Abstract

Kawasan Asrama Haji Makassar merupakan kompleks kegiatan keagamaan di mana di tempat ini adalah tempat embarkasi dan debarkasi bagi para calon haji sebelum di berangkatkan ke tanah suci, selain itu kawasan asrama haji ini terbuka untuk masyarakat umum baik untuk kegiatan pelatihan maupun kegiatan wisata religi. Dimana didalamnya terdapat kegiatan pendidikan berbasis agama islam. Sedangkan konsep perancangan bentuk bangunan pada kawasan asrama haji Makassar. akan dibuat nantinya berdasarkan dari transformasi sebuah bentuk dasar persegi yang akan diolah sesederhana mungkin. Hal ini dimaksud untuk menguatkan aspek kesederhanaan yang ada pada tema.

Abstract

As an archipelagic country that has borders with ten countries, Indonesia faces complex challenges, such as illegal fishing, human trafficking, and unequal development in border areas. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review by analyzing national regulations, bilateral and multilateral practices, and international experiences. A comprehensive strategic analysis is needed to strengthen cooperation in managing Indonesia's border areas, highlighting security, economic, and diplomatic aspects. The findings indicate that cross-border cooperation, the involvement of domestic and private actors, and regional diplomacy are keys to optimizing border management. Furthermore, area-based economic development models, such as Special Economic Zones, can improve the welfare of border communities while strengthening state sovereignty. This paper recommends policy integration, increased inter-agency coordination, and the adoption of best practices from other countries to achieve sustainable border management.

Abstract

The drop was triggered by some players the ssb football in the implementation of an eagle district ponorogo there is a lack of aerobic endurance player that causes the easily tired and make the performer skill declined.Research aims to understand how much capability of endurance aerobic in a football game ssb eagle ponorogo district. This type of research is an experimental quantityal approach with the design of the one group predict postest design.The research population is a ssb eagle player district of ponoorogo, 12-15-year-old 15-year-olds using a purposive-sampling which samples are taken by predetermined criteria., and sampled a total of 10 players. This study using instrument research experiments, and use the data analysis infresial parametrik statistic.The test data using the test 12 minutes with copper run route across the field with 400 meters to get the final score.Using analysis test data analysis techniques which have previously been tested normality t test of homogeneity. According to research, there is a significant impact on training's mental combinations., circuit training, weight training against the aerobic endurance of ssb eagles district 12-15-year-old ponoorogo, with value t count 8,363 & gt; t table 2.306 and significance value 0.000 & lt; 0.05, Then it's concluded that if ha is accepted and the increase in presentation by 19,04.

Abstract

Various obstacles can occur in citrus cultivation, including insect attacks as pests, predators, decomposers, pollinators, and parasitoids. This research was carried out from November to December 2024 at the Lampung Agricultural Training Center, using two traps, yellow plastic traps and trap traps, which aimed to determine the type, composition, and structure of insects. The results of insect identification and composition with yellow plastic traps found 10 species, 5 orders and 13 insect families. The results of identification and composition of trap traps found 5 species, 4 orders and 5 insect families. Analysis results for insect structure: The relative abundance in both yellow plastic traps and trap traps had a value of one (even abundance); Diversity index at 2.560 was categorized as moderate; Dominance Index 0.094 (categorized as low). In trap traps, the diversity index was 1.598 (moderate); Dominance Index 0.243 (low).

Abstract

The research, entitled "Legal Protection for Consumers Using Air Transportation Services," was conducted with the aim of identifying and clearly understanding the types of violations committed by air transportation service providers and seeking a formulation of legal protection that is perceived as fair for consumers using air transportation services from a business law perspective. This research is empirical juridical because it does not view consumer protection law and air transportation law as normative regulations or legal principles in conducting business activities. Rather, it views them as social institutions, examining how these two legal instruments, along with other complementary legal instruments, operate within society. The results revealed that the types of violations committed by air transportation service providers include the provision of false information by ticket sales staff with the aim of deceiving prospective passengers (consumers) into purchasing significantly more expensive executive class tickets; irrational price changes at specific times (sometimes within less than 24 hours); and the placement of standard clauses in airline tickets, which are the air transportation documents, which in practice significantly burden consumers using air transportation services. Therefore, it is necessary to create a consumer protection system that contains elements of open access and information as well as guarantees of legal certainty regarding consumer disputes, either through the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency or through the District Court in the jurisdiction where the consumer is domiciled.

Abstract

The research entitled "Legal Protection of Workers' Rights Due to Termination of Employment Due to Resignation." The purpose of this research is to analyze the substance of labor regulations in Indonesia, particularly regarding the legal protection of workers' rights related to termination of employment due to resignation and the role of government officials in the labor sector in providing legal protection for workers' rights due to termination of employment due to resignation. The research method used is normative law, namely research based on law conceptualized and developed on the basis of the doctrine of positivism which is characterized by lex or lege rather than ius. The type of research conducted, in terms of its form, is descriptive research aimed at obtaining suggestions regarding what should be done to overcome certain problems. The results of this research reveal that the substance of legal protection for workers' rights related to termination of employment due to resignation in Article 162 paragraph (1) is correlated with Article 156 paragraph (4) letter c of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower regarding housing replacement and medical treatment. and treatment is set at 15% (fifteen percent) of severance pay and/or long service award money, the formulation is still incomplete and broad (comprehensive), thus creating legal uncertainty (unpredictable). Therefore, government officials provide a positive nuance and act wisely in responding to the ambiguity of norms related to termination of employment due to resignation, and not make the ambiguity of these norms an opportunity to gain benefits for themselves or their groups, and it is also hoped that the implementing regulations made by the officials will create a fair climate (fairness), where there is equal treatment for all parties related to industrial relations.

Abstract

Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) is one of the horticultural crops with strong potential as an alternative carbohydrate source. As the human population increases, the demand for potatoes continues to rise; however, its growth and productivity are often constrained by unfavorable environmental conditions, particularly drought stress. Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) is an osmotic agent commonly used to simulate drought stress in plants under in vitro conditions. This study aimed to determine the effects of PEG 6000 and to identify the PEG concentration that remains tolerable for potato plantlet growth under in vitro drought stress. The experiment was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a single factor, consisting of PEG concentrations of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%, each with five replications. The observed parameters included plantlet survival, plantlet height, and stomatal index. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at a 5% significance level, followed by the Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test at 5%. The results showed that PEG 6000 significantly reduced plantlet height and stomatal index. The tolerable concentration of PEG 6000 for potato plantlets was determined to be 15%.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Pasir Putih Village, Depok City, through the Forum Anak Pasir Putih (FAPP) as a medium to strengthen children's participation in realizing a Child-Friendly City (KLA). The activity aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of adolescents in leadership, organizational management, and peer motivation so that they can serve as "Pelopor" (pioneers) and "Pelapor" (reporters) in promoting and protecting children's rights. The methods used included lectures, discussions, and simulation-based training, all designed to encourage active participation. The results of the activity showed that participants, who were mostly 14–18 years old and high school students, gained new insights into leadership and organizational management. They also demonstrated motivation to actively contribute to the Forum Anak’s work programs. This activity also received support from the Pasir Putih Village government, ensuring the sustainability of Forum Anak activities. The conclusion highlights that counseling and training in organizational management are highly relevant for adolescents, as they provide valuable experiences and knowledge that are not always obtained in formal education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability of students to mathematical understanding a solved word problem. The study subjects were 28 grade VII students of Junior High School. Data collection techniques were carried out in the form of tests of students' abilities in mathematical understanding and unstructured interviews. The test used to measure the ability to understand the concept is in the form of description questions as many as 4 questions with integer operation material on the story problem. The results of this study indicate that students' mathematical understanding with a high category is 17%, the medium category is 10%, and low category is 73%.
