The advancement of internet technology has had a significant impact on communication and information provision. HIMTIF at Pamulang University is an organization that focuses on developing knowledge and skills in the field of information technology, including through HPC (HIMTIF Programming Camp) activities that deepen programming languages. This research uses the extreme programming (XP) method in system development. XP is used because it is a simplified software development method and can adapt to various conditions. From the results of the research conducted, it is proven to be able to produce an effective and efficient system because the election results can be directly processed and the results can be immediately known who will become the next student council chairman. This system is also able to run well in accordance with testing using the blackbox method that has been carried out. This system has also proven to be able to facilitate students in making choices because it can be done from school or from home and is environmentally friendly because the use of paper is not needed as much as when the election is still done manually. The implementation of e-voting in the election of the chairman and vice chairman of HIMTIF was successfully carried out by providing benefits in improving the efficiency and security of the election process. E-voting allows wider participation with online voting and maintains the confidentiality of user data through encryption and authentication methods. For further development, it is recommended that the system can be used by the entire Student Association, maintaining the principle of vote confidentiality, improving authentication accuracy with IP, and developing Android-based applications for easier access.

Alhafid Car is a business engaged in the field of transportation for car rental. In daily business processes, the process of leasing transactions and data collection has not used a computerized system. Managers still use logbooks for recaps and customer tenant transactions. This creates security issues including allowing data to be lost or damaged. The purpose of writing this paper is to design and implement the design of a web-based alhafid car rental booking system. The research method used by the author in preparing this paper is the waterfall method. Based on the research results obtained from the application of the web-based Alhafid Car rental booking system design, it can help and provide convenience for customers in the online vehicle rental process and make it easier for rental managers to collect data on vehicle rental transactions.

Plants are one of the components needed by humans. The science of studying plants has also experienced rapid progress, as has the system of recognizing and assisting plants which are useful in providing various information. The recognition process can be applied to various parts of the plant, one of which is the introduction of leaf images. The process of recognizing leaf images must go through a long learning process, so an image processing technique is used, namely Artificial Neural Networks (ANN). Identification of leaf types using ANN in this experiment uses 3 types of leaf names such as bougenvillea leaves, Geranium leaves, Magnolia Soulangeana leaves, with 30 samples of leaf images with different leaf shapes for each type. The epoch in this Neural Network reaches a maximum value of 1000 iterations. Before conducting image testing, an image training process is first carried out. After testing 30 leaf image samples, 18 training leaf image samples and 12 leaf test image samples were obtained. From the results of this study has a percentage of 91.66%.

Bantarsari Village is located in Bogor Regency from a very promising plantation sector, namely cassava is the main product and is a mainstay, almost in every resident's house there must be a cassava tree. Therefore cassava farmers must be able to sort out good cassava tree seeds in order to produce healthy trees, so they can get good results for sale or become beautiful when used as tourist attractions. Decision support systems that are currently developing have various methods, one of which is using the MFEP method. The purpose of this research is how to use the MFEP method as an alternative for decision makers in determining good cassava seeds to be planted by farmers so they can produce fresh trees and fruit. Rapid Application Development (RAD) is a method of developing an information system with a relatively short time. With the development of this system, it helps farmers in Bantarsari Village, Kab. Bogor in making decisions to determine cassava tree seeds that are in accordance with good nursery results quickly and efficiently. Researchers successfully implemented a decision support system using the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method.

The design of a Web-based scheduling application using the ant algorithm is able to provide an alternative solution for preparing schedules that want a certain time optimally. In this research, the method used is the system development life cycle method (the waterfall paradigm). This method consists of various stages, namely needs analysis, system design, and program writing. From the results of the analysis, it was found: The application of a web-based scheduling application using the ant algorithm, can help prepare schedules quickly and easily while avoiding clashes in scheduling. On the other hand, the process of preparing a schedule using the ant algorithm method can shorten the processing time.

Crawfish farmers carry out the process of monitoring water quality which is still done manually by dipping temperature gauges, acidity gauges and oxygen level gauges into the cultivation pond once a day every day. This method of manual monitoring can have quite a fatal impact on crawfish seedlings because it can disturb the lobsters themselves so that they can cause crop failure if they are not careful in the process of taking water samples. The solution to this problem is how to develop a water monitoring process without repeatedly dipping the tool into the aquaculture pond. In this research, a special tool is designed that can measure temperature, acidity (pH) and oxygen levels in the water which is installed into the aquaculture pond by utilizing IoT technology and designing a web-based application with the waterfall method which will then be integrated with this special tool to read the measurement results from the tool are used to monitor water quality in freshwater crawfish cultivation ponds without having to dip your hands every day

The concept of a Decision Support System (DSS) was first expressed in 1971 by Michael Scott Morton with the term Management Decision System. Then a number of companies, research institutions and universities began to conduct research and build decision support systems, so it can be concluded that this decision support system is a computer-based system intended to help decision makers in utilizing certain data and models to solve various unstructured problems. Mistakes in choosing employees, of course, have a bad impact on the company itself, because it can directly affect the productivity and performance of the company. This is supported by reports of entry and exit of employees from this Company that there are still a significant number of employees leaving, where the reason for the employee leaving is dominant with employees who do not pass the probationary period and leave because they are unable to meet the demands of the work given, so this needs improvement so that the employees accepted are employees with the best results that can be said to be competent and in accordance with the criteria Existing positions so that in the future it is expected to reduce the number of employees leaving. To overcome this problem, a decision support system was created using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In this study using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method where the flow and stages used include observation, interviews, analysis, implementation, and testing. The result of this study is a decision support system that is expected to facilitate the selection process for employee acceptance at PT West Home Property.

Business is buying and selling activities with the aim of making a profit. Currently doing business has become an alternative to earn additional income besides the main job. Many things influence people to do business, one of which is a strategic location for doing business, both for beginners and those who want to expand their business. The problem faced by business people in determining a strategic location is not carefully considering the right location for doing business so that not a few survive because the location chosen is not strategic. Therefore we need a Decision Support system that can help business people to determine a strategic location to do business effectively. The method used in this study is the Waighted Product method. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from several alternatives considered, in this case the intended alternative is a strategic location based on predetermined criteria. Determining a strategic location is determined by determining the weight value for each criterion, then a ranking process is carried out which will determine the optimal alternative, namely a strategic location for doing business.

The web-based school academic information system is an innovative problem solving tool that occurs at SDN CIPADU 2, because with the school's web-based academic information system, students and guardians can easily access student data and grades. And the data search is faster.

Language is the most important means of communication for humans, since it serves as a means of conveying messages from a person to others. One of the popular languages among Indonesians is English and Arabic. Language learning in the conventional way is usually carried out in a face-to-face manner directly with teachers at school or in science assemblies. The existence of mobile-based technology that is currently popular, namely Android, can help the language learning process, so that English and Arabic learning can be poured into digital forms. Introducing objects to children from an early age is very necessary to help the growth and development of children so that they have readiness to enter further education, especially at the kindergarten level, to be more mentally prepared when entering the elementary school level. The problem that often arises is that when learning children tend to be bored due to the lack of learning media used as material delivery. This has led to a decrease in interest in learning in children. To overcome these problems, PAUD DAAR EL HASANAH Kindergarten requires learning media that can help students in learning to be more fun. So with that, researchers are interested in designing an android-based 4 language object recognition application (Indonesian, Arabic, English, Mandarin), with the hope that the application can help students in learning. The application was designed using Construct 2 and tested using the black box method. The content of this application displays material on the introduction of objects in 4 languages, namely Indonesian, Arabic and English on different menus, there is also a play menu such as a quiz to hone children's skills. With an attractive appearance, this application helps teachers in the learning process, as well as parents in the learning process of children at home. Before testing, a demo of the application was carried out first so that parents and students understood how to use the application, which then students tried the application accompanied by teachers and parents. From the results of tests and questionnaires from 40 respondents who stated that the application is suitable for use as a learning medium, especially to introduce objects.
