Financial management among students at SMP Utama has not been conducted in an organized manner. Based on interviews, 57 students across three classes receive daily allowances between IDR 10,000 and IDR 30,000, yet most do not record their income and expenses, potentially reinforcing consumptive spending habits. Most students already own Android smartphones, presenting an opportunity to offer a mobile- based financial management solution. This study aims to design and develop a simple Android -based digital wallet application using the Waterfall development model. The application was built using Android Studio, Java/Kotlin programming language, and Firebase as the real-time data storage backend. Features include account/wallet management, categorized transaction recording, budget management, savings goals, and graphical financial reports. Black Box Testing results confirmed all major application functions operate according to specifications. This application is intended to serve as an effective financial literacy tool for junior high school students.

The rapid advancement of information technology encourages companies to adopt digital systems to improve operational efficiency, including employee attendance management. PT Nyonya Lin Jaya, a Mixue franchise partner, still uses a manual attendance system that causes several problems, such as slow attendance recapitulation, recording errors, and potential attendance fraud. This study aims to design and develop a web based employee attendance application capable of managing attendance data automatically and accurately. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The system was developed using PHP, Laravel Framework, MySQL, and geolocation technology to validate employee locations during attendance recording. The results indicate that the developed system simplifies attendance recording, provides real-time attendance monitoring, and automatically generates attendance reports. The implementation of this system is expected to improve administrative efficiency and support management decision-making related to human resource management at PT Nyonya Lin Jaya.

The rapid development of information technology encourages companies to improve customer service quality through integrated information systems. PT Goresan Pena Runcing, a company engaged in business legality services, still faces challenges in customer data management, communication history recording, service monitoring, and customer follow-up processes that are handled manually. These conditions reduce operational efficiency and may affect service quality. This study aims to design and develop a web based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application capable of managing customer data centrally, recording communication activities, monitoring service progress, and generating reports automatically. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The results indicate that the proposed CRM application can improve operational efficiency, simplify customer data management, accelerate service monitoring, and support data-driven decision-making processes. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen the company's competitiveness in the business legality service sector.

Public service is one of the primary functions of village government in fulfilling administrative needs and delivering information to citizens. However, the manual service process currently implemented at the Bojong Village Office causes several problems, including delays in handling reports, difficulties in retrieving data, lack of transparency in service status, and risks of archive loss. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Helpdesk Ticketing Information System to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public services. The system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, and Apache technologies. The results indicate that the system provides online complaint services, real-time report tracking, structured data management, and improved service transparency. The implementation of this system is expected to support the digital transformation of public services at the village level and increase community satisfaction with government services.

Raudlatul Makfufin Braille Printing Foundation (YARFIN) is a social institution producing Braille books for the visually impaired with a production capacity of 150 books per day. The production process requires book catalogue data in database format before being sent to the printing machine. However, data is still stored manually in separate Microsoft Excel files, making the transfer to the database a time-consuming manual process. This condition hinders the targeted increase in production capacity. This study develops a web-based application using PHP, MySQL, and the PhpSpreadsheet library to automatically convert book data from Excel to MySQL through validation, duplicate cleaning, and column mapping processes. Development uses the waterfall method with data collected through observation and interviews. Black-box testing on 10 scenarios shows a 100% success rate across all features. This system is expected to accelerate production datapreparation and support the improvement of YARFIN's printing capacity.

Currently, the health screening process at Klinik Mandiri Dr. Iqbal Kurniawan is still conducted manually, resulting in inefficiency, the risk of recording errors, and challenges in patient data management. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Health Screening Information System integrated with Quick Response Code (QR Code) technology to improve service efficiency. The system development method utilizes the XAMPP local server, while data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and literature study. The main features of the system include patient registration via QR code scanning, online self-screening form submission, and centralized data management accessible by administrators via a dashboard. The test results demonstrate that the system successfully accelerates the administrative process, minimizes human error in recording, and optimizes patient data storage. The implementation of this system is expected to modernize the health service workflow at the clinic, create more accurate and integrated data management, and enhance the overall quality of service for patients.

Singkong (Manihot esculenta) merupakan tanaman pangan penting di Indonesia; Namun, produktivitasnya seringkali menurun akibat serangan kutu putih (Phenacoccus manihoti), yang dapat menyebabkan hilangnya hasil panen lebih dari 80%, sehingga diperlukan metode pengendalian yang efektif dan ramah lingkungan. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan adalah insektisida nabati yang berasal dari daun tuba (Derris elliptica). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kandungan fitokimia dan menentukan efektivitas ekstrak daun tuba pada berbagai konsentrasi terhadap mortalitas kutu putih. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RUPS) dengan 5 perlakuan yang diulang 4 kali, sehingga menghasilkan total 20 unit percobaan. Perlakuan yang diterapkan terdiri dari 0% (Kontrol), 1%, 2%, 3%, dan 4% ekstrak daun tuba. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan ANOVA Satu Arah, diikuti dengan uji Tukey pada tingkat signifikansi 5%, dan analisis probit untuk menentukan nilai LC₅₀ dan LT₅₀. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun tuba mengandung senyawa bioaktif yang berperan sebagai insektisida, seperti flavonoid, terpenoid, saponin, tanin, fenol, dan alkaloid. Konsentrasi 4% menghasilkan tingkat kematian tertinggi. Nilai LC₅₀ sebesar 2,3% dan LT₅₀ tercepat yaitu 37 jam diperoleh, menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak tersebut efektif dalam mengendalikan hama.

The primary challenge currently faced by Warung Nasi Rames is its daily bookkeeping method, which still relies on manual paper-based recording. This conventional practice frequently leads to lost records, mathematical calculation errors, and difficulties in tracking cash flow. To address these issues, a web-based financial management information system has been successfully developed. The system's development utilizes XAMPP as the local server, integrated with PHP scripting and a MySQL database for data management. Furthermore, the design process is based on a descriptive analysis approach involving field observations, direct interviews, and literature reviews. The core features provided include menu data management, daily income and expense recording, and the instant generation of profit and loss statements. System testing demonstrates a significant increase in efficiency regarding data recap speed and calculation accuracy, owing to the minimization of manual intervention (human error). In conclusion, this digitalization facilitates the owner in evaluating daily profitability while ensuring that cash flow is systematically recorded, thereby supporting better-informed business decisions.

Omaira Fas Internet is an Internet service provider (ISP) based on the RT/RW Net WiFi network that specializes in network installation, network maintenance, and customer service. In addition to its full-time staff, the company regularly hosts a significant number of students participating in Field Work Practice (PKL) programs from various vocational schools, with the number sometimes reaching dozens of students during certain periods. Currently, the attendance process at Omaira Fas Internet is still done manually by sending photos to a WhatsApp group as proof of attendance. This process poses several challenges, such as attendance data that is not systematically organized, the difficulty of compiling attendance records, and suboptimal supervision of PKL students. The objective of this internship is to design and develop a web-based attendance system that can assist the company in managing employee and PKL student attendance data more effectively and accurately. The methods used in preparing this report include observation, interviews, and literature review, while the system development method employs the Waterfall model. The developed system features QR code scanning, selfies for attendance validation, office location radius validation, check-in and check-out attendance, leave and sick leave, automatic attendance summaries, user data management, WhatsApp notifications to parents and supervising teachers, as well as report export to Excel and PDF formats. The expected outcome of this system is the creation of a more effective, accurate, and structured attendance process, as well as simplifying the task of managing and reporting attendance data for interns and employees for company administrators.

The development of information technology has encouraged digital transformation in various sectors, including education. One administrative activity that requires effective management is New Student Admission (PPDB). PAUD Bu Piah still carries out the PPDB process manually, causing problems such as limited information dissemination, inefficient registration processes, and the risk of data loss. This study aims to design a web-based PPDB Information System prototype that can assist registration and student data management effectively. The research method used is Prototype, consisting of requirement gathering, prototype development, evaluation, and refinement. The results indicate that the designed system provides school information services, online registration, document uploads, applicant data management, and an admin dashboard. The proposed system is expected to improve administrative services and support educational digitalization.
