Abstract

Teacher is a profession whose emphasis is on functioning as a source and person who provides knowledge for students. SMK Bina Putra Jakarta has the best teacher selection program. However, the process of data collection and selection is still done manually so it is not effective and efficient. Therefore, this research will make a decision support system for determining the best teacher at SMK Bina Putra Jakarta with the simple additive weighting method which aims to make it easier to determine the best teacher. This method has a simple concept, easy to understand, decision alternatives in a simple mathematical form. In this system there are features of teacher data, criteria, grades and teacher rankings as the final result that displays the order of the best teacher rankings. In the final stage, the decision support system was successfully created and tested. The final result of this system is that the highest to the lowest score is obtained and one recommendation is recommended as the best teacher at Bina Putra Vocational School. Based on the test results, all website pages and existing features are as expected and run according to their functions.

Abstract

With the rapid advancement of technology, educational institutions need an alumni data information system. Having an alumni data website has a very important meaning for schools as a means of information media in obtaining information about alumni data. At primary school educational institutions each year graduate students after undergoing a school period of 6 years. The problem in this study is that the school in inputting alumni data stored in Microsoft Excel on a computer in this administrative room can cause data loss if the computer is damaged, and there are difficulties in finding student alumni data, because the data stored in the computer has too much data every year of graduation. The research method used is the Waterfall using a UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagram to model the website to be created.-based alumni data information system website is expected to be able to overcome the problems that exist in Permata Sari I Private Elementary School.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a pandemic that has a negative impact on various aspects of people's lives, especially the current economy, online business is one solution to restore the current economy, but to carry out this online business requires special skills in the field, especially in the field of services, namely freelancers or freelancers, freelancers during the pandemic are one of the options that show an increasing trend at this time, for that the author took the initiative to create a system that brings together parties who are in need of freelancers and freelancers who have expertise in the IT or digital field, restrictions on this field, because the need for freelancers in that field is the greatest. In building this website, the researcher uses the waterfall method, where the initial stage of requirements is from the results of the needs analysis that comes from the results of the process of observing existing applications, then on the results of the design / system design there are several needs that are implemented. Then to the verification stage / system testing that has been implemented using the blackbox method, it can run as needed and is able to run on the web.

Abstract

The development of information technology has now experienced very rapid advances in communicating, accessing data or information through various media, one of which is through website media on the internet. Security in the storage of data or information is very important. Pt. Pegadaian are worried that if they will use the application, it is not safe and when stored in a database, because data and information are important and are still vulnerable to theft and misuse by certain parties which can cause huge losses. In designing this application, the author created a method by means of an encryption process. Caesar Cipher cryptography uses number keys to encrypt and Base64 systems to represent byte data as ASCII characters.

Abstract

CV. Andafcorp is a company in the field of digital marketing agency that understands business needs in the internet marketing field by experienced and Google-certified practitioners to increase business in the internet field and achieve increased profits. The payroll data processing process at the current company uses a simple program, namely MS. Excel. So that data processing will be more complicated if the process is still using a simple auxiliary program as a tool, because in inputting data and compiling reports, accuracy and precision are needed, because the incoming data can increase and or change at any time. The thing from this design is a computerized web-based employee payroll information system. Making it easier for digital data processing, both in data input and in making reports in order to advance a service to company employees.

Abstract

In the development of an educational institution, alumni have a fairly important role because the role of alumni that can be used as a reflection of the quality of an educational institution itself. But currently there is no container that can be used as a place to manage alumni data, especially in the UNPAM Informatics Engineering study program. Based on these problems, the author wants to create a system that can handle the process of managing alumni data, especially in the UNPAM Informatics Engineering study program. This alumni data collection system is website-based and designed using waterfall and design methods using Undefied Model Language (UML), PHP, using MySQL database server as a database, and using Laravel as its Framework. With this system, a website can be created that can accommodate alumni data of UNPAM Informatics Engineering study program easily, quickly and accurately.

Abstract

In the development of technology, especially the presence of advertising media as one of the attractions of potential buyers. However, everything is irrelevant if the user sees it even gets annoyed because it eats up extra data that is excessive with the number of ads on the web page. Therefore, we need a system with the ability to filter advertisements on web pages and make it seem as if local DNS is the only data connection stream with the Unbound DNS tools in OPNSense. Local DNS built based on the Pi-Hole system installed into the Raspberry Pi to filter data or advertisements. In addition, the extra security with OPNSense makes it a DNS resolver for the flow of data connections. Along with that, the implementation of Pi-Hole in the Raspberry Pi by utilizing DHCP OPNSense has succeeded in filtering advertisements and cutting extra data in network security to provide additional protection. By implementing the Pi-Hole on the Raspberry Pi by utilizing DHCP OPNSense, it aims to provide a solution other than maintaining network security so that the development of this system can run efficiently. The system development applies the PPDIOO (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize) method because this model is very suitable and easy to develop and design a system.

Abstract

In conducting sales transaction activities, recording goods and reporting sales transactions, Kang Udin Store is still done conventionally by handwriting. Difficulties in recording stock data of incoming goods and outgoing goods, as well as transaction calculations cause inaccurate data. In making a report is very time consuming because it has to find and collect the necessary data from the records in the report book. This can lead to human errors. Therefore, researchers built the Point of Sale (POS) application at Kang Udin Store is built using the waterfall method.The design of this POS application uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) to describe the processes that occur in the POS system. The diagrams used are use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The programming languages used are PHP with codeigtniter framework, and MySQL as a database. The results of this Point of Sale application design make it easier for Kang Udin Stores to manage sales transactions, manage stock data and recapitulate sales transaction reports.

Abstract

People's business loans or KUR are loans that receive subsidized facilities from the government, one of which is KUR BRI or KUR BRI (KUR BRI 2021). The support system to determine the best alternative value that is worthy of receiving people's business credit uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with predetermined criteria. The development tool used is Flowchart with PHP programming language with Laravel and MySQL database. The basic concept of the Simple Additive Weighting method is to find the weighted sum of the performance appraisals for each alternative on all attributes. The SAW method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix to a scale that can be compared with all the existing rating alternatives. From the existing criteria, the calculation process for each criterion is carried out to obtain the best alternative results that are worthy of credit.

Abstract

The Information Systems Student Association (HMSI) is an information systems student organization of Pamulang University. Since it was ratified by the rector of Pamulang University on March 24, 2021 until now, information management at HMSI UNPAM still uses microsoft office applications for administrative purposes & data storage and uses Instagram & Whatsapp for information dissemination. So it is vulnerable to data loss & ineffective dissemination of information carried out. Research based on these problems is the background for designing a web-based HMSI application that can facilitate organizational management, both administrative and information dissemination. The method of developing the system applied is the V-model. Model-V is a development based on the incorporation of testing in each phase of development through the stages of unit requirements and testing, system design and integration tests, architectural design and system testing, module design and acceptance exams to coding implementation. The advantages of the V-model compared to other development methods are flexibility and ideal time management. For designing this website-based HMSI application, it uses PHP with the Laravel and MySQL frameworks. The result of this study is a website that can facilitate database information management, administration, dissemination of information & student organization agendas.
