Abstract

PT. Griya Indah Persada is a company engaged in the housing industry located in South Taangerang City. In filing archives, archiving staff still use conventional methods, namely by storing archive files on a shelf in a special room, searching for files manually, making file records reports using a book, and sending files still using conventional media. Based on these problems, the author provides a proposal by creating a web-based dynamic archive filing information system, so that it is hoped that it can help archive staff in managing existing archives. In this study, the author uses the Extreme Programming method using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, bootstrap framework and MySQL database. The stages of this research include analysis of the current system, analysis of the proposed system, system design, implementation and testing. With a dynamic archive filing information system, the archive storage process can be done digitally by adding information about the archive, making it easy to find again if needed. In the process of applying information systems, training for archive staff and employees can be carried out in using dynamic archive filing information systems.

Abstract

The Red Delima Posyandu, which is located in Mulyasari village, Cirebon, regularly carries out health activities, including opening consultations for pregnant women, in order to meet nutritional needs during pregnancy. However, the method applied at the time of calculation still uses an inaccurate method. The calculation and consultation data input is still manual using a notebook which often results in damage to the data, such as unclear writing or even missing data. Information obtained by pregnant women from posyandu is still not effective. So that in the process of data collection and delivery of information becomes inefficient. To overcome this problem, an information system is needed that can calculate nutrition using the Harris Benedict method that can be accessed by posyandu cadres, accompanied by consultation data management by midwives and information forums for pregnant women. Development of a web-based information system using the waterfall method with the aim of providing convenience in managing data for pregnant women, with the right method by Harris Benedict. Ease of management of consultations by midwives and ease of accessing information regarding nutritional needs for pregnant women. Abstract

At this time the implementation of mass at the church of Santo Barnabas Pamulang is still limited by following the health protocol (prokes). To avoid crowds and limit participants, a mass registration system has been created through the website. Therefore, all Saint Barnabas devotees who wish to attend mass offline are required to send data on family members and vaccine certificates to church officials through their respective ward administrators. With this system in effect, it is difficult for people who come from outside the area who live temporarily and do not have an environment or are visiting to be able to attend Mass. Web-based registration system specifically for participants that will be designed using the Agile Scrum method. With this system in place, people from outside the church area of ​​St. Barnabas can continue to attend mass by registering online. It is hoped that this system can help church administrators in serving people who want to mass at the church of St. Barnabas, especially people who come from outside the area of ​​​​Saint Barnabas.

Abstract

A traffic accident or traffic accident is an event that causes side effects, namely causing fatalities, claiming lives and only minor injuries. The number of people who experience accidents raises questions regarding the causes and types of accidents experienced. Abstract

SMK Insan Kamil Tartila is an educational institution where it should aim to implement an effective, efficient, and flexible curriculum. Exams at school become the basis for the evaluation that the school conducts on students. Conventional exams require longer preparation compared to online exams, then consume more papers, as well as a long processing time. This research is proposed to be based online at SMK Insan Kamil Tartila as one of the solutions to school needs. Exam system activities carried out online are considered more helpful from several aspects than conventional examination systems. The method used in the website creation process is Waterfall. With the stages of making needs analysis, system & software design, programming and application, system integration and trial, monitoring and system maintenance. The result of this research is a website that can facilitate the online exam process so that it is easy to apply, effective in implementation & minimizes the expenditure of funds.

Abstract

PT. Griya Indah Persada is one of the companies engaged in the home sales industry located in the city of South Tangerang. The absence of information systems in sales management becomes an obstacle that companies have in carrying out the sale of their units. And the lack of media in doing marketing makes the information obtained by consumers to be not maximal. To overcome this problem requires an information system that can be accessed by employees to manage the sale of their units and also a website application that can be accessed by prospective consumers to get information about housing units to be sold. To that end, a web-based home sales information system was developed using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), bootstrapping frameworks and MySQL databases with the aim of providing convenience for employees in carrying out sales transaction management activities in the process of ordering a home by consumers, and also provide convenience for prospective consumers in finding home information that will be purchased in this company. These research stages include analysis of ongoing systems, analasis of proposed systems, system design, implementation and testing. Home sales information system PT. Griya Indah Persada is tested with white box and black box methods with a success rate of 98% in the process of use by employees or consumers with an easy-to-understand website interface.

Abstract

Currently, a lot of couples do early marriage, but most of them do not understand what marriage really means. The unpreparedness of the couple in marriage can have a big impact on their married life which leads to divorce and also have a negative impact on their children. An Android-based pre-marriage and parenting education information system can be an alternative to simplify the preparation and learning process for couples and parents. The method used for the analysis and design of the pre-marriage and parenting education information system uses the literature study method and data collection methods such as: observation and questionnaires to married couples and their parents, the aimed as a source for designing and building information systems related to pre-marriage and parenting education. The results of the method used include couples and parents being able to learn and prepare for married life as well as increasing knowledge about child parenting through their Android smartphones with the materials sourced from experts and there was a forum that can be used to discuss with other users or discussion with educator

Abstract

An information system is a combination that is designed by people on a regular basis based on hardware, software, communication networks, and resources that can collect, enter and process, store, process, control and report data. Kalpika rides cooperative is a cooperative engaged in public transportation. The problems that occur at this time are the lack of information, the occurrence of struggles in the use of vehicles, there is no clear report and the input of daily transaction data is still written manually or written using a book. The solution to this problem is to build an information system for monitoring the availability of android-based operational vehicles using the Java programming language and designed using UML and using agile methods, where the stages of the method are system planning, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance.

Abstract

This final project research is in the form of a website-based information system design for event broadcasting services at the Haimatt Project, which at the time the research was carried out event broadcasting services were still using manual methods for data storage processes, order processing and orders by clients. The method used by the author is a waterfall system development model (Sommervile, 2011). The stages of the waterfall system consist of needs analysis, application design, program process, system testing and system maintenance. The design of UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of several techniques, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams. The database design used is Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Transformation of ERD to LRS and Logical Record Structure (LRS). The purpose of this research is to design an information system for broadcasting event services that can facilitate both employees and customers in conducting transactions or processing data on the Haimatt Project.

Abstract

Bonded Logistic Center is a business to make export and import transcation but the definition of Bonded Logistic Center is “A Bonded Piling Place for storing goods originating outside the customs area and/or goods originating from other places within the customs area, may be accompanied by 1 (one) or more simple activities within a certain period of time to be re-issued.” To make a transcation in Bonded Logistic Center the holding of business should have an IT Inventory System that can be checked in real time by the responsible Directorate General of Customs and Excise. According to Directorate General of Customs and Excise law No. PER-09/BC/2014 about "the application of a computer-based inventory information system for companies that use exemption, return, and bonded storage facilities, as well as data and/or information confidentiality by the directorate general of customs and excise." As the law said so PT. Topjaya Antariksa Electronics should have an IT Inventory System. In this research I made the system with odoo framework V12 Community, postgresql database. The conclusion of this research is IT Inventory System PT. Topjaya Antariksa Electronics have made with odoo framework V12 Community with postgresql that have one custom module so the responsible of directorate general of customs and excise can check the transaction and report in real time.
