Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology, home construction service providers to carry out construction planning can take advantage of the development of computer-based technology. The rapid development of development in Indonesia has had a very influential impact in the field of home construction services. Construction Service Providers are contractors who work on the real estate project. PT. Novavil Mutiara Utama is a company engaged in contractor services. Based on the results of work observations and company project report documents, it can be concluded that PT. Novavil Mutiara Utama there are problems that occur in the data management process for residential house construction which is less efficient in seeing the progress of the work. PT. Novavil Mutiara Utama there are problems that occur in the data management process, including the need for tools to inform project work data in real-time and tools that can reduce the number of use of report documents that must be filled out and can find out the budget costs that must be spent to carry out development activities.

Abstract

The growing trend of information technology and a shift in habit that avoid face-to-face meeting encourage research that produces a new step in transactions and negotiations so that it does not require too many processes that require the perpetrators to meet in person. For those reasons, this new tenant rental system is built. By using the Waterfall Method, this study focuses on the final goal, which is to create a new system that will facilitate the work and make it easier for the actors involved in it. In addition, this method also has a clearer working sequence. This tenant rental system uses a web base that can be easily accessed anywhere and anytime so that transactions can be carried out and completed more easily. Abstract

PT Cipta Integra Duta, known as Integra is engaged in the insurance brokerage business. In the operational implementation of the integrated company, an IBOSS application is available but it still uses the old technology, namely codeigniter version 3 combined with Senchajs version 3. This causes the company to have many obstacles in following the digitalization era. In this application there is no activity log for each department, and in inputting memberships, it still uses forms that are entered one by one so that it becomes less efficient if there is a large amount of data. For the storage of company files, they still use printed documents. Based on these problems, a research was conducted to create an broker insurance system application. The research methodology used is the method of interview, observation, and literature study, while the system development methodology uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a system description. For the manufacture of the system using the php programming language with the laravel framework as an Open API, reactjs as data visualization and Amazon S3 as data storage. The results of this study are that this application can make it easier to track activities from client data, find the files needed through the application, the process of entering client membership data is only enough by using an excel file and processing data stored centrally and integrated into the database.

Abstract

The development of technology and the application of sophisticated systems is growing very rapidly. Many people need one type of tool that is used for watering plants to measure soil moisture using Arduino on plants. In this study, the author will design an automatic plant watering system using Arduino and a moisture sensor as a measure of soil moisture in plants. In this study, a soil moisture sensor is used which functions to identify the water content in the soil and an Arduino Uno as a microcontroller in this design. Based on the results of the tests carried out, the watering carried out by this design has the advantage that it can water plants automatically.

Abstract

Rapid Miner is a software created by Dr. Markus Hofmann from the Blanchardstown Institute of Technology and Ralf Klinkenberg from rapid-i.com with a GUI (Graphical User Interface) display to make it easier for users to use this software. Karawaci District has a fairly large area with a fairly dense and large population. With the number of men 2018, 181329 and women 2019, 153793 the population must be balanced with the availability of public facilities/social facilities. The public facilities in question are the availability of good facilities for recreation, infrastructure, and cleaning facilities. However, in Karawaci District, there are still various problems in the process of assessing the feasibility of public facilities, causing delays in the delivery of information on the feasibility of these social facilities. To overcome this problem, researchers are interested in examining citizen assessments of the feasibility of public facilities in Karawaci using the Nave Bayes data mining algorithm with the Rapidminer framework. Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative research methodology by describing journal references and sources based on related research. The results showed that, in a field trial using the rapid miner application in assessing the feasibility of public facilities in Karawaci by applying the nave Bayes algorithm data mining method and utilizing training data to generate the probability of each attribute with a different class, the calculation produces a value that can be calculated. optimized to determine the appropriate or unfit classification of public facilities and help evaluate the assessment to be more accurate.

Abstract

Pempek Yura is one of the home industries that produces several types of pempek, namely Pempek Kapal Selam, Pempek Lenjer, Pempek Kulit, and Tekwan having the addresses at Jelupang, Tangerang Selatan, Banten. There are frequent stockouts of raw material for Mackerel, Sago and Eggs which prevent the production of goods and disappoint consumers resulting in cancellations, so raw material predictions are needed to determine the plan for supplying raw material stocks. To determine the future raw material requirements. This research focuses on predicting the stock of pempek raw materials so that production continues, and raw materials are always available. Stock prediction analysis is adjusted from production and sales data, from production and sales data data processing is carried out using the Knowledge Discovery in Database stage, namely by selecting the data needed in data mining, then processing the data by deleting empty sales data, changing the numerical data cannot be processed by naïve Bayes data mining, then data mining uses the Rapid Miner Application Version 9.10 with the naïve Bayes method. The operators used in rapidminer are Retrive, Cross Validation, Naïve Bayes, Apply Model and Performance. Accuracy results with the rapid miner in this study showed 99.57% with details of Prediction Results for raw materials Enough 207 data while raw materials lacked 22 data.

Abstract

The study makes an expert system application to detect damage to a web-based air conditioner using the forward chaining method. The puspose of this redearch is to build an expert system applicayion to detect air conditioner damage that can help air conditioner users detect early damage to their air conditioner and at the same time Air conditioner users get information and solustions to Air conditioner damage problems. This research emphasizes on designing a web-based application to detect the symptoms and causes of damage to Split Air conditioner, where Split Air conditioner is widely used by home Air conditioner user. The result of the research that has been done is that te user selects the consultation menu and the system will display questions that must be answeres by the user “YES” or “NO” to the problems that occur in his Air conditioner. After the question is answered the system will display the cause of the Air conditioner malfunction and provide a solution.

Abstract

Baso aci neng anya is a franchise business engaged in the culinary field in the form of a fast food restaurant or fast food which is located at Jalan Situ Babakan Pochis III No. 30, Pamulang, Tangerang City. So far, there is no questionnaire to find out customer satisfaction, so every complaint is submitted orally. The problem is that when complaints are conveyed orally to Baso Aci Neng Anya employees, often the employee who receives the complaint forgets to convey it to management because the complaint is not written down and not documented. Based on the existing problems, a Design and Development of a Customer Satisfaction Service Support System Application was made at Baso aci Neng Anya Pamulang Branch using the WEB-Based PHP method, so that it can help to determine the level of customer satisfaction. This application is web-based because it makes it easier to implement and can also be accessed on all platforms that can use a web browser. Abstract

A domesticated animal could be classified as easy the maintenance one of the ways is one was kittens. But to keep cats well cared for is not easy. Most cats with the disease don't look that sick. Cat owners sometimes only realize when their pet cat experiences significant changes such as hair loss to baldness, reddish skin and even wounds. The purpose of this study is to diagnose cat diseases as a first step to apply artificial intelligence in the medical world, to design and apply an expert system capable of diagnosing cat diseases. So the authors created a web-based expert system application to diagnose cat diseases accompanied by healing therapies and how to treat them. The method used in this study is forward chaining, namely tracking that starts from input information, and then tries to draw conclusions. This research will produce a web-based application for diagnosing cat diseases.

Abstract

The use of information and communication technology is now growing in various fields and circles. One of them is a trading company. Information and communication technology is utilized by trading companies in managing merchandise, transacting goods and so on which can help facilitate and simplify the work in that one company or organization. NB-STORE accepts consumers who buy various types of fashion. However, when the transaction process runs slowly and sometimes there are errors in the difference between the stock of goods stored and the stock of goods that are recorded. Because in the process of processing inventory data, it is still done manually by the admin, namely for data collection of incoming and outgoing goods, inventory data collection is only recorded in the book and then transferred to Microsoft Excel. So that from these problems there are often errors in calculating goods, difficulties in recording, making reports on incoming goods, outgoing goods, which are in accordance with receipts or travel documents from customers or suppliers and the difficulty in finding the required item data because of the high cost of many files. it is time for NB-STORE to migrate using applications in data management such as data processing of incoming and outgoing goods and stock of goods with applications that are more efficient and accurate. The problem with the current running system is to record reports manually, namely to record all existing inventory with written reports written directly by employees and then recalculated and adjusted to existing stock. With the existence of an inventory information system that has been designed, it is expected that it will make it easier to carry out incoming and outgoing goods so that the management of inventory reports can be carried out by users properly.
