Abstract

Dunia Parcel Express is a local Indonesian company founded in 2001. Originally started as a courier company, over the years the company with its enriched team talent and initiative, has diversifiedand added to its laurels a variety of other value-added logistics services. The inclusion of such services has enabled us to become a one-stopsolution and service provider. In the application for shipping goods. PT Dunia Parcel Express still uses a simple method (not yet fully computerized) and has experienced delays in processing data. So that in making strategic decisions it will be too late. The purpose of his Final Project is to create a website application that can make it easier for customers to send their goods and also later customers can track goods to see where the goods have been sent by entering the customer’s receipt number. This application can later appear on a pc or laptop and is made using the php programming language with a MySql database in the form of implementing Web- based applications. Later, after the shipping website is complete, it will then be hosted. Hopefully by making this application it is hoped that it can integrate data from each work function, as well a provide all kinds of information that can be accessed and processed in one system quickly and improve good service

Abstract

A network administrator at PT. Star Cosmos is not always in the monitoring room to monitor the current state of the network. In the event of a disturbance, the user informs via telephone or chat with the network administrator. This results in the handling of disturbances being longer, with the implementation of monitoring dual VPN connections using the Mikrotik Netwatch and Telegram bot notifications at PT. Star Cosmos is expected to be able to provide information to network administrators regarding network disturbances in real-time, especially in the head office network and branch offices that apply dual VPN technology. The method is to utilize the Mikrotik Netwatch facility and telegram bot notifications to inform network conditions to the network administrator's cellphone. As a result, a network administrator can find network conditions in real-time from Telegram notifications sent by Mikrotik even though they are not in the monitoring room. If there is a network disruption, the network administrator can immediately make repairs so that the handling process is faster because they always get notifications on their Telegram.

Abstract

The Science Laboratory is a facility provided by SMAN 22 Tangerang Regency which is used for practical natural science learning for students. So that the teaching and learning activities of students and teachers do not experience difficulties, the science laboratory assistant does maintenance every day. One of the maintenance methods used is by checking each unit of equipment. The process of checking and monitoring is considered less than optimal because it has not utilized the information system. so that this makes it difficult for laboratory assistants because the assistants only hold on to a list of inventory data written on paper that is prone to being lost and scattered. This difficulty is also felt by the head of the laboratory when asking for all inventory lists as monitoring material. So we need an information system that can help make it easier for laboratory assistants in terms of recording inventory lists and the head of the laboratory can monitor the status of the ready or non-ready laboratory in real time and also the head of the laboratory can find out the track record of the performance of the semester laboratory assistant.

Abstract

SMK Sirajul Falah is one of the institutions in the world of education. SMK Sirajul Falah was founded in 2010, which is located at Jl. H. Mawi RT. 02/01 No. 42, Bojong Indah, Kec. Parung, Kab. Bogor Prov. The problems faced are the registration of new students who still use manual methods and the lack of information media in the introduction of SMK Sirajul Falah. Therefore, with the creation of this website, it is hoped that the Sirajul Falah Vocational School can provide information easily. Making this website using CMS Wordpress with AMD Ryzen 5 3500U Proccesor hardware (8 CPUs) ~ 2.1GHz, 2.00GB RAM, as well as Microsoft Office Professional 2019 and Windows 10 Home Single Language software. The result of this research is a website that is easy to convey information about SMK Sirajul Falah. The tests carried out are blackbox testing and also questionnaires to teachers and the general public. The results of the test show that all menus on the website are running well, the respondents also stated that the Sirajul Falah Vocational School website is good and easy to understand. The design of this website is expected to help the introduction of SMK Sirajul Falah to the general public.

Abstract

Immunization is an activity carried out to form a person's immunity by giving vaccines to stimulate the immune system to be immune to disease and reduce mortality every year. The immunization scheduling process in each hospital usually uses different methods, some are still manual and some are already using online-based methods. RSIA Vitalaya still uses the method of recording in the KIA book so it is feared that the immunization data will be wrong and immunizations will be given repeatedly. To provide a solution to the problems above, the authors make a system application that can help the immunization disability process. As well as making it easier for the hospital to schedule the next immunization so that there are no mistakes in giving immunizations. The process of collecting data in this system uses the method of observation, interviews and literature study. The development method uses the waterfall method which is a systematic information system development model from one stage to another, starting from the requirements analysis stage, system design, program code writing, system testing and program implementation and maintenance. The expected result in this application system is to facilitate immunization scheduling so that there are no errors in the next immunization. Provide immunization scheduling information for the baby's parents as a reminder for the next immunization.

Abstract

Currently, the recording of the attendance of lecturers and employees at Pamulang University is carried out through a fingerprint attendance system which allows for several obstacles including the risk of spreading the virus COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease of 2019) because one of the spreads of this virus is holding your nose or mouth without washing your hands first after touching objects. that a person has touched or used COVID-19. Another obstacle to this fingerprint attendance is that the fingerprint machine needs regular maintenance so that the machine always runs optimally, and another obstacle is that fingerprint identification is often hampered when doing attendance. This is because the machine cannot identify dirty fingerprints or there are too many fingerprints attached. The result of this research is a mobile hybrid-based application. By utilizing the QR (Quick Response) code for a mobile hybrid-based attendance system, it aims to provide a solution in addition to breaking the chain of virus spread as well so that attendance can run efficiently. By utilizing the QR (Quick Response) code, lecturers and employees can take attendance by using a camera smartphone for scanning the QR code that has been provided in several places in the campus environment. The system development uses the method Waterfall, and the design uses the UML modeling language.

Abstract

PT. Techpolitan Indonesia Persada is a company engaged in coding training and co-working space. The process of recording and calculating salaries applied by the company is still manual by MS. Excel program. This causes an error in calculating employee salaries and the process of printing payslips which takes a long time. In solving these problems, the authors designed a web-based employee payroll information system. In this design the author uses the PHP programming language with MySQL database format, uses the Waterfall Method and uses the Laravel Framework. With this system design, it is hoped that the company will find it easier to record, calculate and report employee payroll faster and more efficiently.

Abstract

In the current digital era, security and network are very important in a system to support all activities in the world of work, especially for offices. In this case the windows system at PT. Shiva Shakti Steel is currently still slow, supporting application performance feels slow, and network security is still vulnerable. PT. Shiva Shakti Steel is a company that uses technology and information, using the internet network on a windows system, which is expected to help management to process and present data and information effectively, quickly, and accurately. The purpose of his research is expected to accelerate the performance of the windows system, supporting applications and network security. In this study, the data analysis technique that the researcher uses is the hardening system method. Hardening system refers to providing various means of protection in a computer system. Protection is provided in multiple layers, and is often referred to as deep defense. Protecting in layers means protecting at host level, application level, operating system level. According to John D. Howard in his book "An Analysis of security incidents on the internet" states that: "Computer security is a preventive measure from attacks by computer users or irresponsible network accessors". Meanwhile, according to Gollmann in 1999 in his book "Computer Security" states that: "Computer security is related to selfprevention and detection of unrecognized intruders in computer systems". From the results of the analysis of vulnerability testing carried out, namely testing system and network security on windows systems using the hardening method at PT. Shiva Shakti Steel, it can be concluded that the hardening system method was chosen because this is the initial foundation for the system, so that it can solve some of the problems that exist in the system.

Abstract

Online information media with various forms and functions that have spread to all areas of life today is one of the impacts of the use of the internet which has become a global network and communication throughout the world. The internet can also be used as a medium of communication, especially in the business field in a company or agency, one of which is Ciledug Chemical and Perfume Stores. Ciledug Chemical and Parfume Store is a store that sells various types of chemicals and laundry equipment, the order transaction process in this store is via telephone or customers come directly to the store and choose the products they need. Besides, the process of managing data is still done manually, namely in the form of recording in books and the possibility of data being lost and damaged. Therefore, this research was conducted to design a sales website at the Chemical and Parfume Store in order to promote products that are sold widely and make it easier for consumers to make purchases without having to come directly to the store. This online application system can provide information for shop owners, employees, and customers which can be accessed anytime and anywhere. In making this application the author uses a Web Server with the PHP programming language, then for the database using Mysql. This information system was created using the Rapid Application Development method and a text editor used by Visual Studio Code.

Abstract

Now a days human life certainly cannot be separated from the management of circumstances and needs, such as managing daily data needs, the need for activities that must be regulated based on the circumstances of life that occur, managing time and work and all other activities. Stock taking is a form of a series of activities for calculating the stock of goods that are still stored in the warehouse and then sent to the customer when ordering goods. There are many activities included in it, starting from counting the number of goods, conducting direct inspections so that the goods sent are not rejected, as well as making arrangements that will facilitate business operations when a certain product is needed. then the problem raised in this study is how to optimally control the inventory of goods in the warehouse by considering the product expiry rate and product returns in order to minimize the total cost of inventory. In addition, in carrying out calculations there should also be no mistakes or missed ones, because later it will affect the stock of goods being sold. Now with technological developments, there is already a QR Code (Quick Response Code) technology. By using a QR Code, the stock taking process can be done more quickly and efficiently.
