Abstract

Inventory Goods are always needed in the company's activities. The existence of inventory on the one hand is a waste so that it can be said as a burden that must be eliminated but on the other hand it is very necessary to ensure the smooth fulfillment of demand because if there is no supply then the need will not be met. Doing it manually causes many difficulties for managers so that every time there is an entry or exit of goods, the officer must reopen the book in the workshop. So it takes a little more time to do this. Buyers will feel a little dissatisfied with the time-consuming service. Generally, when a buyer comes to make inquiries about the goods to be sought, both in terms of brand, price and model, when the supplier stocks the goods, it is necessary to record detailed data. With this web-based inventory information system, Agus Injection Motor Workshop can make it easier for admins to obtain available item data. Information system to provide administrative convenience in storing and processing data to facilitate performance in operations.

Abstract

Technology is very influential to facilitate human work. Of the various kinds of Information System technology plays an important role for a Company or Institution. To realize a good system must have an information system that can support activities within the company. The aim of the research is to provide solutions to existing problems by designing an inventory system, especially at the Bahrun Nasirin Islamic Foundation as an effort to develop information technology. The method used in this research is using the waterfall method. Data collection was carried out using the direct method at the Bahrun Nasirin Islamic Foundation. Data collection was carried out by observing, interviewing, and inputting inventory data based on data obtained from the Bahrun Nasirin Islamic Foundation. The data collection carried out is qualitative. The results and conclusions of this study are the design of a website-based goods inventory system that can be used as a medium that can facilitate the processing of goods procurement data, goods whose residues have expired, damaged goods, lost goods, and reports on goods data inventory. For the design of this system using the programming language PHP, JavaScript, MySQL. UML is used as a model for the design of this website-based sales application.

Abstract

The Opera Reading Corner Library has ±600 book titles in several categories. In order for the books in the library to be utilized optimally there must be a system that manages the collection of books because from the process of selecting a collection of books it can be seen which books should be added or reduced in stock so as not to build up. stock.K-means Clustering is one of the methods in Data mining to process non hierarchical Clustering data where data is grouped into one or more Clusters and is one of the methods carried out with a partition system. This study classifies book reader data into two Clusters, namely high reading interest and low reading interest. Attributes used in[A1]Data processing includes the amount of book borrower data and the number of books borrowed. The results obtained for the book category data that are in the most desirable Cluster, this will later be used as evaluation material for the librarian in increasing the collection of books in the Opera Reading Corner library.

Abstract

Recording data for student tuition payments is still done manually, namely using proof of payment of triplicate receipts written by the cashier using handwriting and recapitulating the names of students who have paid, the process takes a long time and is written using handwriting. The large number of SPP transactions from various students of different vocational education levels every day caused cashiers to have difficulty writing names and student identities which in writing receipts were written manually using handwriting, this caused SPP data collection to be inaccurate. The difficulty of the treasurer validating the data of students who have paid the tuition fee is due to the handwriting of the tuition cashier, which sometimes the treasurer has difficulty reading the child's name. The SPP payment information system provides accurate and well-documented recording information. The SPP payment information system makes it easier for treasurers to recap financial reports. Reducing the level of data duplication in recording SPP payment reports so that it does not take time or there is no additional time in recapping SPP reports.

Abstract

Computer networks are growing very rapidly, both in commercial institutions, in the academic world, and even in people's homes that need internet access. The internet is accessed by many people without exception to hackers and crackers. Various network security issues are currently very important and deserve attention. A network connected to the internet is basically insecure and can always be exploited by hackers, both wired LAN and wireless LAN networks. During the process of sending data, it will pass through several terminals to arrive at the destination, which means it will provide an opportunity for other users who are not responsible to intercept or change the data. In this case, it is necessary to implement network security with penetration testing techniques using the Deauther and evil twin methods on the Tl-WR840N wireless. The results of the analysis obtained after testing with the Deauther and Evil twin methods are that this method is very effective in hacking Wi-Fi networks that are not encrypted or protected with weak passwords. In testing the Deauther and Evil Twin methods managed to hack the Wi-Fi network with a fairly high success rate. Therefore, it is very important for WiFi network users to maintain their security by using the right security technologies, such as using strong passwords and data encryption.

Abstract

So far, the Onis Maju Bersama cooperative still uses a manual recording system with a book to process its data. The manual recording system will cause delays in managing the cooperative, and make it difficult for cooperative employees to track data deposits, data loans, and data payments on savings and loan transactions. The web-based savings and loan cooperative information system is a system that can assist cooperatives in managing data. This study discusses the design of a Web-Based Savings and Loans Cooperative Information System using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development method. The information system is made web-based with structured programming techniques, using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The savings and loan cooperative information system was created to provide a system that can assist in recording member data, savings and loan transactions, and data officers more effectively using a computerized system The results of this study are information systems for data processing and data recording in the Onis Maju Bersama Cooperative, the documentation process is better, faster in managing data and minimizing data errors. With the hope that in the future this application can be developed so that there is a notification feature via the Whatsapp application to members when the installment payment due date is approaching.

Abstract

Yoboya Pasar kemis, is a cafe that sells various kinds of food and drinks. So far, the recording of transactions is still using the manual written in the book. So that in this process errors often occur in recording sales due to untidy filing and the difficulty of finding existing transaction data. The problem to be solved is how to design a website-based Point Of Sales (POS) application at the Yoboya cafe using the Waterfall system development method, namely with the stages: analysis, design, implementation, testing, maintenance. The result of this research is a website that can display sales graphs and sales profits making it easier to monitor sales developments at Yoboya itself, and the design of this websitebased application is made with an easy to understand interface so that users will find it easier to use

Abstract

The employee recruitment process by sending application files via email is considered to be less effective in carrying out the employee recruitment process. PT. Katolec Indonesia is one of the companies in the employee recruitment process that still uses e-mail sent to HRD. This has an impact on incoming messages in large quantities causing spam, takes quite a long time to select application data and the selection of employees does not match the required criteria company.This study aims to create a website-based employee recruitment application to make it easier for companies to recruit and select employees according to the required criteria, in addition to making it easier for job seekers to apply for jobs. In the research using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) system development method waterfall model which includes the stages of system planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The system is built using the PHP programming language, the database server uses MySQL. The results achieved in this study are web-based employee recruitment applications that are expected to help HRD in the hiring process quickly and according to the criteria the company wants.

Abstract

In the era of Global Warming like now Air Conditioner is something that is quite important to control the room temperature to stay cool and comfortable, this can be seen in every modern store that mushrooms almost all use air conditioning. PT. XYZ as a company whose core business is rental and service Air Conditioner distributes Air Conditioner in every modern store following the expansion of modern stores, this causes shipping also following the expansion of modern stores. The distribution of units is carried out using cargo that still has both internal and external factors in each shipment that cause delays in units until the time of installation. The purpose of this study is to provide information in the form of predictions of unit estimates to help in planning and supervising the delivery of Air Conditioner units. The method used in this study is Forecasting with Simple Linear Regression algorithm, this method will manage quantitative data which will produce output in the form of predictions against until unit estimates. The results of this method which uses two delivery objects, namely Samarinda and Medan, Samarinda are known to have an accuracy rate of 90.25% prediction results with a MAPE value of 9.75% which can be categorized as very feasible to use. While the terrain delivery is known to have an accuracy rate of 79.13% prediction results with a MAPE value of 21.87% which can be categorized as quite feasible to use. So that the information generated from the results of prediction calculations with the Simple Linear Regression algorithm Forecasting method can be used.
