Delivery service is something that is close to the community, delivery services are still used by the community because it is considered very important to send goods over long or close distances. Because as we all know, as we all know, that in the context of accelerating the handling of Covid-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019), the government issued PP No. 21 of 2020 concerning PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restrictions). With the enactment of PSBB, it brings a new culture of digitization in many sectors, including the social public sector. So that most people's shopping activities are forced to switch to using an online system and make delivery services very functional at this time. Therefore, the researcher intends to conduct this research which is intended to determine customer satisfaction with JNE and JNT shipping expeditions. The research was conducted by taking tweet sentiment using Python, and then analyzing the respondents' sentiment using the Naïve Bayes method. A total of 955 data were obtained, then the researchers took as many as 243 for retesting, data collection was carried out on January 31, 2022 to February 16, 2022. The results of the classification of positive, negative and neutral sentiment tweets from existing sentences for each delivery service have been obtained that JNE got 0 positive responses, 18 negative responses and 56 neutral responses. Meanwhile, JNT received 0 positive responses, 2 neutral responses and 167 negative responses. From this it can be explained that there are still many users of JNE and JNT shipping expedition services that have not received good service. The results of the test using the Nave Bayes method with the Gaussian Density formula on continuous data resulted in an accuracy of 58.02%, precision 43.33%, recall 41.67%.

Management of leave and retirement data that is still manual causes several problems, such as employees not knowing the number of remaining leaves. Application for retirement and application for leave still use paper forms that require various stages until the report is validated. This study aims to develop a web-based Human Resource Information System design at PT. Begawan Avaloka Indonesia Konsutama uses the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework as a framework, as well as an adaptive and communicative waterfall method. In this case, a web-based information system for applying for employee leave was developed using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework as the framework, as well as the waterfall method as the method and the testing system using the Black Box and White Box. The results of this study with the developed information system, employees can easily find out the number of remaining leaves and apply for leave and retirement online, increase the effectiveness and efficiency of applying for employee leave and retirement, as well as security of leave and retirement data. This research is expected to provide benefits for the company.

Mr. Rianto's farm is one of the laying poultry farm in Blitar, at the end of 2021 the farm experienced an outbreak of sudden death which caused losses. In this research, researcher created a web-based expert systems to help farmers diagnose a chicken disease. This system is made using the certainty factor method based on the knowledge of experts/doctors in giving rating weight to each symptom of a disease. In this study, there were 12 types of chicken diseases that could be diagnosed by the system based on the symptoms experienced. Furthermore, programming languages are made using PHP, HTML and MySQL in storing existing data and testing the software using Black Box and White Box testing. This application could help laying hen breeders overcome some of the existing problems such as limited information about chicken diseases. This application could also be used as a tool that could help breeders to maintain livestock production and reduce the risk of sudden death.

Lockers are something that is provided to store valuable items. The use of lockers in this modern era is different from conventional lockers where lockers that use conventional locks are not well protected. At this time conventional keys are less practical because they can still be duplicated and lack of supervision. Sometimes users forget to put it or accidentally fall and then lost. This study uses face recognation with the esp32 cam microcontroller which gets data from the recordings of the esp camera to move the selenoid. This system is also equipped with an information system using Telegram. From the results of research conducted, if all components work well, the camera sensitivity value is 100% from 15 trials with rare faces to the camera 30cm but the level of detection accuracy decreases when the detecting distance increases.

In today's technological advances, people have used motorized vehicles, one of which is a motorbike as a means of transportation in everyday life as a facility for activities such as work. However, the motorcycle security system currently still uses conventional locks that are easily damaged by thieves in a short time which can result in material and non-material losses for motorcycle owners. One of the automotive technologies that can increase the comfort and convenience of motorcycle users is by introducing a more sophisticated and easy engine start and motorcycle safety system through an Android smartphone. The system development method used in this study is the waterfall method. This development model is linear from the early stages of system development, namely the planning stage to the final stage of system development, namely the maintenance stage. The purpose of this research is to design a tool using the Arduino Microcontroller to control the Start Engine and Motorcycle Alarm, create an android application that functions as a remote to control the Start Engine and Motorcycle Alarm, increase motorcycle security with an alarm as a security system, make it easier when looking for motorbikes in the parking area with an alarm and increasing the ease and comfort of users in operating motorbikes. From the results of this study it is hoped that the application can make it easier for users to control motorized vehicles such as motorbikes via an Android smartphone.

Internet access is the ability of an individual or group to connect to the internet using a computer terminal or other device. Internet access in Pasilian Village is not yet available with many ISPs because ISP providers are still expensive there so that some parents of students in Pasilian Village cannot afford ISPs. Students still find it difficult to access the internet for free, in Pasilian Village there are no free hotspots. Here the authors will create free hotspots and cheap hotspots. The benefits before and after the existence of free hotspots and cheap hotspots are very clear for the lower middle class as well as for students and students to make it easier for them to access the internet and minimize the cost of hiring an expensive ISP in their surroundings. The advantage of using Queue Tree bandwidth management is being able to adjust the size of the bandwidth needed by the client so that the distribution of bandwidth to clients becomes regular, fair and can maximize the available bandwidth. Previous research by Cahyo Prihantoro, Agung Kharisma Hidayah, and Sandhy Fernandez (2021) conducted research with the title "Bandwidth Management Analysis Using the Queue Tree Method on the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu Internet Network". I developed it again using the NDLC method. The development method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) which is a method that relies on previous development processes such as business strategy planning, application development life cycle, and data distribution analysis. With the establishment of a hotspot network system in Pasilian village, the situation before and after the existence of free hotspots is very clear for the middle to lower class as well as for students making it easier for them to access the internet and minimizing the cost of hiring an expensive ISP in their surroundings.

This quiz application is a quiz application that has an element of learning in smartphones with this game that can provide learning as well as entertainment for its users, and can provide learning as well as insight into PPKN science, a quiz is a game or a player's mind in solving a quiz game, where the player (as in a group / team or individually) the player tries to answer the questions in the game quiz in order to achieve the goal or get the highest score / score in the game so that the user is forced to think about answering the questions in the game. The method used in the game quiz application is the Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) method and the String Maching (SM) method, the LCG method functions to randomize the questions in the application by random, the Sring Maching (SM) method is used for matching questions. on the answers in the application with the selected answer to the question "true and false".

SMP Negeri 5 Pasar Kemis located in Tangerang is one of the schools that has implemented a Learning Management System (LMS), namely portaldik. Based on the results of observations, SMP Negeri 5 Pasar Kemis teachers experienced confusion using portaldik. This is because the appearance and features of the application seem difficult for most teachers. The existing portaldik application still does not have adequate teacher activities in the teaching and learning process such as student assessment results, discussion forums, and attendance. Therefore, this study intends to design a UI/UX LMS design as a solution to the problems found. This design is equipped with accessibility for people with dyslexia. Data collection begins with observation. Furthermore, literature study, questionnaires, and interviews. User Centered Design (UCD) design method which consists of four stages.

According to the Global Partnership for Education, Indonesia ranks 55th out of 77 countries in terms of education. The ranking is one factor that attracts foreigners to pursue their education in Indonesia. Moreover, foreign nationals who wish to study in Indonesia must comply with Indonesian laws and regulations, including obtaining a letter of approval for their study permit from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. This study aimed to improve the quality of service at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology to make it more effective and efficient in issuing study permits for foreign nationals. Schools and foreign nationals no longer need to bring hardcopy documents from their home countries to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. This research aimed to process the study permit administrative requirements through a web-based application that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Moreover, it makes it easier for staff to process the issuance of approval letters without having to check through piles of hardcopy documents. The methodology used in designing the Application System was the SDLC waterfall model. The data was collected through interviews and observations with several employees and leaders in the unit responsible for issuing study permits. The results of this research indicated that the study permit issuance application is very effective and efficient for foreign nationals and staff in the issuance process and significantly reduces paper (paperless) use.

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing as well as applying the case based reasoning (CBR) method in diagnosing damage to elevators using similarity calculations. The analyzed data was obtained from PT. Leuser Tri Sakatama results from interviews, observations and literature studies with the permission of Mr. Agung Suparwi as the president director of PT. Leuser Tri Sakatama. The project owned by PT. Leuser Tri Sakatama which is located in JABODETABEK as many as 78, elevator damage data for 2020-2021 as much as 177 damage data. Based on the results of the research, the implementation of the case based reasoning (CBR) method using similarity calculations to find the largest percentage in diagnosing damage to the elevator has been completed. The database has been designed with 3 tables, namely the error code table, the project list table and the elevator damage table for 2020-2021.
