Abstract

The majority of residents of Payaman Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency choose to work as Indonesian Migrant Workers in Malaysia. The high interest of the people in Payaman Village was supported by the existence of facilities providing services for the Channeling of Indonesian Migrant Workers to Malaysia which are easy to find in Payaman Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency. However, COVID-19 pandemic has caused many migrant workers, mostly Indonesian Migrant Workers choose to come in Indonesia, due to regulations in Malaysia which tighten rules for activities in that country. This situation makes the Indonesian Migrant Workers don’t have other jobs when they come home. This study aims to determine the effect of the impact of the COVID19 pandemic on the income of migrant workers in Payaman village. The variables in this study are the impact of COVID-19 as a free variable and the income of migrant workers as a bound variable. This research uses quantitative methods using primary data in the form of questionnaires and field studies. The population in this study was the payaman village community, with a total sample of 85 people. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis and then processed using the SPSS 25.0 program. The result of this study is that the impact of Covid-19 has a significant effect on the income of migrant workers in Payaman Solokuro Lamongan Village. This is indicated by the regression coefficient value of 7,823 t value Calculate the Covid-19 Impact variable is 9,366 while the table t value is 6,354.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja di PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini berjenis explanatory research dan Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi seluruh karyawan PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk berjumlah  40 karyawan dengan metode pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling dengan Teknik sampling incidental pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini statistic deskripif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Hasil uji F variable pengaruh motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja, secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji t motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, namun variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengarh terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Ekosistem terumbu karang Taman Wisata Alam Laut (TWAL) Pulau Pombo memainkan peranan penting dalam dinamika ekosistem laut pesisir dan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan produksi perikanan karang di perairan terumbu karang Pulau Pombo. Responden dalam penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan teknik convenience sampling (haphazard atau accidental). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat tangkap yang digunakan meliputi pancing ulur dengan mata kait tunggal, pancing ulur dengan 2 - 15 mata kait (menara rangkai), jaring, dan jaring dengan bantuan kompresor. Hasil tangkapan terdiri dari 3 ordo (Perciformes, Tetraodontiformes, dan Beryciformes), 9 famili (Serranidae, Carangidae, Lutjanidae, Balistidae, Mullidae, Acanthuridae, Holocentridae, Scaridae, dan Lethrinidae), dan 24 spesies. Produksi perikanan karang di perairan Pulau Pombo yang mencakup area seluas 1,3947 km2 diperkirakan mencapai 8.122 kg ikan karang per tahun, yang merupakan total tangkapan atau rata-rata 325 kg per nelayan per tahun.

Abstract

The important contribution of artificial intelligence (AI) to improving solar cell performance and its effects on sustainability and the integration of renewable energy. The article covers a wide range of AI-driven breakthroughs in solar energy, including material research and development, predictive models and control systems, manufacturing and deployment issues, and the application of big data analytics. It also looks into how artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning algorithms may be used to increase solar cell efficiency, maximize energy production, and enable intelligent grid integration. The application of AI-driven algorithms for solar cell material design and development is the main topic of the first section. It demonstrates how AI has the potential to speed up the discovery and optimization of materials with improved stability and efficiency. In order to develop solar cell technologies, it also investigates how AI can be combined with nanotechnology, quantum computing, and machine vision. The use of AI-powered control systems and predictive models for monitoring and maintaining solar cell performance is covered in the second section. In order to enable effective grid integration and raise the overall reliability of solar energy systems, it highlights the role played by AI algorithms in spotting abnormalities, forecasting energy consumption, and optimizing energy generation. The final segment discusses the difficulties in producing and deploying solar cells as well as potential solutions based on AI. It highlights how AI may help improve system design, make site selection easier, and increase the sustainability of solar energy infrastructure. The fourth portion looks into how big data analytics might help solar energy reach its full potential. In order to maximize the use of solar energy and improve overall system efficiency, it investigates how AI algorithms can evaluate big datasets, optimize energy output, enable demand-side management, and encourage intelligent grid integration. The following sections delve into the specific subjects of machine learning algorithms, predictive models, and control systems for solar cell material design and development, AI-based solutions for monitoring and maintaining solar cell performance, AI-driven innovations in solar cell manufacturing and deployment, and the function of big data analytics in maximizing the efficiency of solar energy. The disruptive potential of AI in the solar energy sector is highlighted in each section, which covers the most recent developments, prospective effects, and future directions in various fields. Demonstrates the importance of AI-driven improvements in solar cell performance and their effects on the integration and sustainability of renewable energy sources. It emphasizes the potential of AI to accelerate the transition to a clean and sustainable energy future by optimizing energy production, expanding grid integration, increasing system efficiency, and more. The report highlights the necessity of ongoing research and development in AI technologies to fully realize the seemingly limitless potential of AI in solar energy and hasten the adoption of renewable energy sources around the world.

Abstract

digital marketing merupakan cara pemasaran digital menggunakan SEO atau social media pada umumnya. Namun dalam menerapkan hal ini diperlukan strategi untuk dapat bersaing dengan produk lain yang ada dipasar digital. Google trends merupakan bentuk dari strategi penjualan secara online untuk meningkatkan penjualan makanan sehat. 3 kata kunci yang penulis terapkan yaitu makanan sehat, makanan diet dan makanan sehat untuk diet. Sample yang kami ambil dari bulan mai-juli 2023 didalam google trends. Hasilnya adalah pencarian makanan diet dan makanan sehat untuk diet mencapai 90% didalam pencarian google trends

Abstract

This article discusses the analysis of idioms found in Adele song lyrics. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by the author through Adele song lyrics such as Easy on me, Rolling in the dark, Someone like you, Hello, Send my love and others. The final product features every idiom Palmer uses in select songs. Partial idiomatic phrases consist of 7 (70%) phrases, followed by phrasal verbs (2, 20%), and prepositional verbs (1, 10%). In some of Adele songs, some idioms terms with unique meanings derived from Adele songs dominate. There are many idioms, each with a special meaning. The researcher divides meaning into conceptual meaning, connotative meaning, theme meaning, emotive meaning, reflected meaning, stylistic meaning, and collactive meaning.

Abstract

Not many people discuss fishermen, but the reality of their lives, particularly for small-scale or traditional fishermen, involves facing the challenges of the sea's waves and winds to procure fresh fish. This catch is eagerly awaited by communities as a staple in our daily nutrition. The lives of these fishermen and their families appear imbalanced compared to their struggle against the vast, unbounded sea. What they invest as provisions for fishing often surpasses their earnings. Hence, this becomes one of the reasons they employ whatever means necessary to maximize their catch, often without considering the potential repercussions of their actions on the sea's ecosystem. These practices are unequivocally prohibited by the law, specifically detailed in Ministerial Decree No. 2 of 2015, which prohibits the use of trawl nets and seine nets within Indonesia's Fishery Management Zones (WPP). Islam regards the act of earning a livelihood as an act of worship and even a duty for every adult to fulfill their needs and those of their families. However, Islam also prohibits causing harm to the Earth. One of the fishing techniques frequently employed by fishermen in the Paciran district of Lamongan Regency is the "payang" net. In line with Islamic economic principles, the use of the payang net also falls within the category of forbidden fishing gear according to Ministerial Decree No. 2 of 2015. This is due to the nature of this gear being non-selective in capturing fish, often resulting in damage to coral reefs. As a result, the growth of the marine ecosystem becomes sluggish, requiring a prolonged duration for the recovery of fish populations in the sea.

Abstract

This research examines the Arrangements for the Election and Dismissal of Village Heads, as well as the Juridical Consequences for the Results of Village Head Elections in East Flores Regency in the Village Head election which will be held in 2021. The research objective is to find out and analyze: 1). Arrangement of Procedures for Election and Dismissal of Village Heads in East Flores Regency, 2). To find out and analyze the juridical consequences of the results of the Village Head Election in 2021 in East Flores district. The research method used is normative research using various secondary legal materials by combining materials from books and laws and regulations, legal theory, and expert opinions. The results of the study that 1). The implementation of village head elections in East Flores Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic used Regional Regulation of East Flores Regency Number 3 of 2020 from the preparation stage, nomination stage, voting stage and determination stage without accommodating Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 72 of 2020, 2). In the village head election stage in East Flores Regency in 2021, it is not in line with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2020 which has resulted in the procedure for forming laws and accommodate regulations both philosophically, juridically and sociologically being formally flawed. Suggestions from the author, namely, in the preparation of Regional Regulations in the future it must the values ​​contained in the Minister of Home Affairs Regulations and the applicable laws and regulations so that in the preparation of Regional Regulations soyogia does not conflict with higher regulations.

Abstract

The Ngudi Utomo farmer group is one of the farmer groups in Karangasem Village, Cawas District, Klaten Regency. In the running of farmer groups, it is necessary to involve the role of each stakeholder to assist in the development of farmer groups. The role of stakeholders will affect the development of farmer groups such as the developments undertaken by farming and the participation of members of farmer groups. This study aims to reveal the role of stakeholders in the development of farmer groups and the impacts that arise in the development of farmer groups, namely the roles of policy creators, coordinators, facilitators, implementers, and accelerators. This research uses a qualitative basic method with a descriptive approach and uses a case study research design. The research location is in Karangasem Village, especially the Ngudi Utomo Farmer Group. Determination of informants was carried out by purposive sampling with key informants and snowball sampling technique, namely 8 informants in total. Data validity uses source triangulation. The results showed: Cooperation between stakeholders in the development of the Ngudi Utomo farmer group in Karangasem Village has been going well but the role has not been maximized. This can be seen where each stakeholder gives their respective roles in supporting the development of the Ngudi Utomo Farmer Group.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the Merdeka curriculum on the students’ learning motivation in Indonesian language learning at SMPN 7 Purwokerto. It was a quantitative study that employed a survey method. Data collection was conducted through several technique, including questionnaires for students, interviews with Indonesian language teachers, and documentation. The sample in this study consisted of 72 students selected using the Slovin formula. The research results showed that the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum among students at SMPN 7 Purwokerto was positive. It can be seen from the calculation results using SPSS 26 software, which yielded a percentage of 89.4%. this percentage proved that the effect of the Merdeka curriculum on students’ learning motivation was at the coefficient interval level of 0.40-0.599, categorized as moderate.
