Abstract

The sacrament of anointing the sick is one of the seven sacraments in the Catholic Church. This sacrament is related to the act of sanctification which is the duty of the Church, as well as serving the sick. In the practice of administering this sacrament, Catholics often have the wrong understanding that this sacrament causes sick people to die. In addition, some Catholics do not fully understand the meaning of this sacrament in their faith life. This research seeks to correct this erroneous understanding, while at the same time providing a complete understanding with adequate explanation. The research method used was library research with a descriptive analysis approach based on a juris-canonical review of the 1983 Code of Canon Law. It is hoped that the results of this research will bring about changes in the understanding of Catholics who misinterpret this sacrament as the cause of death for sick people.

Abstract

The robustness of global supply chains has emerged as an organization's top priority in an era of globalization, quick technical breakthroughs, and growing interconnectedness. In order for enterprises to successfully manage disturbances, they must adopt certain tactics and take certain factors into account. This article investigates the complex landscape of supply chain resilience. The study examines the causes of supply chain disruptions in a hyper connected world before highlighting the difficulties brought on by globalization and the complex web of interconnectedness. The need for comprehensive risk management is highlighted by new hazards from natural disasters, geopolitical concerns, and technological weaknesses. The report then explores the crucial elements that boost supply chain resilience. In order to reduce risks, it looks at geographic and supplier diversification as well as effective inventory management and demand forecasting to establish a balance between supply and demand. Technology-enabled platforms and real-time data analytics make communication and information exchange tactics essential. As businesses deal with the dynamic nature of their environments, adaptive solutions become increasingly important. Case studies offer practical information about how market leaders like Toyota, Zara, and IBM have used agility, scenario planning, and predictive analytics to successfully handle challenges. These case studies highlight how crucial it is to cultivate a culture of continuous development and learn from mistakes. The importance of regulatory and policy factors in determining supply chain resilience is also highlighted in the report. Organizations must strike a balance between adherence to regulations set by governments and international standards bodies and ethical and sustainable operations. The difficulties posed by rising complexity, data privacy concerns, and resource shortages are explored in light of how these affect the development of resilient supply chains. The paper offers a perspective for the future that places an emphasis on creativity, adaptation, and technology-driven solutions. Agility and adaptability are still essential for firms as they deal with altering consumer preferences, technology developments, and geopolitical pressures. In order to face the uncertainties of a hyper connected world, the study emphasizes that supply chain resilience is a constant undertaking that calls for a holistic strategy, continuous learning, and a proactive stance. Organizations that successfully deploy resilience strategies will be better positioned to survive in an environment defined by disruptions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is examining the influence of value orientation, ecological knowledge and ecological effect on the purchase intention to the green cosmetic product. The instrument of this thesis is Linier Regression Analysis. The research design applies confirmatory study that uses survey approach. The primary data is obtained from cross section method taken from 180 respondents. The respondents are female is above 17 years old who knows and/or uses green cosmetic product. The result of this research shows that value orientation does not influence positively to the ecological knowledge. However, the value orientation influence positively to the ecological effect. The ecological knowledge impact positively to the ecological affect. The ecological knowledge and ecological effect impact positively to the purchase intention. This thesis gives an important contribution to the next research to pay attention to the factors of purchase intention to the green cosmetic product.

Abstract

The Think-Pair-Share (TPS) cooperative learning model is a cooperative learning that gives students time to think and respond. The purpose of this is to determine the success of applying the Think Pair Share learning model in improving student learning outcomes in class IV Pancasila education subjects at Tanjung Jabung Timur Jambi 2 Elementary School. action research). This research is planned to take place in 2 cycles so that there is an increase in learning outcomes through the learning strategy of applying the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) Cooperative Learning Model. Regarding the stages in classroom action research, there are several experts who put forward a classroom action research model with different sections. -different, but in general there are four stages, namely: (1) planning (2) implementation (3) observation (4) reflection. The results showed that the activities of students during the learning process of the History of the Basic Formulation of the Indonesian State and attitudes and behavior according to Pancasila values by using the Cooperative learning model of the Think-Pair-Share Type ((TPS), in cycle I, good category (2.80 ), in cycle II it increased to (3.85) with a very good category.Student learning outcomes that applied the History of the Basic Formulation of the Indonesian State and attitudes and behavior according to Pancasila values by using the Think-Pair-Share Type Cooperative learning model ((TPS), in cycle I the number of students who achieved learning mastery was 15 students with a percentage of 83.33%, while in cycle II the number of students who achieved learning mastery was 18 students with a percentage of 100%.

Abstract

The quality of customer service has an impact on customer decisions, and customer decisions will affect customer loyalty. One of the businesses that has enlivened the competition in the field of photography with the concept of young people in Bandar Lampung is Ramses Studio which is also engaged in photography services. Studio Management must always pay attention to aspects that can influence consumer behavior to use photo services, namely in the form of several limitations on the composition of service services, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The problem is whether service quality influences consumer purchasing decisions for visitors to Ramses Studio Photography Bandar Lampung services. The purpose of this study was to determine whether service quality influences consumer purchasing decisions for visitors to Ramses Studio Photography Bandar Lampung services. Based on the results of the discussion with multiple regression statistically, consumer purchasing decisions for visitors to Ramses Studio Photography Bandar Lampung services are jointly influenced by the independent variables Tangibles (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Empathy (X5). Overall, the independent variables influencing customer decisions can be shown by the value of the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.404 or 40.40%, all independent variables affect customer decisions and the remaining 59.60% are influenced by other factors not identified or examined in this research.

Abstract

Worldwide prevalence of breast cancer, a global health concern, varies and is impacted by genetic, environmental, and cultural variables. The connection between MUTYH gene mutations, environmental exposures, and breast cancer risk in Southern Punjab, Pakistan, is the main topic of this review. It takes a complete approach to look at the molecular features of MUTYH, describe the study process, present the results, and evaluate the ramifications. The review begins with a discussion of the occurrence of breast cancer worldwide, highlighting geographical differences that highlight the importance of genetics and environment. The discussion then turns to MUTYH's function in DNA repair and how particular mutations can affect a person's vulnerability to breast cancer. While recognizing inherent limits, the study methodology section goes into detail on data collecting, analysis methods, and ethical considerations. The results show how common MUTYH mutations are in the research population and how they are related to the risk of developing breast cancer. Potential genetic-environment interactions are highlighted in the discussion, particularly with regard to pesticide exposure. Implications place a strong emphasis on individualized interventions, environmental awareness, and improved healthcare systems for preventing breast cancer. The study's clinical, public health, and research implications is emphasized in the conclusion, which also makes recommendations for future research into the intricate interactions between genetics and environment. Abstract

The Holy Scriptures in the view of the Catholic Church are the Word of God in human language. The Word of God is a source of inspiration and guidance for human life with Catholic faith. Catholic Youth as the next generation of the future Church live in a pluralistic society. This presence should be an active presence in a responsive and involved social role for community development. So Catholic Youth explored the inspiration for responsive spirituality in the holy book. This research seeks to provide insight into the importance of the holy book as a source of inspiration for responsive spirituality for Catholic Youth. Through the method of involved observation and literature study, the problem of the lack of involvement of Catholic Youth in social roles is examined through a responsive spirituality that originates from the scriptures. The holy book is a source of inspiration for a responsive spirituality that moves Catholic Youth to be actively involved in social roles that empower the community.
