Abstract

The use of information technology in everyday life is unavoidable. In addition to facilitating human activities, information technology has become a corporate standard to support all of its business processes. One of the benefits of using information technology in a corporate environment is the use of an application for recording location-based attendance to record and become an administration system for employee attendance and absence. Currently, at PT Milan Ecowood Indonesia the available attendance system still uses fingerprint at the office location, this attendance system limits employees with salesperson positions which require employees to record their presence in the office area, so that time that should be used for working or lobbying candidates customers must be wasted during the trip to the office and then forwarded to the location of potential customers. The purpose of this research is to design and build an attendance system that can record data wherever employees are using geolocation based on an android application with the Flutter mobile application framework and using Google's Firebase DBMS. The final result of this research is the design of an attendance system using geolocation based on an android application that employees can use to make attendance wherever employees do their work.

Abstract

Marketing is an integral part of the economy in today's society. Marketing by means of marketing communications has spread rapidly as a much needed communication system. Abstract

With the development of technology in this era, educational institutions should also adapt and take advantage of existing technological developments, one of which is in the process of managing data and disseminating information. At Mts Darul Islah the process of processing and conveying information related to students is still carried out in a conventional way. Given the Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred and also the role of increasingly advanced technology, this is no longer effective and efficient. Rapid Application Development (RAD) or Rapid Prototyping is a software development process model that belongs to the incremental technique. RAD emphasizes short, brief, and fast development cycles. With this school's academic information system, the school can manage academic data more efficiently. Abstract

Internet technology has a huge effect on commerce or business. Only from where the prospective buyer holds the cellphone, the prospective buyer can view the products on the computer screen, and access the information, order and pay with the available options. Citra Azka Store If it is engaged in wholesale and unit buying and selling, starting from basic goods, basic necessities, snacks and so on and the implementation of buying and selling is still done traditionally, therefore a web-based sales system is designed with the aim of reaching more consumers and reaching consumers who are wider. The method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD) because the developed application does not require a long time to develop and supports designing applications in a relatively short period of time. This research resulted in a web-based sales information system application at the Citra Azka Bila Store using UML design and developed using HTML and CSS programming languages, PHP, and MySQL as the database server, and Black Box as the testing method.

Abstract

Information system is a system that combines human activities and the use of technology to support management and operational activities. Where, there is a relationship created based on human interaction, data, information, technology, and algorithms. PT. Candi Talang Abadiis an Occupational Safety and Health Service Company (PJK3) in the field of K3 coaching and training. This company has many classes in the field of coaching and K3 training, with many coaching classes available making this company has a lot of administrative output data. This research uses Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The source of data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees. The result of this research is a web-based application system designed using PHP and HTML programming languages. The use of this application system is a solution to facilitate the process of inputting incoming and outgoing certificate data, making it easier to find data and reports produced more effectively.

Abstract

Ikhlas Multiprogram Jawilan Vocational School is a formal education that always elects the student council chairman every year. The system currently used for selecting the student council president has problems in the preparation process, the election process and the calculation process, the preparation takes a lot of time, the voting process is queued and there are even some invalid votes, and the counting process is done one by one. As a result of these problems, the election process takes a long time, hindering the teaching and learning process. In addition, the calculations are inaccurate because there are many invalid votes. The system development method used in this research is the RAD method which starts from requirements planning, system design, and implementation. This research produces an application system for managing election data as well as real-time acquisition results, so that it can assist the process of selecting student council presidents at SMK Ikhlas Multiprogram Jawilan.

Abstract

The quality of human resources is one of the supporting factors to increase the performance productivity of a corporate agency. Abstract

E-commerce transaction administration information system plays a crucial role in the operation of online businesses. This research aims to design an efficient and reliable e-commerce transaction administration information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and MVC (Model-View-Controller) framework Laravel at KOMA Collection. The RAD method is employed to accelerate the system development process and ensure active user involvement in the design phase. Meanwhile, the MVC framework Laravel provides a clear and organized structure for developing PHP-based web applications. This study combines qualitative and quantitative approaches in data collection and analysis. Data are gathered through interviews with the owner of KOMA Collection, observations of the existing transaction administration processes, and surveys conducted among potential users. The result of this research is the design of an e-commerce transaction administration information system that includes modules for user registration, product management, shopping cart, payment, and transaction history. Additionally, the system is equipped with inventory management and sales reporting features to support efficiency and business decision-making. The implementation of this e-commerce transaction administration information system is expected to assist KOMA Collection in improving operational efficiency, enhancing user experience, and strengthening competitiveness in the e-commerce industry. Furthermore, the findings of this research contribute to the development of better e-commerce transaction administration information systems in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for the financial reports of sempol traders. Financial statements are an important component in measuring the financial performance of a company, including MSMEs. However, in many cases, pimp traders face difficulties in effectively analyzing and evaluating their financial reports. The SAW method is used in this study because it can provide the right solution to overcome this problem. This method involves structured steps in processing and comparing various relevant factors in the financial statements of sempol traders. These factors include revenue, operating costs, net profit, and others. Each factor is given a weight according to the level of importance in decision making.In this study, a decision support system was developed using the latest programming languages and technologies. This system allows sempol traders to upload their financial statements, which will then be processed by the SAW method. The result is a relative ranking of each financial statement based on predetermined factors. Sempol traders can use this information to evaluate their financial performance, identify weaknesses and strengths, and make better decisions in managing their business. This research has the potential to make a significant contribution to sempol traders in improving their understanding of financial statements and in making data-driven decisions. With this SAW-based decision support system, it is hoped that sempol traders can manage their finances more effectively and improve overall business performance
