regulated according to soil moisture and air temperature. The research method uses the waterfall method to produce a system that suits user needs. The results of testing the watering system and setting the volume of watering water based on the IoT watering system can work based on input from the humidity sensor and watering schedule obtained from the database with a delay of 1 to 3 seconds and an accuracy level of 90% watering water volume with 10 trials.

Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD) is a contagious illness that commonly affects children and may cause discomfort, especially in densely populated areas. The difficulty in recognizing early symptoms and selecting the appropriate medication often hinders effective treatment. This study aims to design an expert system to assist the public in diagnosing HFMD symptoms and providing drug recommendations using the Naïve Bayes method. The system was developed as a website-based application to ensure ease of access for the people of Bogor City. The development followed the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, with data obtained from medical sources and expert interviews. System testing was conducted by comparing system-generated diagnoses with expert opinions, resulting in a classification accuracy of 91.7%. These results indicate that the system can be a reliable early diagnostic tool and may assist the public before seeking medical consultation.

This research discusses the development and implementation of the XAMPP Tools application as an integrated solution to improve efficiency in XAMPP-based web development workflows. Although XAMPP has been widely used as a local platform in web development, users often encounter difficulties in terms of project management and server configuration. The XAMPP Tools application built using the Electron framework presents a graphical interface that facilitates the process of creating projects, setting up servers, and handling common problems that often occur with XAMPP. The research approach includes identifying user needs, designing application systems, implementing key features, and evaluating application performance. The results show that the use of XAMPP Tools can speed up the project creation process by 75%, simplify server management, and significantly reduce the duration of MySQL problem solving. These findings are an important contribution to providing tools for more efficient local web development, by increasing productivity and lowering technical barriers for developers.
