Abstract

At PT. Sicepat Ekspres KPI (Key Performance Indicator) system and mechanism have not been formed in a structured and systematic manner, so it is not flexible in conducting data analysis. With the KPI dashboard information find out the performance of each member of the IT Helpdesk team. Based on the Key Performance Indicators (KPI), information on the results of the decision will automatically appear whether members of the IT Helpdesk team have good performance or not. The method used in this study is quantitative because the research is descriptive and focuses on data analysis and data visualization. The results of the complaint tickets handled by the IT helpdesk team from November 6, 2022, to November 13 2022 were 2,477 tickets, and 275 tickets were escalated.  complaints are on the "MAPPING TMS" ticket tag, the most complaint tickets that enter via the WhatsApp channel. The average response time for all agents is 7 minutes 39 seconds. The average resolution time for all agents is 1 hour 16 minutes 24 seconds. a high percentage of tickets was obtained by an agent named Yuda with a CNT of 351 tickets with a percentage of 175.5%. And the total tickets obtained and a low percentage of tickets were obtained by an agent named Alif with CNT of 70 tickets with a percentage of 116.67%. The highest percentage is a positive sentiment as much as 89.8%, then neutral sentiment as much as 8.1%, and the least percentage is a negative sentiment as much as 2.1%, out of a total of 7,939 conversations. The most ticket tags are MAPPING TMS with a positive sentiment of 224 tickets, neutral sentiment of 51 tickets, and negative sentiment of 19 tickets, while the lowest ticket tag is UMS with a positive sentiment of 15 tickets, neutral sentiment of 2 tickets, negative sentiment 2 tickets. The agent name that received the most sentiment from users was named Yuda with a total of 1,099 conversation sentiments which included 987 positive feedback sentiments, 97 conversation neutral feedback sentiments, and 15 negative feedback sentiment conversations. Meanwhile, the agent who received the least sentiment from the user was named Herdian with a total of 150 conversation sentiments which included 132 positive feedback sentiments, 14 neutral feedback sentiments, and 4 negative feedback sentiments. In conclusion, Looker Data Studio can display the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard online and is easy to share with just the generated link. suggestions for the Looker Data Studio Dashboard KPI program can be developed to display map data or GeoMaps for PT. Sicepat Ekspres branch locations.

Abstract

The rapid progress in the field of information technology has had a major impact on various aspects of human life. The most obvious influence is seen in the fundamental changes to the way people conduct transactions, especially in the business world. How to design a web-based certification information system that can simplify, speed up and increase control over the certification process. This research method uses the Research and Development (R&D) method and the system design and development method used in this research is the prototype method. In the implementation of this certification system, the PHP programming language is used, with the CodeIgniter framework and the database used is MySQL. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that this system is used to handle the certification process at the Lembaga Sertifikasi INKINDO, this system can also generate reports on the progress of certification.

Abstract

The advancement of science and technology has continuously increased in line with various human needs. In addition, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in the number of smartphones connected to the network in Indonesia increasing to 370.1 million in January 2022. The problem that arises is children who are lazy to study, especially learning to recite the Koran and how to make educative learning methods for children to know hijaiyah letters or learn to recite the Koran. Data collection techniques used in are: interviews, observation, and literature study. MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) is a system development method that is suitable for developing multimedia systems because of the use of computers to represent and combine text, sound, images, and animation in an application system. By making this application it can help in good interaction between users because of the menu feature to play games together. An educational application game was created that provides a learning experience as well as playing so that children are more diligent in learning hijaiyah letters or the Al-Qur'an. The display design of the application is designed to be attractive to give new impetus for children to recognize hijaiyah letters, so they don't get bored and lazy when learning to recognize hijaiyah letters.

Abstract

This thesis aims to analyze sentiment towards the Criminal Code Bill Article 353 Paragraph 1 from data taken from Twitter using the Naive Bayes Classifier method. This research was conducted to find out the public's view of the controversial article. The data taken is in the form of tweets containing keywords related to the Criminal Code Bill for a certain period. The Naive Bayes Classifier method is used to classify tweets into positive or negative categories based on gender, age, and level of education as well as the impact of public sentiment on this article on the sustainability of democracy in Indonesia. The data used in this study is data from the online media Twitter. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the sentiment analysis are expected to provide an overview of the public's perception of the article.

Abstract

In determining the potential recipients of social assistance in the Sukalaksana Village, the distribution of assistance to the community is still not on target and many poor people do not receive social assistance because the program assistance is not yet effective. With so many residents having different criteria from various aspects of life, it will be difficult for RT/RW officials to determine which residents should be more deserving of social assistance. And also there is still invalid data on recipients of social assistance for residents who have died and moved their domicile but are still recorded as receiving social assistance.Therefore the authors designed a Decision Support System Application to determine beneficiaries of the Social Assistance Program based on the method used. Namely by utilizing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. One of the methods in the AHP method is that there are several calculation processes that are used as data references and pairwise comparisons to explain evaluation factors and weighting factors in multi-factor conditions in the selection of recipients of social assistance. So that it will be very helpful and facilitate RT / RW officers in assessing residents who are eligible to receive social assistance.

Abstract

The Hajj information and computerization system is a new form of change that is expected to be able to manage the data of pilgrims to be more optimal and efficient. With the launch of the web-based Hajj Registration Management Service System, it will make it easier and faster to provide Hajj information services. In this study the implementation of services for pilgrims through a web-based Hajj Registration Management Service System at PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah according to Rahma, fintech is the utilization of financial system technology that produces new products, services, technology and or business models and can have an impact on monetary stability, financial system stability, efficiency, smoothness, security and system reliability. With this Hajj registration service management application, it will greatly support the performance of managers including: 1. Marketing, 2. Branch Manager, 3. Reviewers, 4. Head of the Risk Analysis Division. With the implementation of the new system at PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah is able to improve performance and time efficiency in the process of verification and approval of Hajj registration at PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah. And the software used is the DBMS (Database Management System) which is used as the storage medium is MySQL, the programming languages PHP, JavaScript, CSS and HTML are used to create a website appearance that aims to make it easier for users or managers in the verification and approval process.

Abstract

In determining the placement of field work practices in the field of computer and network engineering competencies at the Sirajul Falah High School, the head of competency still uses a manual system or method to determine the placement of field work practice (PKL) so that the company is dissatisfied with the results determined by the head of competency. Therefore the authors designed a decision support system based on the method used. Namely utilizing the weight product (wp) method, a method capable of producing more consistent results than other methods, this method is easy to understand and easy to use and provides the easiest solution in the process of determining the placement of field work practice in the field of computer and network engineering competence . This decision support system will greatly assist heads of computer and network engineering in determining placements for field work practices quickly and accurately.

Abstract

The Decision Support System is a system used to support and help improve the quality of employee work and employee creativity. Companies need an employee performance appraisal system by giving promotions if there are vacant positions to employees who excel. The assessment of the selection of exemplary employees given is still subjective, that is, there are no parameters in the assessment and the process of making it and the information obtained is still slow. It is feared that this will lead to confusion and inaccuracy in the selection of exemplary employees so that they are not right on target. This problem can be corrected by building a decision support system for selecting exemplary employees using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method. Implementation of a Web-based Decision Making System for employee achievements makes it easier for employees to process absences or record employee attendance at Triguna Utama School.

Abstract

PT. Ridho Persada Teknik requires an information system that can increase work power and ability to monitor and manage inventory data. Previously, the monitoring and management system for inventory data such as machining, fabrication, and general trading was still carried out simply, namely recording the inventory of goods in and out was still recorded using paper to store inventory data for incoming and outgoing goods. This application uses the waterfall development method with the PHP programming language, the Codeigniter framework. With a code editor using sublime text and designing a user interface using balsamiq mockup. With the construction of an inventory monitoring information system using the FIFO method, it can improve user performance in accelerating the search for the necessary item data, according to the date the first item enters and first exits. So as to minimize errors that were used in the previous system.

Abstract

In general, restaurants are places that people visit to find a variety of food and drinks, and usually restaurants present their own uniqueness as an attraction, both through the menu, entertainment, and physical appearance of the building. Currently, there are still many restaurants that accept food orders on paper, one of which is Syasyaba Food Restaurant. This study aims to develop a mobile-based food and beverage ordering system and provide convenience for customers so that the process is faster and easier to get complete information, ranging from information about the available food and beverage menus to images, and improve the quality of restaurant service to consumers. The system design method used in this study is waterfall, which involves needs analysis, implementation design, and testing. It is hoped that the existence of this hybrid mobilebased food ordering application can make it easier for consumers to go through the process of ordering food and drinks at restaurants and be effective and easy for servant to see the orders that consumers want.
