Abstract

Hardware management in data center is vital in the administration of an organization. In managing hardwares, it is necessary to have an effective, eficient and accurate registration system. Therefore, a good system which makes it easier is needed. The implementation of data center hardware management is in Bank CIMB Niaga. This study aims to identify part of the administrative system which needs to be improved and apply identified problem to make an easier workflow. The method used in this study is observation, interview and literature review. While, the development methode used is RAD (Rapid Application Development) using C# as the programming language and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Technology).

Abstract

Rukun Tetangga is one of the organizations formed by the government to serve the needs of the community. One of the services in Rukun Tetangga 010 is managing citizen data and basic administration, for example the service for making Family Cards or KTPs. However, at this time the existing services in Rukun Tetangga 010 have not been maximized because they still use a manual system which is prone to loss, burning and time consuming. Therefore, this web-based public service information system can reduce the existing risks so that the service becomes easy and effective. In designing this public service information with UML, which includes Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams. Built using the PHP programming language with MySql as a database using the RAD method. The final result of this research is that on this website residents can directly download the application letter.

Abstract

As orders have increased from one of the plastic companies PT Aliene Exprint Plastic in Tangerang, in this Case study I am trying to help the company to improve services to its customers to be able to order plastics through the application without having to come to PT Aliene Exprint Plastic, and it is hoped that they will be able to. increase company turnover. With the increasing number of internet Users nowadays, I chose to implement this system on a web platform. One way to get around this is to create abased Plastic Ordering Application Web. The process of running this application later the customer will access the web from the company PT Aliene Exprint Plastic starting from Chart, Checkout, Form Contact, Login / Register, Admin Access Rights, Payments etc. Which later will make it easier customers forto place orders. Customer can choose and order the plastic in accordance with his wishes meng-input rightsome data that will be addressed by the admin and will be sent payment details. The development method that will be Used to design this application is themethod Extreme Programming.

Abstract

One of the most important activities in a company or organization is the problem of human resources. Because, the main focus of human resource management is to contribute to the success or failure of a company. PT. Mustika Maju Mandiri is a company engaged in computers and technology. Selection of employee acceptance is one of the problems that have occurred so far. in the process of hiring production employees at PT. Mustika Maju Mandiri, the personnel department chooses and selects one by one the incoming applicant data. If the data is complete, the personnel department will call the applicant to take part in the selection process. The large number of applicants makes personnel often experience difficulties in selecting prospective employees, and in the selection process the decisions taken are often influenced by the subjectivity of decision makers. The Decision Support System for Selection of Employee Candidates can assist HRD/Personnel in recruiting prospective employees according to qualifications. In conducting recruitment, the selection of prospective employees according to company qualifications with the results of calculating the graduation criteria for prospective employees according to company qualifications is 80%.

Abstract

In the current digital era, data storage has become an indispensable activity. The continuous advancement of technology undoubtedly influences our daily activities. Storing data may not be a difficult task, but sometimes accessing data that has been stored on a single device can be quite challenging. One of the technologies that can assist us in our daily activities is Google Drive. Google Drive is a cloud-based storage service provided by Google. The convenience offered by Google Drive is undoubtedly helpful. However, the ease of accessing Google Drive raises concerns regarding the security of its data. In the context of this issue, this research aims to analyze the performance and security of data stored through the internet network on Google Drive using a questionnaire.

Abstract

The process of managing customer data at MMS Bojong Gede is still running simply using Ms Excel, this can cause problems when in a center there is the same customer name data. Over time the amount of customer data will change either increase or decrease, so that managing data manually is less effective, besides that each (CO) or (PS) each has an excel file in managing customer data, this makes data storage less centralized and has an impact on the process of finding customer data smoothly or in arrears. In order for operations to run efficiently, a computerized customer data management and search system is needed to integrate customer data into an integrated database, so that customer data can be managed properly. In this study, the knuth morris pratt algorithm has been applied to the system search function to maximize the search process. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based customer data management and search system, with a system that has been built the process of managing and searching customer data to be more effective and efficient, this is evidenced by the test results with the average time needed by the knuth morris pratt algorithm to find a customer data is 1.541(s).

Abstract

The archiving process at Karang Taruna Cipulir RW.05 still uses a manual process, where this manual process can cause problems in the archiving process such as archive buildup and archive loss. The amount of archival data that must be stored from the year must require a special place and require a long time to find old archives. In addition, the absence of a system that manages the archive makes work ineffective and efficient. In order for operational activities to run effectively, a computerized archive system is needed to integrate archives in one unified database, so that records management can be managed properly. In the development of a software, system failures often occur, errors in development are often called software crises which are basically software that is built not in accordance with the goals to be achieved. To avoid this software crisis there are several methods in making software where in this study researchers used the Boyer Moore method. The result of this research is that archive storage is more effective and archive search is more efficient, does not require a long time

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based employee leave application information system design at the Directorate of Sea and Coast Guard Unit (KPLP) using PHP programming language and laravel framework as a framework, as well as adaptive and communicative Extreme Programming methods. Manual leave management causes several obstacles, such as employees not knowing the amount of leave remaining and applying for leave still using paper forms that require various stages until the leave report is validated. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods and data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data was then analyzed using triangulation techniques. In this case, a webbased employee leave application information system developed using PHP programming language and laravel framework as the framework, as well as the Extreme Programming method as the method, can be the right solution to overcome problems in managing employee leave that is still manual. With the developed information system, employees can easily find out the amount of leave remaining and apply for leave online, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of employee leave applications, and the security of leave data. This research is expected to provide benefits for companies and academics.

Abstract

To be able to improve the quality and competitiveness of an uneducated and trained workforce, it is necessary to manage a manpower distribution foundation that is committed to job placement and also educates so that it can become a professional workforce. The labor distribution foundation was established to help people who need workers to take care of housework and help reduce unemployment. The Karya Mulia Foundation is a business entity that specializes in the service sector by distributing a large number of workers to people in need, because labor distributors are obliged to be able to provide the best possible service in distributing labor and processing administrative data. Because this is what the supplier of labor must balance in responding to administrative data processing. The current employee information system is still in the form of a desktop application and has not integrated the data owned by each other so that the accuracy of the workforce information data is not correct and there is a lack of mobility to be able to access or process the data. For this reason, the process of developing a web-based employee information system was carried out with the development methodology used in this research, namely the scrum method. The implementation of this employee information system uses the Java programming language with the Spring Boot framework and the database uses PostgreSQL. Therefore, the results of the study can be concluded that this system is used to obtain employee information data and can also produce work contract transactions and reports.

Abstract

In entering the modern era and the rapid development of technology today, people are familiar with increasingly advanced and affordable technology to make it easier to carry out various activities in life. Technological progress is very rapidly occurring in various fields, for example in the fields of transportation, communication, health, education, and other fields so as to make people increasingly need technology to facilitate all the work in this life. The election of the Student Council Chairperson using this election system is a process of learning democracy directly for all students. In carrying out its activities the election of the student council president at a school is still often found using simple information delivery media in the form of only sheets of paper to convey a vision and mission, then even when the election is still using paper sheets to select candidates so that they are still not maximized. By utilizing computerized technology by using a web-based OSIS (e-voting) leader election application can make the selection of OSIS chair election activities easier in conveying information, faster in performing vote counts, and making more efficient on paper so that the results obtained can be effective and efficient . So it is necessary to conduct research to analyze, design and implement an E-Voting System for Student Council Chair with Web-based Election in Schools.
