Inventory management is an important aspect of company operations as it plays a role in maintaining product availability and supporting business processes. PT. Perfekta Nusa still faces several challenges in inventory management, such as unintegrated recording processes, delays in data updates, and the potential for errors in inventory input and reporting. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Inventory Management Information System at PT. Perfekta Nusa using the Waterfall system development method. The stages carried out include requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using web-based technology with MySQL database support. The main features developed include user authentication, product data management, incoming and outgoing goods transactions, inventory monitoring, and report generation. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method and showed that all system functions operated according to requirements. The results indicate that the developed system can improve inventory management effectiveness, minimize recording errors, and accelerate data processing and information presentation.

Cash fund management at the Neighborhood Association (RT) level is currently generally carried out conventionally through ledger recording or the use of simple, non-integrated office applications. This often leads to constraints such as the risk of data loss, disorganized archives, and a lack of transparency and speed in delivering financial reports to residents. This internship research aims to design a web-based RT cash management and reporting information system that can automate the process of recording dues, expenditures, and preparing financial reports in real-time. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, design, coding, and testing. This system is designed using the PHP programming language with a framework (such as Laravel/CodeIgniter) and a MySQL database. Key features developed include resident data management, routine dues input, cash expenditure recording, and the generation of automated monthly and annual reports that can be downloaded or viewed directly by residents. The result of this internship is a digital platform capable of minimizing human error in balance calculations and increasing the accountability of RT administrators. With this web-based system, access to financial information becomes easier, more transparent, and available at any time, thereby increasing resident trust in the management of neighborhood funds.

Microsoft Excel is still widely utilized by organizations for data management activities due to its user-friendly and flexible nature. Nevertheless, spreadsheet-based data storage faces several challenges, including duplicate records, input inaccuracies, inefficient information retrieval, and limitations in data integration. This study aims to develop a system capable of converting and integrating data from Excel files into a MySQL database in order to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of data management processes. The research methods include observation, interviews, literature review, and software development using the Waterfall approach, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system was developed using PHP and MySQL and is equipped with features such as Excel file uploading, data mapping, data validation, and automated data migration into the database. The implementation results demonstrate that the system can accelerate data processing activities, minimize recording errors, maintain data consistency, and facilitate users in accessing and managing information in a more organized manner. Therefore, the developed system can serve as an effective solution for supporting more efficient, accurate, and integrated organizational data management.

SD Negeri Curug 01 Bojongsari manages a number of assets that play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning process as well as school operations. In an effort to simplify asset management, the school has utilized a web-based asset management system. However, in its practical application, issues are still encountered during the data entry process, where the operator's account occasionally accesses asset data belonging to other schools, thereby causing data discrepancies. This condition has persisted over a long period without any permanent solution, necessitating a comprehensive update and overhaul of the existing system. The objective of this study is to build and implement a web-based digital platform to streamline the workflow of data collection, administration, and monitoring of school-owned inventory. The system development method employed is the SDLC Waterfall model, which encompasses the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and literature reviews involving school operators and related parties. The developed system features several core functionalities, including asset data management, asset categorization, room data, asset condition management, data search, asset reporting, report exporting, and asset mutation history. The expected outcome of this research is the creation of a system that can improve the accuracy of asset data management, simplify data entry and monitoring processes, and enhance efficiency and orderliness in asset recording at SD Negeri Curug 01 Bojongsari.

PT Arkadaya Hakato Persada is a cargo company that still uses a semi-manual system, utilizing spreadsheets and WhatsApp. As a result, data recording is slow, information is often delayed, administrative work is excessive, physical documents are wasted, and customers cannot check their shipments. This study aims to create and develop a web-based and mobile shipment tracking system to streamline operations and improve service. We employed qualitative research methods, collecting data through interviews and observations. The system development employed the Waterfall model, encompassing needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The research results show that this system can help companies manage comprehensive shipment data, provide real-time tracking features, reduce administrative work, and make cargo services more effective for customers.

The management of cash funds within the scope of Rukun Warga (RW) 05, Muncul Village, is currently still conducted conventionally through physical ledger records. This method triggers various operational obstacles, such as a high risk of human error in data recapitulation, delays in searching transaction histories, and a lack of transparency in financial reporting to residents. This study aims to design and develop a web-based RT/RW cash management and reporting information system as a digital solution for financial administration. The system development applies the Waterfall model, implementing the Laravel framework and the Filament admin panel on the backend, with MySQL as the database management system. The final result of this research is a web platform capable of automating the recording of residents' monthly dues, managing officers' salary slips, and presenting cash reports in real-time and transparently. The system implementation successfully increases the efficiency of financial data processing time and minimizes the risk of manipulation or loss of recorded data.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the automotive sector, such as repair shops, still heavily rely on manual transaction and stock recording, which is prone to data loss, calculation errors, and delayed reports. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Point of Sale (POS) application at G Speed Bintaro Workshop using the Agile method with the Scrum framework. The system implementation is built utilizing modern database technology and an appropriate development environment. The test results show that all features function according to specifications, including recording spare parts sales transactions and service services, automatic stock management, tracking customer vehicle medical history, and real-time operational reporting. This system is proven to mitigate vulnerabilities in transaction work document management, reduce queue buildup, and maintain strict inventory data synchronization. The application of a web-based POS application using the Agile method is an effective digitalization solution for automotive MSMEs.

The development of information technology has significantly impacted data management, including monitoring and evaluating nutritional status. At Yayasan Al Rusyda, the monitoring process for the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) was still manual, causing delays in data processing, recording errors, and difficulties in report generation. This study aims to develop a website-based information system for monitoring and evaluating nutritional status using the Laravel framework and Laragon database. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, comprising requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The developed system is capable of assisting participant data management, nutritional status recording, Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation, and report generation more quickly and accurately. The testing results using the Blackbox Testing method indicates that all system features function properly according to user requirements. This system is expected to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and structure of nutritional status monitoring and evaluation processes.

Advances in information technology are driving organizations to improve the efficiency of data management, including the employee payroll process. Manually creating and distributing payslips often leads to calculation errors, delays, and wasted time. Therefore, in this internship, a Java-based payslip automation system was developed. The system features Excel data import, automatic payroll calculations, PDF payslip generation, and email delivery. The development results indicate that the system can accelerate the process of creating and distributing payslips and improve the accuracy and efficiency of payroll management. This system is expected to assist the administration department in managing the employee payroll process more effectively.

The development of information technology has encouraged various business sectors to utilize computerized systems to support operational activities. One sector requiring an effective information system is electronic retail stores, which experience a large number of daily sales transactions. Cashier training processes that are still conducted directly on the main system have the potential to cause transaction errors and disrupt store operations. This study aims to design and build a prototype web-based Point of Sale (POS) application as a medium for cashier simulation and training. Data collection methods were conducted through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and a MySQL database. Key features include user login, an admin dashboard, product management, cashier transaction simulation, a shopping cart, and access rights restrictions based on user roles. Test results indicate that the system can facilitate a more structured cashier training process, improve understanding of transaction flows, and reduce the risk of errors during sales transactions. Thus, the web-based POS application can be an effective learning medium for cashiers in electronic retail stores.
